At first, when tea customers went to Yunwu Mountain Tea Workshop to drink tea, they were only served with a pot of tea and two teacups. If there are many people, it can be increased to up to four teacups. Otherwise, make another pot of tea, which is called "spoon does not eat 10,000".

After that, Wu Qing switched to teacups, and each tea guest had a cup. If you take a seat and just take a few sips of tea, and suddenly leave your seat, you must greet the tea owner (i.e., Dr. Tea), otherwise turn around and make a new cup.

If you are a regular customer, the teacup is bent down (meaning not moving), and you should also turn the teacup lid over so that the lid is facing up, and cover the teapot and teacup, signaling that you are finished, and turn your head to drink tea. Otherwise, make a new brew.

In a general teahouse, tea customers can only drink a cup of tea and only boil water three times at most. It's the rule. The people who go to the teahouse are uneven, three religions and nine streams, and everything. Therefore, the reality of the teahouse is that the essence coexists with the dross.

Various tea ceremonies are widely spread among the people.

Occasionally, Wu Qing will also encounter intercession tea.

What is Tea? There are two kinds of tea, one is said to say that the love tea in the yang world, someone has made a mistake, and invited the three elders and the patriarch to drink tea and intercede, exempt from punishment, and sometimes the patriarch comes forward to ask the local Baozheng to drink tea, and intercedes to ask Baozheng (the local head, equivalent to the village head) to raise his hand and let go of a horse.

The second said that the underworld love tea, the countryman rushed to the ghosts and gods, or the children committed the ghosts and gods, and the incense, candles, paper, and platinum were burned at the intersection after dark, and the wine, tea, rice, and diced meat were laid, and they were scattered around, and the ghosts were invited to enjoy them, and the patients were blessed.

Wu Qing encounters more longevity tea, which can be said to be suitable for men, women and children. Shou tea is very particular: for example, the old man makes Shou, drinks Shou tea, and the old man makes Shou Yin poems against it, and uses tea to help fun. This is also Wu Qing's forte.

Another example is milk tea: giving birth to a child, the son-in-law goes to the parents-in-law's house to report the good news, and the mother-in-law makes a full cup of sugar tea, asking the son-in-law not to leak at all, and drink it in one go, saying that the baby has a lot of milk, which is called milk tea.

This tea has become a special medium and link, adding endless fun to daily life.

There is also Nagan tea: according to the calculation of the physiognomy teacher, the boy wants to recognize his godfather, and the child's father first looks for the object, and when the object comes to the house, the owner is full of a bowl of fragrant tea, and he is called congratulations. Only then did I understand that I was willing to admit it.

Then there is the Tansheng tea: after the birth of the newborn, the first guest to come to the house is called the Tansheng, the ancestors think that the godfather (grandfather), the father is a godfather, the elders worship as the godbrother, the host first salutes a cup of sugar tea, said congratulations, the guest is full of drink, and after a few days send the pocket, clothes, and money to recognize the godfather.

In the folk, this tea ceremony can be described as varied, and tea has been completely integrated into people's etiquette. These are the wonderful uses of tea.

Wu Qing loves to read "Dream of Red Mansions", and often talks to Nonglu about all kinds of tea fun and tea ceremonies in the book. In the evening of that day, Wu Qing began to talk about all kinds of tea people in the Red Mansion.

Nonglu disagreed, smiled, and said: "It's all some mothers-in-law, crying and crying, and the tea is all drunk and spilled by them." ”

After hearing this, Wu Qing first laughed, and then ridiculed each other: "What is written in the Red Chamber is very interesting, quite interesting, and you can also use 'tea' to express the emotions of the characters." ”

The tea in "Dream of Red Mansions" has its own true temperament.

For example, after writing that Daiyu entered the mansion, she had dinner with Jia's mother for the first time, and Jia's mother was the highest-status person in the mansion, and there were rules for eating, and of course drinking tea after dinner:

"After the meal, each girl has a ring to hold the tea with a tea tray. On that day, the daughter of the Lin family cherished her blessings and nourished herself, and she would eat tea after a short time after every meal, so as not to hurt her spleen and stomach......"

Of course, Jiafu is the same, Daiyu "took the tea, and someone brought a gargle, Daiyu also rinsed her mouth, and finished her hands, and then held the tea again......"

It turned out that Daiyu was taught by a young family, and after a meal, she had to drink tea for a "while", but when she first entered Jiafu, she had tea immediately after dinner, and she could only "take the tea".

Another example of Baoyu drinking tea:

"Qian Xue brought the tea, and Baoyu said, 'Sister Lin drinks tea.' Everyone laughed and said: 'Sister Lin left early, let it!' Baoyu ate half of it, and suddenly remembered the morning tea, and asked Qianxue, "I made a bowl of maple dew tea in the morning, and I said that the tea was excellent after three or four times, so how could I pour this tea again?" ’”

It can be seen that Baoyu is also particular about drinking tea, and good tea can be brewed more than three or four times before it comes out of its fragrance.

Wu Qing said, this is the tea ceremony.

Nong Lu said, good is good, but it's too troublesome.

Wu Qing ignored it, and went on to say that in "Dream of Red Mansions", there is also a description of "cow drinking" about "rude" drinking tea.

For example, Grandma Liu was born in a peasant family, so she naturally did not have a fine taste, and when she was thirsty, she "drank dry" a cup of tea, which was laughed at by everyone.

In the forty-first episode, when Miaoyu invited Baoyu, Daiyu and Baochai to taste "plum blossom snow" in the cui hermitage, she said a tea tasting discussion:

"One cup is a taste, two cups are to quench your thirst, and three cups are to drink cows and mules!"

At this time, Nong Lu nodded yes, and then smiled and said, in my opinion, most of the "cow drinks" who drink tea now.

When Wu Qing heard this, he leaned back and smiled and put his plump body on the table with a smile, and then got up slightly, and with another tremble, his chest trembled.

When Nonglu saw it, he said, look at you, you are about to collapse the tea table.

Wu Qing hurriedly straightened his corset and said, haven't you seen enough?

Nong Lu smiled and said, I can't see enough, lady!

In fact, you don't have to pay too much attention to drinking tea, such as really "thirsty", you might as well be like the Tang Dynasty poet Lu Tong, the poet known as the "tea idiot", so interested that he will drink seven bowls in a row, isn't it also a happy one.

If you learn from Lu Tong to drink seven bowls in a row, even if you can't "fly away with the breeze", you can at least taste the comfort of "two armpits are used to the breeze".

In "Dream of Red Mansions", there are more than ten characters who drink tea if you roughly count them. It can be seen that tea is also the condiment of the Red Mansion.

Those who will drink tea, not just to drink tea, when they are free, throw a few pieces of new tea in the cup, rush into the boiling water, suddenly water droplets emerge, the tea leaves float slowly, wait for the water waves to subside, pieces of green leaves rise and fall in the water, as if there is the spirituality of life, in that clear and translucent tea soup, gradually stretch the petals, and then bloom into flowers, like a branch of mountains and wild flowers bloom naturally, isn't it happy?

With the smoke of tea curling and the fragrance overflowing, what a pleasant enjoyment it should be in life!
