However, the current water area of Dianchi Lake is far lower than the scale of hundreds of years ago, and the depth of the water area has also been greatly reduced while the water storage has decreased.

In order to achieve the objectives of the Wei Minsheng management plan, the existing Dianchi Lake should reduce the water coverage area and increase the average depth of the lake.

Therefore, Minsheng Company continued to organize forces to dig deep into the bottom of the lake, and used the excavated soil to continuously raise the embankment along the shore of the lake to improve the capacity of the small lake to hold water.

Moreover, in order to solve the problem of cleaning up the new silt in the later stage, a large pit with a diameter of 100 meters and a depth of 5 meters was dug at the bottom of the lake near Haikou, and then from the big pit, more than a dozen radial deep trenches were dug obliquely around.

It is difficult to dig a few meters down a few dozen square kilometers of small lakes by manpower, but it is easy to increase the depth of the water in the small lakes to more than 10 meters if the excavated soil is used to raise the surrounding levees.

After months of natural drying, the first area to be fenced off and then easily transported by construction vehicles to a sewage treatment plant several kilometres away, where it can be further processed into high-quality organic compost.

After the silt was removed, these areas also formed a water storage area around the lake with an area of more than 20 square kilometers.

If only these construction vehicles can achieve such an effect, but the speed is certainly not so fast.

With the covert help of Wei Minsheng's ability to use space transfer, almost half of the project volume and half of the project time were saved.

In just over six months, the total water storage capacity of the small lake reached a staggering one billion cubic meters.

On the side of the embankment where the silt had been emptied, a baokan was built from previously mined stone, and three small sewage treatment plants were built next to the embankment.

At the same time, the three roundabouts were transformed into three sewage treatment plants, and after the completion of the first phase of the six sewage treatment plants, the purification of the sewage in the Great Lake began.

The eutrophicated sewage in Dianchi Lake is a disaster for people in the real world, a serious pollution.

But these eutrophicated domestic sewage are the best fertilizer water for the Yunmengze area in another world.

After continuous treatment by the digester, a large amount of biogas slurry is used for irrigation of paddy fields in the Yunmengze area.

The time gap between the two worlds has made these digesters passively eight times more efficient at treating wastewater.

Under such circumstances, Wei Minsheng also transferred a large amount of mountain spring water from the other world and replenished it into the small lake.

Therefore, in the eyes of others, they only see more and more clean water in the small lake, and the total amount of sewage in the big lake is slowly decreasing, and they will not think that the sewage has been used as a resource in other places.

The sedimentation tanks in the large sewage treatment plant, six kilometers away, eventually became temporary reservoirs for Wei Minsheng to divert clean water.

Pipes connected to several sewage treatment plants are used to continuously discharge the water from these clear mountain springs into the small lake.

As a result, pedestrians around the lake can see every day that a large amount of clean water that has been "treated" into Class II water quality is continuously discharged into the small lake that has been emptied of silt.

In particular, the clean water discharged from the large sewage treatment plant is almost as good as Class I water.

Of course, this is just an explanation from Minsheng to the outside world, and the real situation is that the large sewage treatment plant, which was almost completely closed, has now completely become a transfer tank for mountain spring water.

The small sewage treatment plants in the lake also discharge a large amount of sewage that has only undergone two-stage treatment.

Although this sewage has only undergone two stages of treatment, strictly speaking, it does not reach Class II water quality, but at least most of the solid matter has been removed, and it looks relatively clear on the surface.

After dilution of mountain spring water with close to Class I quality, the indicators of those soluble pollutants can easily reach Class II water quality, and this treatment speed is not possible in other similar sewage treatment plants.

For such sewage treatment efficiency, Minsheng Company refused to be snooped on by the local government and major media on the grounds of commercial technical secrets.

Those overt and covert eyeliners have also studied the facilities of several sewage treatment plants, but still have not found anything abnormal, and can only suspect that Minsheng Company has some kind of control technology for fungi with high efficiency in the decomposition of eutrophicated sewage.

The government has also organized relevant departments to test the discharge from several sewage treatment plants, and they have all achieved satisfactory results.

In only half a year, this small lake, which accounts for one-third of the entire area of Dianchi Lake, has already seen hope and is just around the corner to become a second-class water body.
