Chapter 907: For Learning

Seeing that his women were all laughing out of shape, Zhu Si pretended to be angry and said, "You guys just laugh, can't you be a little present?" The royal etiquette has been ruined by you queens and concubines. In fact, many of the words that Mr. Tinglin borrowed from the court today are from his writings in the "Daily Knowledge", I just combine knowledge and action, although Mr. Tinglin is not used to Lu and Wang's mental learning, but the unity of knowledge and action, what he does is his knowledge, and what he knows is also the essence of his simple learning, why is he angry? He should have invited me to drink, right? Seeing that Zhu Si was playing a dead dog again, several mothers-in-law turned around and went to other things, ignoring him anymore. Zhu Si sat alone in the empty room, and the incense burner lit the Qinan incense that had just been brought back from the sea, and the fragrance was refreshing and refreshing. And in this feeling, in the empty room where he was sitting alone, Zhu Si's heart was full of mixed feelings, and he was thinking in his heart: "In fact, it is not that I have changed this Daming, but these talents of the Ming Dynasty have changed me, I just used my special identity as the emperor to help these talents who originally existed in the Ming Dynasty to slowly realize their inner dreams." In this era, it should be the role of a washing machine, in order to show the old clothes of the Ming Dynasty to show its former clean appearance and keep working, when the stains on the clothes are washed, who cares what brand this washing machine is, whether it needs maintenance?

Just thought of an inappropriate analogy, Zhu Si's heart couldn't help but think of the representative of the talented people in the Ming world - Mr. Tinglin again. Mr. Tinglin is really great, the Puxue he created is the basis for learning in the Chinese Confucian world in the 269 years of the Qing Dynasty, and his life has the conclusion of the 'founding ancestor' of Qing Studies. And what kind of legend will Huang Zongxi be? Will they appear in Zhu Si's world? However, because Zhu Si has discovered that these heroic figures of the Ming Dynasty have not changed anything because of Zhu Si's foolishness, then he can rest assured, because these three Confucians were originally iron-clad men, and they are the real so-called characters with white eyes and black outside, and they will really turn against themselves, and they will never be goods like Qian Qianyi. The three Confucians are true Taoism, not the kind of pseudo-Taoism, and the three Confucians will not only make things other than their eyes white, but their hearts are dark, they are criticizing and changing this dark world at the same time, the core of their eyes is as white as jade, in short, they are all true gentlemen, great husbands!

These stillborn controversies may have a resurgence one day, but at least for now, this kind of controversy and contradiction over whether the overseas vassal states are Huaide or Huaitu has been strangled in the infancy by Zhu Si. The emperor has an army, and the vast majority of the generals in the army also support the emperor to lead them to conquer Siyi, although it is not suitable for the current time, but it is enough to have such preparations. Only time is the only criterion for testing the truth - the original words should be practice, right, but Zhu Si feels that time can test the truth even more. Because life is short, it may not be effective to practice it, and what has been practiced may not be true knowledge. However, after the washing of time, many things that seem to be not true knowledge may become true knowledge again; What others take the time to practice can also be understood through time. However, in China, there is probably only one thing that will not be falsified in the end, no matter how much time passes, and that is the Confucian classics. When I say this, there will definitely be people who shoot bricks, but please really understand the scriptures and our Tao through time before you shoot bricks. Therefore, it is often said that the scriptures and history are the same, our scriptures are unchanged to respond to all changes, and our history is all changes and inseparable from its origins. This is probably the reason why our ancients were accustomed to referring to the scriptures and history; This is probably also an interpretation of yin and yang.

Taoism is not just a splendid article that pops out of the red mouth and white teeth of the masters, but a gentleman's learning, he should also understand the Tao and save the world, and the way to save the world should be based on the welfare of all the people in the world. Mr. Tinglin said it very well, if we can't apply the Confucian Taoist system to the world, then what other books and five classics do we read? We just moved a futon and sat on it for decades, wouldn't we all become Buddhas? Or is it like the Pure Land sect to say 'Amitabha' in his mouth, doesn't he become a Buddha in his life? But even though Zen Buddhism can become a Buddha and the Pure Land can become a Buddha, where is our bodhichitta? Should our parents, wives and children, family and country be abandoned by the heart of no residence? Should it be replaced by ruthlessness? Some people have thought about the grand aspirations in their hearts all their lives, and some people have done their whole lives for their parents, wives and children, and their families and the country, can you say that only those great virtues who have meditated on the grand aspirations of their whole lives are holy and noble, and those who only have their parents, wives and children in their hearts or their families and countries deserve to be practiced? These questions may eventually be summed up in one sentence – who are we living for? This reminds me of a Buddhist proverb: "Hell is not empty, and you will never become a Buddha." ”

Before writing this chapter, I had thought about the question, that is, when I was walking down the road and saw a very cute child from someone else's family who fell into the water, and I drowned and lost my life because I saved this lovely child, was I great at this time? If I die because I saved this child, I will also save that child, but my own biological child will not get a good education because he has lost his father, and since then there is no father to guide him when he is growing up, he grieves, he is helpless, he hesitates - he becomes a pitiful, fatherless child, and this poor child is my own flesh and blood. Should I rejoice in my greatness or condemn my selfishness? Maybe that's why I wrote this chapter.

It is said that how big a man's heart is, how big the sky is, but we can't put something that doesn't belong to us in our original narrow heart. Our sky is originally small, so in the limited space of our hearts, we should first put the most important people and things in our hearts, which is probably the difference between Confucian ethics and Mohist love, right? Is this regarded as pushing oneself and others and seeking oneself instead? When we grow up and our sky is bigger, maybe our hearts will hold the whole world, or even the universe, but only if our families are happy and our country is prosperous.
