Most of the understanding of Zhuangzi's health preservation is "at ease". More scholars believe that Zhuangzi's philosophical thought is "wandering the world".

What is a wandering world? To put it bluntly, it is "mixed time" and "mixed life".

Since Lao Zhuang's philosophical thought was characterized as "negativity" and "nothingness", when interpreting the article "Health Master", he put forward "easy to use", which happened to be linked to "negativity" and "nothingness".

Regardless of the meaning of the text and the overall thought of Zhuangzi, the central idea of the article "Health Master" has become "easy to navigate".

In fact! Zhuangzi uses the story of "Ku Ding Jie Niu" as an example, just like the two stories of "Three Days, Three Dusk and Four Shadows" in the "Theory of Things", which cannot be interpreted literally, but must be interpreted from its metaphorical meaning.

To give an inappropriate example, it is like the Sven people scolding people, it is very vague, referring to Sang scolding Huai. was obviously scolding the monk, but he said that he was scolding the "bald donkey".

So! Let's not interpret how Ku Ding solves the cow literally, we have to interpret it metaphorically.

If we are monks, don't think that others are scolding the "bald donkey" and not you. When people scold a bald donkey, they are actually scolding you. Of course! This is an analogy, and it does not mean to praise monks and Buddhism.

Wen Huijun in "The Master of Health" said: "Good! I heard the words of Ku Ding, and I had to maintain my health. "I don't know if this Wen Huijun has really gotten the way to maintain health.

Of course! This story was made up by Zhuangzi. Fear? Only a very small number of people have really received the way to maintain their health.

Ku Ding said: "Those who are favored by the ministers are also good, and they are skilled in their skills." When the first minister unraveled the cow, he saw nothing but all the cattle. Three years later, I haven't seen all the cows. At this time, the minister meets God instead of sight, and the official knows and God wants to act. According to the principles of heaven, criticize Da Hao and guide Da Yao, because it is certain. The technology has not been tasted, and the situation is very big! Liang Yu is more knife, cut also; The clan is more knife, and it is folded. The knife of this minister has been nineteen years, and thousands of cattle have been solved, and the blade is new to the sword. There is a room for the other section, and the blade is not thick: with no thickness into the room, it will be restored to the edge of the blade, which is nineteen years and the blade is new to the sword. Although, as for the clan, I see that it is difficult to do, and I am stunned as a warning, depending on it, the act is late, the knife is very little, and it has been solved, such as the land commission. Stand with a knife, look around for it, be full of ambition for it, and hide it with a good knife. ”

Ku Ding said: I am a Taoist, I like to study the laws of things, and my research on the physiological structure of cattle is beyond my cattle slaughtering skills.

When I first slaughtered a cow, I saw a cow, a behemoth. After three years, I couldn't see a whole cow anymore, and I broke it down. In my eyes, it is a combination of cowhide, beef, cow blood, beef tendon, cow skeleton, and so on.

Now I don't need to look at it because I feel it. It doesn't matter if my eyes are in my head, it's all in my brain. I have a picture in my brain of a cow that I have broken down.

According to the physiological structure of the cow, I slashed the knife into the gap between the joints, and gently patted the back of the knife, cracking the joints and injuring the tendons and veins inside. Then insert the blade into the gap and rotate it, cutting off the veins inside. According to the size of the bone joint, insert different parts such as the blade, tip and back of the knife into the bone joint, crack it, and break the tendons and veins inside. According to the principle of joint movement, the whole skeleton of the cow is scattered when the knife is cut from different places. The places where the feet and the meridians gather, the places where the flesh and bones stick together, did not bother me, let alone those big bones?

Good cooks change a knife a year because they use the knife to cut and rarely cut. When they met bones, they used axes; The average chef replaces a knife a month because they are not only used to cut, but also to chop bones. My knife has been used for 19 years, and thousands of cattle have been slaughtered, but my blade is still as intact as it was when it was first opened.

There is a gap between the joints, and the gaps are large and small. The same goes for knives, which have a tip, a blade, and a back, with varying thicknesses and thin tips. Depending on the size of the gap between the joints, it is always just right to cut the knife in. The blade rotates in the gap with ease. There was no need to cut it at all, and the joints burst open. So! I've been using this knife for 19 years, and it's still the same as when it was cut.

Even so, every time I encounter the most difficult place, I don't dare to start there. I still feel that it is difficult to deal with it, and I am vigilant. Keep your eyes on there, slow down your movements, and be cautious. Although the movement was very light, gently flicking the blade, the entire skeleton was scattered, and there was a loud sound. The whole cow was piled up there like a pile of dirt. I stood aside with my knife in my hand and looked around, contented and accomplished. And then! Wipe the knife clean and store it away.

Literally, Ku Ding is explaining how to slaughter a whole cow. But if we only start from the process of unraveling cattle, what kind of health can we get?

Don't? We get a revelation that we are "at ease"? Just being able to do it with ease? Learn to be tactful, mix the times, learn to walk between the society, and be a person with no moral bottom line? Or is it to make a wall grass? Or be a centrist, two-sided person?

If we understand it this way, it's not that you have a low IQ, but! Lowered Zhuangzi's IQ!

In fact! Zhuangzi is not about cattle, but about society! It's social relations, interpersonal relationships!

What if we treat society as a cow? How do we dissolve this society?

Don't say that this society is too complex to dissolve. In front of Zhuangzi, I will dissolve you the same! Because! Society is a combination of people, where is the complexity?

So? Why did Zhuangzi untie the ox? Do you want to dissolve this society, this complex society, like a cow?

Because! We want to survive!

Survive! How to live and how to live better, this is health!

We want to live, we want to live, we want to live better, we want to be healthy. So! We must dissolve society and social relations like a cow and see the essence of society. And then! We're good to go! We can be at ease in this society, in this complex social relationship.

We can also interpret it this way, Ku Ding is not understanding cattle, but society and social relations.

Ku Ding said: I am a Taoist, I like to study the laws of things, I know this society very well, this society is a combination of people, it's as simple as that. Who said this society is complicated? Complicated relationships? I don't believe it!

But? When I first came into contact with society, I also felt that this society is very complex and interpersonal relationships are more complicated. Three years later, I don't think that way anymore. Because! I broke down this society and broke it down into pieces of land. In my eyes, it is a combination of people, a combination of families, a combination of social groups and organizations, a combination of enterprises and institutions, a combination of countries, and so on. Individuals, families, social groups, organizations, enterprises, countries, etc., combine to form this society.

Now I don't need to look at it because I feel it. It doesn't matter if my eyes are in my head, it's all in my brain. I have a picture in my brain that society is a plate of scattered sand. Relationships are not complicated, everyone is selfish, and they are all fighting for survival.

I follow this structure of society, I move between countries, I help countries speak, and the leaders of each country believe in me. Outcome! My life has become very nourishing.

I move between companies, I help companies do things and create maximum value for them. Outcome! Every company asked me to work in their company, and I lived a nourishing life because of it.

I move between various social groups and organizations, I help them do things, I serve them. Outcome! They all welcomed me, they all paid me the most, and I lived a nourishing life because of it.

I travel between families, I act as a peacemaker, persuade them to want harmony between husband and wife, unity in the family, support them to start a business, and help them earn money. So! Every family treats me like a VIP. Therefore! I've had a very nourishing life.

When it comes to dealing with relationships, because I know that human nature is selfish, so! I give them selfishness and satisfy their selfishness. So! They all feel that it is okay and profitable to get along with me, and they are all willing to get along with me and cooperate with me. But! When I found out that some people were fooling me and using me as a tool for their profiteering, I distanced myself from them and only worked with those who genuinely worked with me.

It is true that human nature is selfish, but! There is a bottom line! If you are selfish and do not care about others, no one will associate with you. Selflessness is the means, selfishness is the goal, you can't be selfish if you are not selfless, this is my secret to dealing with interpersonal relationships. So! Relationships aren't complicated at all!

Selflessness is the means, selfishness is the end. Only selflessness can lead to selfishness.

They fought hard, fought against others, and lost their temper. What kind of temper do you say? Isn't it just to complete this life? Isn't it just to live? Why are you gambling with your life?

Some people don't know how to deal with things at all, they don't say that something happens every year, even! Every month there are troubles. And even more! They quarrel with people every day, every hour. What do you say you're making a fuss about? Isn't it just to complete this life? Isn't it just to live? Why are you so angry? What's the noise? Noisy?

And me! In the past 19 years, I have encountered many headaches and come into contact with many people, and I have handled them skillfully. After the incident, it felt as if nothing had ever happened.

This society is a combination of people, so! In front of me, there is no distinction between countries, groups, organizations, businesses, families, etc. In my eyes, there are only individual people. There is no one I can deal with in any way with someone, and there is no one I can't deal with. So! There's nothing I can't handle well. It's been 19 years, and I've had a lot of headaches and people of all personalities, but I've handled them all skillfully. After the incident, it felt as if nothing had ever happened.

Even so, every time I encounter the most difficult thing, I don't dare to do it. I still feel that it is difficult to deal with it, and I am vigilant. Keep your eyes on there, slow down your movements, and be cautious. Although the action was very light, I didn't dare to anger the other party, but in the end the other party made a concession and we compromised. When the matter is settled, it is all over. I think about it and look around, feeling satisfied and accomplished. And then! Adjust your mood and start your day.

Ku Ding understands the cow, while Zhuangzi understands society and social relations.

Zhuangzi believes that society is a combination of people, and if we break it down, this society will be a plate of scattered sand, and there will be individual people left.

Who says society is complicated? Society was dissolved in front of Zhuangzi, and it was dissolved by him like a cow.

Who says relationships are complicated? In front of Zhuangzi, it is not complicated at all. Because! Zhuangzi saw the essence of human beings clearly.

To say that the essence of human beings is the sum total of social relations is too general and undisciplined. It does not solve the problem of the philosophy of life, does not tell us what people live for and what they live for, but only sees the surface phenomena of human society.

It is an irrefutable fact that human nature is selfish. The purpose of selfishness is to live, to live better than others, to achieve a certain goal, to achieve a certain dream. And selflessness is the means, and selflessness is used as a means to achieve selfish goals.

So! If a person is only selfish and does not use selflessness, then he will not achieve the purpose of selfishness. If a person is too selfish to be selfless, others will turn away from him. So! If he can't do it alone, he won't be able to achieve his selfish purpose.

Chapter 7 of Lao Tzu's "Tao Te Ching": Heaven and earth are eternal. Therefore, those who can live long and long in heaven and earth can live forever because they do not generate by themselves. It is the saint who comes after him; Outside of the body, but in the body. Not because of its selflessness. Therefore, it can become its own selfishness.

Remember! Lao Tzu said: "If it is not for its selflessness and evil, it can become its selfishness." ”

Get along with people, you use selflessness as a means to get in touch with people, and you definitely have many friends. Selflessness is only your means, and selfishness is your end. When others are only selfish and not selfless, and fail to achieve your selfless purpose, you will no longer associate with other people.

Getting along with each other, it's that simple!

Solve the problem of people, then! It will also be easy to solve the problems of families, clans, groups, organizations, units, enterprises, and countries. Because! They are all a combination of people, and they are all selfish.

The family is a combination of two selfish people, a man and a woman, who then have children. Children are also selfish as human beings. So! The family is a selfish assemblage.

The same goes for families! It is us and our children and descendants, our brothers and sisters, our parents, our parents' brothers and sisters and their offspring, our parents' brothers and sisters and their descendants...... We're family, so! Our family is made up of countless selfish families, all the same, selfishly.

Groups, organizations, units, and enterprises are all selfish, if not for selfishness, not for a certain purpose, what are they grouped together?

Charities are also selfish, in order to achieve their good hearts, in order to help the poor, orphans, save people, etc., how can they not be selfish?

The state is also selfish, isn't it? It can't be for the country.
