The treatment project of Dianchi Lake has reached this level to this extent, and everyone has reached a consensus, after solving the biggest problem of removing the silt at the bottom of the lake, the hidden dangers left by Dianchi Lake for many years have been completely removed.

According to the progress of the project of Minsheng Company, it may take less than two years to treat the entire Dianchi Lake into a second-class water body.

At the same time as the treatment of the sewage in the large lake began, a flood discharge nullah was built from the drainage outlet of Caohai Lake along the western shore of Dianchi Lake, which was connected to the pipeline used for flood discharge by the embankment.

As the water level of the lake drops, the domestic sewage generated in the entire upstream city is no longer directly discharged into Dianchi Lake after being filtered through the Caohai wetland, but directly sent to the largest sewage treatment plant through this flood discharge nullah and the flood discharge pipeline in the small lake.

After treatment, the clean water that has reached the second class water quality is returned to the Dianchi Lake through the original pipeline again.

The second type of water can already be used as a source of drinking water, and its water quality has been tested, and most of the relevant indicators have exceeded the water quality of the original upstream rivers.

Therefore, under the government's proposal, it is planned to send the high-quality "reclaimed water" treated by the large sewage treatment plant directly to the KM urban area to be used as a clean water source for the city's sewer pipes.

However, in this way, it is equivalent to reducing the amount of clean water injected into Dianchi Lake, and at the same time increasing the total amount of sewage discharged into Dianchi Lake, which will definitely affect the treatment progress of Minsheng Company.

Because these treated reclaimed water is the result of the Minsheng Company's governance of Dianchi Lake, if it is not restricted, let the local government take it at will, the Dianchi Lake treatment project will never be completed.

Therefore, in the contract between the government and Minsheng Company, there is a special provision that Minsheng Company has absolute control over the income generated in the process of Dianchi Lake treatment, and these reclaimed water are all assets of Minsheng Company before the completion of the treatment project and handed over to the local government.

This also means that if a large amount of reclaimed water in Dianchi Lake is needed around Dianchi Lake, Minsheng Company has the right to prohibit it through legal means.

During the period when Minsheng Company was responsible for maintaining the water quality of Dianchi Lake, the local government had the power to discharge domestic sewage into Dianchi Lake, but it must discharge it in accordance with the discharge channels designated by Minsheng Company.

If you want to use the water in Dianchi Lake, you must obtain the consent of the Minsheng Company and pay the corresponding fees.

Therefore, after further negotiations with Minsheng, the local government agreed to directly supply the reclaimed water to the municipal management department at the standard of one yuan per tonne, and increase the cleaning of the city's sewer network.

For the cleaning of the urban sewer network, Minsheng Company also put forward its own proposal, directly build a temporary pipeline, transport the reclaimed water to the highest part of the pipe network, and then clean it up in sections according to the direction of the terrain.

Unlike Tuvalu and China, cities in China are made up of standardized urban units, so their underground pipe networks are disorganized, and the diameter of the pipes is generally small, which is very troublesome to clean.

Only high-pressure water cannons can be used to manually clean up the silt in the pipes section by section, and the work efficiency cannot be compared with the standard urban units.

However, this kind of treatment only treats the symptoms but not the root cause, and does not change the urban structure, and cannot fundamentally solve the problem of sewer pipes and development inadaptability.

A large number of soft biogas digesters are now installed on these roundabouts, which continuously purify the sewage and continuously pressurize the sludge piled up in the roundabouts to promote the separation of its moisture.

After the completion of the three-year treatment project, the silt in these roundabouts will be completely decomposed under natural conditions and will be turned into ready-to-use organic fertilizer.

Therefore, these seven roundabouts can be directly transformed into fertile fields or vegetable planting farms, or these organic fertilizers can be taken out and then filled with soil and rocks to transform the roundabouts into other activity venues.

The five-kilometre-long embankment, which runs across the east and west banks, could be transformed into a two-way, four-lane road across the lake after being reinforced with stone.

After the construction of this highway, the length of the highway on both sides of the strait can be shortened by nearly 20 kilometers, and the circulation speed of materials on the east and west banks of Dianchi Lake can be more than doubled.

At the same time, this cross-lake highway also makes it more convenient for residents on both sides of the strait to have more convenient travel options, so that the two sides of the strait can communicate more closely.

In short, after the completion of the Dianchi Lake treatment project, the right to use these artificial buildings in the next 17 years belongs to Minsheng Company.

What kind of development and utilization can be carried out at that time depends on the future development situation.

Minsheng Company's superficial governance expenses are huge, but due to Wei Minsheng's involvement, its actual expenses only account for about one-third.

The two-thirds of the expenses saved actually became the profits of Minsheng Company.

The treatment of Dianchi Lake is not something that can be completed in a short period of time, at least for three years, Minsheng Company will maintain a large continuous construction investment to re-establish the ecological environment of the lake and the surrounding lake.
