Medium: Wet with each other, wet with foam, it is better to forget each other in the rivers and lakes. Rather than Yuyao instead of Jiye, it is better to forget about it and turn it into a way. What does this passage mean?

I've read a lot of books, but I don't seem to have read the idea. Some! It's just nonsense, nonsense, which seriously violates the original intention of Zhuangzi. Therefore! I have to interpret it seriously and responsibly here.

Let's start by translating this passage into the vernacular:

The springs dried up, and the creeks and ravines became land. The fish that live in the creek are trapped there, and they snuggle up to each other, exhale with their mouths wide open to get a little moisture, and moisten each other with spittle.

Now that I have lost the source of spring water and have no support for survival, I remember the freedom of living in the rivers and lakes at the beginning. I regret that I chose the wrong reliance to come to this creek. In this case, it is better to accept the reality, forget the happiness in the rivers and lakes in the past, change the cognitive concept, and then! Let's re-select "Yu Sheng".

Instead of praising Yao's sage rather than discussing Xia Ji's tyranny, it is better to forget the happiness and pain they bring us and change our perceptions. And then! Reimagine our lives.

Life is just a process of life, just to live. Man, like all things, comes from between heaven and earth, from the Tao. Let's look at life from the height of the Tao! Instead of relying on the Shengming Yao or the tyrannical Xia Wei.

This passage is a turning point after Zhuangzi wrote "real people", a passage that connects the past and the future.

To put it more bluntly, the fish are on land, and sooner or later they will die. It is useless for you to regret that you have chosen the wrong choice, because it has become an established fact and you will definitely die. You just miss the "Yusheng" of the past, and it is useless to think about the happiness in the rivers and lakes in the past, you can't go back to the past.

"It's better to forget each other in the rivers and lakes", forget all the past, and use the last time to think about "Yusheng", "Rather than Yuyao, it is better to forget and turn into a way." ”

"It's better to forget about the two and turn it into its way", the last sentence is the key. Once you understand this last sentence, you will know what the previous sentence is talking about.

What does it mean to "forget about the two and get their way"?

It is to take refuge in the Tao and look at life and "fish life" from the height of the Tao.

Of course! Don't be dogmatic: what Zhuangzi means when he says this is that we should face death "bravely" and accept it. Life, "Yusheng" is not interesting. If you understand it this way, you will be taking the opportunity to deliberately smear it. Or! There is no contextual understanding.

Let's take a closer look:

How did the fish get to land? It is because the fish chose the wrong direction of "Yusheng" at the beginning, and the concept of Yusheng was wrong, and he chose the river as his living environment instead of the rivers, lakes and seas. Outcome! The creek dried up, lost its livelihood, and was in danger of dying.

In fact! This passage is very metaphorical, that is, it means that our lives are the same, often because we have chosen the wrong path, thus exposing ourselves to difficulties and the danger of death.

The "wrong route" that Zhuangzi refers to refers to the outlook on life!

Our outlook on life, worldview, and cosmology is wrong, and we are not just doing something wrong, but! Our whole lives are wrong.

That's what Zhuangzi meant.

And then! Zhuangzi wrote: Instead of honoring Yao instead of Jiye, it is better to forget and turn into his way. Meaning: It is not interesting for you to praise this person for being good and commenting on that person for being bad, so it is better not to follow their way, I believe. I regard the Tao as my outlook on life, the world, and the universe, and your set of ways is to deal with the world from the perspective of the relationship between man and society, and the realm is too low.

You are all quacks who treat headaches and foot pains, and they are not the fundamental solution to the problem, and they do not solve the problem fundamentally.

As Zigong scolded later: "Those Confucians don't understand what life is, how can they understand the true meaning of etiquette!" ”

You don't know what people live for, what they live for, and whatever you do is a fool.

Zhuangzi's meaning: it is wrong for us to rely on Yao and Ji, it is better to rely on ourselves, "it is better to forget and change the way".

Only by learning the Tao, correctly understanding the Tao, and understanding the road of life, can we have our own life, and we will not choose the wrong "Yusheng" like Xiaoyu. Xiaoyu chose the wrong "yusheng" and ran to the creek to live, but the creek dried up and could only wait for death in the end.

Next! Zhuangzi began to explain, explaining life, explaining the position of man in heaven and earth and the future of man.

The original text reads:

The husband carries me in shape, labors me to live, I grow old, and I die to death. Therefore those who are good to me live, so good to me to die.

Vernacular:

The Word uses the earth to carry my body, allowing me to feed myself through labor, old age to rest, and death to rest. So! If you have been so kind to me in life, you will be so kind to me after death.

The above text is Zhuangzi's interpretation of life, interpreting the position of man in heaven and earth and the future of man.

This is how it is before life, to support oneself through labor, to complete the process of this life. Then there is death, a return to the Word. Don't be afraid of what will happen after death, for if you were so kind to me in life, you will be so kind to me after death.

In the Tao, this thing dies and the other is born, and life is endless.

To sum up, "it is better to forget each other in the rivers and lakes than to be wet, and to foam in each other." The correct meaning is: don't live in a reluctant way, don't think about the happy life of the past, forget everything in the past, start over, and learn from me.

Learn from me, improve your realm, let you use a new outlook on life to face the real life in front of you, and you will get a "getaway" life.

If you live with a different mentality, your life will definitely be different from the past, and it will only make you relaxed, free and happy.

Next, Zhuangzi wrote this puzzling passage:

The husband hides the boat in the gully, and the mountain is in the ze, which is called solid! However, in the middle of the night, those who are strong will go away, and those who are ignorant will not know it. It is appropriate to hide small and big, and there is still something to follow. If the husband hides the world in the world and cannot follow it, it is the great love of eternal things.

Judging from this passage, it may be that people in the world do not see the "Tao" and do not know the "Tao". The Tao was "hidden" from others. There is also a possibility: at that time, Taoist doctrine was suppressed and banned.

But? Combined with the following, it should mean that "Tao" has not been discovered, understood, and understood by many people, and there are not many people who have learned the Tao.

Because! It's hard to find a small thing hidden inside a big thing. But there are exceptions, and they are "carried away by the powerful". Meaning: will be discovered. How much more?

So! Sooner or later, the Word will be accepted by the world.

In context, this should be the meaning.

Next, Zhuangzi began to talk about the sage's outlook on life and the sage's perception of life.

Talk about how the saint calmly understands the reincarnation of life and how he views the life of all things. How to look at the life of man and the life of all things, then! The saint has an attitude towards life and a standard of principles for dealing with the world.
