At the same time, the Chinese Revolutionary Army was expanded into 10 group armies, which were stationed in various military regions.

The First Group Army has the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Divisions, as well as tank brigades and artillery divisions under its command, with a total strength of 100,000 troops, and the commander-in-chief is still the number one fierce general, Zhang Yihu. The chief of the general staff is Guo Ye of the First Division.

The Second Group Army has the fifth, sixth, and seventh divisions and a tank brigade, with a total strength of more than 60,000 troops.

The Ninth Army is under the jurisdiction of the 21st Division, the 22nd Division, the 23rd Division, and an artillery division, with Commander-in-Chief Zhang Xiaohuai, Deputy Commander Zhang Chunping, and Chief of Staff Dongfang Kai; stationed in the Southwest Military District;

The second presidential decree established a strategic air force and appointed Sun Defeng as the commander of the air force, and it is planned that within three years, the existing second-generation aircraft and second-generation improved aircraft must reach 80, and the number of air force pilots will not be less than 500!

The third presidential decree is the order to expand the navy. Liu Xiaochan is still the commander-in-chief of the navy, and at the same time the navy will be expanded into the Northern Fleet, the East China Sea Fleet, and the South China Sea Fleet, with Sa Zhenbing, commander of the Northern Fleet, Liu Yongqing, commander of the East China Sea Fleet, and Li Sixiao, commander of the South China Sea Fleet, and at the same time, it is planned to expand the main warships of the Huaxia Navy from the current 15 to 36 in three to five years!
