The scene of the countryside withering and devastated has left a deep impression on us, and this is a living class education! The instructor listened to the report and lowered his head sadly. He raised his head sharply and said angrily, "Won't you completely defeat the Jiang dynasty?" Isn't it completely revolutionary? Don't you want to be completely liberated? He used three "thoroughly" and three rhetorical questions in a row, which shocked people's hearts and spleens, and urged those of us who came from the old society to wake up violently, and we must not have any illusions about the evil old society!

On September 4th, he lived in a small garden and arrived at Majiang on the 5th, all the way to the mountains and mountains, sparsely populated, and a desolate scene.

On September 6, 1949, the troops arrived in Ganzhou City, and our two squadrons lived in Gannan Middle School, which was in really good condition, with tables, wooden beds, and electric lights, which was regarded as a high-level enjoyment. The higher authorities arranged for everyone to summarize the ideological and work style situation from Tianyuan to Ganzhou, and asked them to make more self-criticism and not avoid problems. Personally, the purpose of group evaluation, affirmation of achievements, pointing out shortcomings, and not making conclusions in the organization is to encourage everyone to be positive, put down their burdens, and "fly over the mountains lightly".

Soon, our No. 7 Squadron moved to live with an industrial and commercial owner, and Gannan Middle School was left to live with a large group of newly recruited students in Ganzhou.

The owner of the business has a small three-story building and a large courtyard with a few tiled houses on the south side of the courtyard, and we live here. The team headquarters lives on the ground floor of the small building, and the master lives upstairs. The yard is quite large, and there are many fruit trees, and the golden fruits on the trees are very lovely.

There is an orange, which is a little larger than an orange, and it has an eye at the bottom, like a human navel, and the fruit is delicious and sweet. The host introduced: "This is called navel orange, which is a specialty of Ganzhou, and I heard that it is only available in Ganzhou in the country." Everyone was very curious and wanted to try it, but there was discipline, so they could only "look at the plum to quench their thirst".

One night, the whole squadron suddenly gathered in the courtyard, saying that someone had stolen two navel oranges, which were discovered by the master's child, and the instructor was very angry, and criticized the student by name, asking him to make a deep review, and immediately apologized to the master that night, and compensated according to the price. But the landlord, Mr. Yuan, refused to accept compensation for anything, and said again and again: "The army is fortunate, and the little navel orange is not worthy of such a solemn apology." ”

The instructor said: "Although the two citrus oranges are small, they are related to the image of the people's army, and this is by no means a trivial matter, and we must learn a lesson from it." ”

We saw a lot of garbage inside and outside the yard, especially behind the kitchen, where the garbage had piled up. With the consent of the owner, we spent our free time doing a lot of hygiene, digging two deep ditches under the fruit trees, filling all the garbage into them as fertilizer, and then covering the soil to level the ground, so that the whole yard was completely new, and there were many fewer mosquitoes and flies. "Took an extra orange, apologized three times, and reviewed for three days" This is another "small thing" that happened in Ganzhou, but it is another big thing.

One day, Deputy Captain Wang took a student to the street to buy vegetables, and the deputy captain bought a few catties of navel oranges, and paid in person. However, at a military-civilian forum, the small stall owner raised the matter in person, which made the leaders of the troops attending the meeting very embarrassed. In Ganzhou, the famous "Yu Gutai" and "Bajingtai" in Ganzhou, in order to feel the feelings of Xin abandoning the disease and worrying about the country and the people, several of our classmates took leave and decided to visit the "Yugutai" and "Bajingtai". Wake up early in the morning and head straight to your destination.

"Yu Gu Tai" and "Eight Mirror Platforms" are located on the Yu Gu Tai on the top of Helan Mountain in the city, the building has been repeatedly abandoned, several destroyed and several built, continuing for thousands of years, depressed and lonely, only because of the Xin Qi Disease (the word Jiaxuan) of a "Bodhisattva Man, Yu Gu Tai" and became famous.

This place is the confluence of Gongshui and Zhangshui, where the water turns around and the waves are agitated. Hang a couplet in front of the building, "Wrap up the ancient and modern things, hang the heart of heaven and earth". What kind of state is it that everything throughout the ages is condensed in one mind, bearing it alone, and no one is sharing it? Before the couplet, I couldn't help but think of two lines of poetry in Chen Ziang's "Song of Dengyouzhou": "Thinking of the seclusion of heaven and earth, I am alone and crying." A thousand years ago, when Xin Qiji ascended to the Yu Gu platform, did he also think of these two poems?
