Zhuangzi's answer is simple: you only have a few decades to live! I will live one day if you live, and one more day can you live? I live freer and longer than you. Even! I can still watch how you tossed to death, how you tossed to prison......

You have quality of life: eat well. But your body only attracts so many nutrients in a day. You have a quality of life: good tools and comfortable living. Don't? I can't live without that tool? People of the past can't live without that tool?

If you can't afford a unit without a villa, wouldn't you rent a house too?

People who can't afford to buy a villa and can't afford a house, don't they have a place to live?

You say you look down on me? I also said that I sat on the balcony all day drinking tea and watching you play on the street. It depends on whether your life is a tragedy or a comedy, a sketch, a joke, or a circus clown...... You're all just the protagonists of a big drama in my life!

Maybe? You're just a supporting character. Even! It's a trickster, and he died after a few episodes.

Since the Word gives us life, then! Let's accept the facts! Since you were born to be human, then! Let's live! Let's finish this life!

Because! We are people! We are human beings with intelligence, we are different from animals and plants, we have brains. At least! We can save our lives and allow ourselves to live to old age. Animals and plants, they don't have this ability.

What is the world? The world is a combination of people. People are combined with each other to become the world of human beings. So! The world is scattered! It's a plate of loose sand.

So? How did the world become a whole? How did it become a country? How did it become a group? How did it become a family, a family?

We can't first ask others to sacrifice how to save the world, how to pluck the feathers. But! Let's explain: What is Tianxia? What is Country? What is a group? What is Family? What is Family?

Let's start with the lower level, what is family?

A family is a union between a man and a woman, who have children and live together to form a family. And then! and they had children. When you have children, you have brothers and sisters. When we have children, we become parents, and when we have parents, we have grandparents, grandmothers, brothers and sisters of our parents, and brothers and sisters of our grandparents. When they have children, they combine with others to form small families, and they have children and grandchildren...... Families and clans are born from this.

You can see from this! The person is the most basic unit. And then! Only then did there be a family, a clan.

If we have the ability to protect ourselves in troubled times, and can survive, and have more than enough ability, the first person we need to protect is not everyone in the world, but! Our family. The first thing to protect is our own parents, elders, our spouses, our children.

Other words! The first person we need to protect is our family, not everyone in the world! Plucking a hair is not to benefit the world first, but to benefit your own family first.

If we are able to do it, we will only consider protecting our family, not everyone in the world!

Groups and nations are the same, they all come into being just for survival.

A group is a group of like-minded people who are grouped together for a purpose, a goal.

The same is true of the state, which came into being to protect everyone. When a country fails to protect its people, it exists in name only. When a country fails to protect its people's survival, state institutions become a shackle that binds the people's survival.

So! We must first learn to protect ourselves. And then! Let's protect our families. And then! We go to form groups, to form larger groups, to protect all of us in the community. And then! Let's go patriotic!

The nation is a much larger group!

The country is also good! Groups, too! Family, too! Family, too! They all exist just to survive! In the service of survival. When everything is useless and can no longer protect our survival, we should be self-reliant!

Zhuangzi's health preservation starts here: deconstructing society! Let's deconstruct society first, and then talk about how to survive in society and survive in any environment.

How to let yourself live, live to the end of your life, and have freedom, this is health!
