The seventh round: Empress Wu gave birth safely, and the government hall discussed the worship of the Buddha again (I)

Buds are unearthed in spring, lotus flowers flutter in summer, leaves are shaken by the wind in autumn, and grass wears filial piety in winter. The four words are combined into one word, which is not half a cent. The summer goes to the cold to kill the knife, and it is best to persuade the gentleman to have fun in time!

In life, we must not only have fun in time, but also relax our mentality and correct posture; Asking oneself is worthy of the sky and worthy of the heart, only in this way can we be an upright person and do things, and go to a smooth road.

In the face of the tense atmosphere of this life, this Wu Mei Niang, with the help of the power of the Buddha, finally relaxed her due mood, and with the calming of her mind, she finally woke up from her sleep in the early hours of the morning.

And this scene, Li Zhi, who was also on the side to make amends, woke up from his sleep in fright, and with this awakening, he hurriedly walked to the side of the bed again and clenched Wu Meiniang's little hand. With Mei Niang's awakening, the maid who had been waiting here for a long time had been passed in by the imperial doctor, and after some diagnosis and observation by the imperial doctor, it had been found that this was a sign of childbirth......

Therefore, several experienced female medical officers immediately examined it in detail, and found that as soon as the entrance of the palace was opened, they immediately instructed the maids to quickly go and get hot water and prepare the necessary things......

Li Zhi looked at Wu Meiniang, who was sweating profusely, although he was a little reluctant, but he still said affectionately: "Meiniang, don't be afraid, there is me, the Buddha will bless us!" ”

At this time, Wu Meiniang, although the pain was unbearable, still endured the pain for Li Zhi's strong love, and smiled at Li Zhi. And nodded......

So, Li Zhi let go of his grip on his hand, gently kissed her forehead, and walked out of this Lizheng Hall with a reluctant mood. And it is precisely because of this affectionate kiss that Wu Meiniang is even more happy and relaxed......

At this time, although it has reached midnight, the lights are still bright, and the sound of Buddha is still lingering. Hearing that Wang Xuance told the queen that the queen had reached this critical juncture, the sand gates did not dare to slack off in the slightest; Although he was sleepy, under the leadership of Master Xuanzang, he still fought hard and recited this sutra loudly in front of the Buddha.

In this Lizheng Palace, as Li Zhi withdrew from the palace, the experienced female medical officer immediately carried out all this in an orderly manner: on the one hand, through some warm words, to distract Empress Wu's attention, and on the other hand, she kept helping her rub the acupuncture points to alleviate the pain she deserved.

With the sophisticated and skilled techniques of the female medical officer, it was only about an hour or so that Wu Meiniang, who had already given birth to three children, finally gave birth to her fourth child for Li Zhi after a strong "ah".

With a baby's cry, Wu Meiniang also breathed a long sigh of relief. And Gaozong Li Zhi, who heard this cry, immediately pushed open the door of this Lizheng Palace, and strode to the Lizheng Palace, in front of Wu Meiniang's bed.

"Congratulations to Your Majesty, congratulations to Your Majesty, the queen mother gave birth to a prince for Your Majesty." These female medical officers, seeing His Majesty's arrival, immediately put down the work in their hands and hurriedly knelt down to congratulate him.

Hearing that it was another prince, Wu Meiniang's face suddenly overflowed with a lot of smiles, and Gaozong Li Zhi also looked at the child next to Meiniang, smiling from ear to ear.

"Mei Niang, you have worked hard, and you gave birth to a dragon son for me" Li Zhi was full of excited tears, and said to Wu Meiniang with endless affection.

"Mei Niang is not hard, Your Majesty, give this child a name." Wu Meiniang looked at Li Zhi delicately with a sense of tenderness on her face and said.

But seeing this Gaozong Li Zhi, after thinking about it for a while, he said: "Since this child is not easy to give birth, then I hope that when he grows up, he will be safe and sound and be a poetic literati, so he will be called Li Zhe." ”

"Li Zhe, okay, this name is good, Li Zhe" But look at this Wu Meiniang repeating this name. And this son is the future Tang Zhongzong Li Xian.

Looking at Wu Meiniang, who was already quite tired, Li Zhi once again gently comforted her to sleep. At this time, this Wu Meiniang did not have much pressure in her heart, in fact, when she gave birth, although Master Xuanzang had led the monks to pray for their mother and son, but in her heart she was only a little at ease, and she did not have much confidence, after all, it had passed the due date for so many days.

However, after she gave birth to this child safely, her mood suddenly relaxed a lot. On the one hand, since then, during this period of time, there has been no big obstacle, on the other hand, I am once again grateful to the Buddha for blessing me, feeling that I have always been a person favored by the Buddha, and at the same time, I am even more grateful for the supreme wish of Master Xuanzang, so this sleep is the most beautiful, calmest, and most stable sleep she has had during this time; No distractions, no nightmares.

At this time, Wang Xuance, because he needed to take care of both ends, on the one hand, to convey Li Zhi's will, and on the other hand, to take care of the affairs of Master Xuanzang, who was very benevolent, was also too busy to leave.

Listening to the palace maid say, this Martial Empress has given birth to a dragon heir, and after the mother and son are safe, his heart suddenly breathed a sigh of relief: on the one hand, it is because he can let Master Xuanzang rest, on the other hand, he can finally stop, and at the same time, he also feels the power of the Buddha, which is really powerful enough, and it is only half a day's effort, so that this Martial Empress can get such an effect.

After thinking about it for a while, he hurriedly walked out of this Lizheng Palace, walked out of this Daxing Palace, rode a fast horse, and went straight to Jinchangfang's Great Mercy. After arriving at this Great Mercy and Grace Temple, I hurriedly rushed to this Great Male Treasure Hall.

At this time, all the monks of the Great Ci'en Temple were still under the leadership of Master Xuanzang, and the Buddha's voice was lingering, and they recited the Buddha sincerely. Wang Xuance hurriedly came to Master Xuanzang's side, half-bowed, bent down and whispered a few words in his ear.

Master Xuanzang also opened his eyes slightly and let out a sigh of relief. So, he led all the monks to send the Buddha away after reciting this Prajnaparamita Heart Sutra. He got up and said to all the monks who had worked hard for a long time: "Everyone has also worked hard, Xuanzang thanks the disciples for their sincerity, Empress Wu has given birth to the dragon heir safely, this time we can chant in front of the Buddha for a while, you can go back to the monk's room to rest." ”

As a result, all the monks either rubbed their shoulders or their waists, and left the hall one by one with a very tired posture. Watching the monks leave, Master Xuanzang was also a little tired and said to Wang Xuance: "Alas, it's really tiring~"

"Master, it's hard work, I never thought that this Buddha would be so effective, safely bless the queen to give birth to an heir safely, it is really a prosperous era of Buddhism, and it is also a prosperous era of the royal family."

"Ahem, you, you've been following the poor monk for so many years, and you haven't even seen your mind."

Why did Master Xuanzang say that? See the next section......

Editor's note: As mentioned above, there is no religion in the world, and there are many people who believe in it, so there is naturally a religion, and it is precisely because of various experiences that Empress Wu made her believe in Buddhism, so that during her reign, the development of Buddhism in China reached its peak......
