If the funds in the personal account corresponding to the pledged assets need to be withdrawn, and the pledgee does not want to redeem the pledged assets, the pledged assets will be automatically transferred to the property of Minsheng Company after deducting the converted value of the pledged fixed assets at that time. ”

For the cashless society of the SAR, there are only two ways to withdraw money from personal accounts, one is to emigrate to other countries, and the other is to leave Tuvalu and return to the country.

It is clear that the prospects for development in Tuvalu are very good at the moment, and the country's real estate market is already in crisis, and few of those who have chosen to leave are willing to go back and take over these almost unrealizable fixed assets.
