I've only been to Edinburgh twice, but I can't tell why, but every time I come here, I'm happy. Between the two cities, there is a lovely height difference between the Princes Street Gardens and the lovely one.

You don't need to think twice to come straight to Edinburgh Castle. Like the heart of a city, the castle is the best place to be preserved. At the top of the hill, Crowne Square, where the Scottish crown, sword and scepter are kept, as is the national treasure "Stoiny", which is inseparable from King Arthur, a legendary stone that only travels around London when the British royal family ascends the throne.

Descending the Royal Mile, you will immediately encounter Wallace's stand-in.

The Royal Mile is like a "heavenly market", with the wind blowing from every direction, and it is full of mild and moist smells. Downhill from Castle Hill, there are souvenir shops, bars, and museums along the roadside, and the windows are lined with various patterns of Scotch tartan and whisky from various origins. The whisky experience center on the side of the road, the camera obscura museum, the alley with a story, and the artists on the side of the road are lively and happy. At the time of the festival, this is also a performance venue, so I am afraid that you have to reserve a site.

At the end of this road, there is the Palace of Holyroodhouse, the palace of Elizabeth II in Scotland, and Arthur's Seat, which appears in "One Day". I love St Giles Chapel off High Street, where rumors hold the secrets of the Knights of the Round Table. Next to the church is a restaurant called The Ades, which is open in the library of the Bar Association, and says that it wants the best afternoon tea in Dingburgh, which is highly recommended

Carlton Hill is one of Edinburgh's best vantage points, especially at dusk, where many movies have been filmed.

But what I find more interesting are some of the native Scottish paintings, especially about Edinburgh's past and the nature of the Highlands, which seem to be a great foreshadowing for the rest of the trip.

This is the family chapel, which is privately owned, but has nothing to do with the Knights Templar (the group likes the rotunda church)

Photography is not allowed in the chapel, so like everyone else, take a detailed guide map and take a look at each of the sculptures and legends that have a history. From the walls to the stone pillars, there are intricate carvings everywhere, and the candlelight lit in the cool weather makes you marvel at the beauty of the interior. The famous craftsman stone pillar tells the story of hatred born of jealousy. It's the basement where the movie was set, and there's nothing to see.
