Biography of Wei Guo Huai

Guo Huai (?) —February 23, 255), the word Berzi. A native of Yangqu, Taiyuan (now Taiyuan, Shanxi).

During the Three Kingdoms period, he was a famous general of Wei and the son of Guo Yi, the Taishou of Yanmen. At the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty, he was born in filial piety, and served as the Pingyuan County Cheng, (Cao Pi) Door Thief Cao, Prime Minister (Cao Cao) Soldier Cao Yiling History, and Zhengxi (Xiahou Yuan) Sima.

When Dingjun Mountain was defeated, he collected the remnants of the army, and jointly promoted Zhang He as the main general in conjunction with Du Raid, and quickly stabilized the situation.

After the establishment of Cao Wei, he worshiped the history of Yongzhou and the Marquis of Sheyang Pavilion, moved to the west of the town (Cao Zhen) for a long time, prevented Zhuge Liang from attacking Wei in the north, predicted the enemy accurately, and made many military exploits.

In the first year of Zhengshi (240), he repelled Jiang Wei of Shu and moved to the former general. In the second year of Jiaping (250 years), he moved to ride the general and the Marquis of Yangqu.

In the second year of Zhengyuan (255), he died, and was posthumously presented to the general, and his nickname was Zhen.
