Chapter 1047: Imperial Seal
The relationship between Taoism and Taoism. Eighty-one? Chinese Net? ? ? ???.? 8 (a) 1 (a) Z (eight) ?. (8) COM
Since the maturity of Taoism, those who have attained enlightenment have lived in seclusion to avoid the impact of the chaotic society on their lives.
Before Taoism was formed, these reclusive masters were equivalent to the Taoist priests who later formed Taoism. The difference is that these reclusive masters have no religious rituals and no rules. A true authentic is a materialist, an atheist.
Furthermore! They are headstrong and natural and respect their inner feelings. So! They are not bound by religious rituals.
Later, as more and more people became enlightened, and more and more people learned the Tao and escaped from the world, in order to avoid the government's investigation, religious ceremonies gradually appeared. For Taoists, religious ceremonies are completely for hiding people's eyes and ears, for amulets, and to prevent the government from tracking down.
In any society, it is not permissible for an able-bodied person not to work. Everyone has to go to the wheels of the Times Exhibition, and no one can escape.
Imagine? Without contributing to society, without paying, who will feed the king, feed the state apparatus, feed the hereditary aristocracy, feed the officials, feed the people who do not work?
So! In any social environment, you are not allowed to live in public seclusion. You want to use seclusion to "escape social reality", no way. You want to be on your own and support yourself, no!
So! In any social environment, you are not allowed to live in public seclusion. If you want to live in seclusion, you have to hide far away, deep in the mountains and old forests.
Especially in troubled times, you can't live in public seclusion, and openly say that you are in seclusion. In troubled times, more able-bodied people are needed to replenish the military resources. All right! You are all enlightened and reclusive, who will be the soldier? Who will protect the king, protect the king's country, protect the hereditary nobility and officials?
So! In troubled times, you can't even find a place to live in seclusion.
Therefore! Someone came up with a good idea: I'm religious! I believe in the gods of heaven and earth. I deified the founder of Taoism as a god, and I worship the gods.
Only in this way can you keep yourself in public seclusion. Seclusion! There is also a reasonable reason to become legalized.
Before the Qin and Han dynasties, the quality of the people was generally limited, most of them believed in gods, and no one dared to blaspheme them.
Not to mention before the Qin and Han dynasties, even today, more than 2,000 years later, there are still many people who believe in the existence of gods, and there are still many people who have religious beliefs.
With the "gods" as shelter, seclusion has a legitimate identity and status. Even if the people of the government come to pull the "strong men", they do not dare to pull the people who serve the gods, for fear of offending the gods and encountering the punishment of the gods.
Therefore! This gave rise to "Taoism".
It can also be seen that the Taoists at that time, Lao Tzu and Zhuangzi at that time, were in the hearts of the world. Without absolute influence, they will not be deified by the world. Even if someone mythologizes them, the people in the government will not agree to it. Only when everyone is recognized can there be a godhead.
So! Most of the early Taoists were true Taoists.
After the formation of Taoism, Taoists ceased to be pure Taoists. Some people come to the Tao with religious thoughts, and some people use the Taoist temple as a refuge. Only some of them are truly authentic.
The relationship between Taoism and Taoism is nothing more than that.
The formation of Taoism is nothing more than that.
It is precisely because Taoism and Taoism have this relationship that Zhuangzi, as the first person to interpret Laozi's "Tao Te Ching", has a place in Taoism with the book "Zhuangzi" that he handed down.
Therefore! In 724 AD, in February of the first year of Xuanzong Tianbao of the Tang Dynasty, Zhuangzi was awarded the title of "Nanhua Zhenren". It is also regarded as the founding patriarch of the Taoist hidden sect Miao Zhendao, and is regarded as the embodiment of Taiyi's salvation of suffering.
When Emperor Huizong of the Song Dynasty, he was named "Subtle Yuantong Zhenjun".
The book "Zhuangzi" is also known as the "Nanhua Zhenjing".
Excerpts from later evaluations:
Xunzi: "Zhuangzi is hidden from the sky and does not know people. (Note: From this point of view?) Xunzi did not understand the Zhuangzi. )
Sima Qian (Han): His learning is all-encompassing, but it should be attributed to the words of Lao Tzu. Therefore, he wrote more than 100,000 words, most of which are fables. Good is a book and a resignation, referring to things and situations, using plagiarism and ink to peel off Confucianism and ink, although the world can not be exempted from self-extrication.
Li Bai (Tang): "The ancient high wind is a son of rest, and when will Nanhua Miaodao be repaired." Who can build into the public wall, such as the moon tower by the river. ”
Bai Juyi (Tang): Zhuang Sheng and all things are one, and there are differences in my Taoism. As a result, Luan Feng finally defeated snakes and insects. (Reading (Zhuangzi))
Wang Anshi (Song): Qing Yan's new poems are from Meng, and they are chanting as if they were in this hall. The officials did not have Tian Jia at the time, and the people had the style of Zhuang Zhou and the future. Under the court, I already know the idle wooden rope, and I think about the royal silk tong between the sittings. Drifting to when to get, looking up at the dust and sand to be a man. ("Mengcheng Qingyan Hall")
Su Shi (Song): I used to see it in China, but I couldn't speak. Seeing "Zhuangzi" today, I have my heart!
Xu Wei (Ming): Zhuang Zhou lives and dies lightly, and the vast reaches are incomparable. What is the number of quantities, death and life are against major events? But those who know that they are speechless will not be able to peep into it. There is no name and no legend, and there is Coats in this. (Reading (Zhuangzi))
Jin Shengsian (Qing): Recognized as "the world's strange book." ”
Guo Moruo: Almost half of every history of Chinese literature since the Qin and Han dynasties has been developed under his influence: a person who is a thinker and an essayist is really unique among ancient Chinese philosophers. (Lu Xun and Zhuangzi)
Lu Xun: His writing is full of oceans, demeanor, and the works of the sons of the late Zhou Dynasty are not the first. (Outline of the History of Chinese Literature)
Wen Yiduo: "The culture of the Chinese will always bear the imprint of Zhuangzi. ”
Li Zehou: "The Chinese literati are Confucian on the outside, but they are always Zhuangzi on the inside. ”
Hu Wenying: Zhuangzi's eyes are extremely cold, and his heart is the hottest. The eyes are cold, so it doesn't matter what is right and wrong: the heart is hot, so the emotion is endless. Although it is useless, but it is not forgetful, in the end, it is a hot intestine hanging: although you can't forget your feelings, but you don't start in the end, you can see through it with cold eyes. (Zhuangzi's Vision)
The influence of Lao Zhuang's philosophical thought on China is huge, and no matter how much the schools fight and suppress each other, Lao Zhuang's philosophical thought cannot disappear. Opposite! The more it is suppressed, the more people feel that Lao Zhuang's philosophical ideas are the truth.
Especially when troubled times come, the more people believe in Lao Zhuang's philosophy. Especially when you are disappointed in life, pick up Lao Zhuang's philosophy and read it, and you know that this is the real philosophy of life.
Unfortunately! Most people are ignorant and do not fully comprehend the essence of Lao Zhuang's philosophy.
The main reason for this is that the academic spies of the past dynasties deliberately misinterpreted Lao Zhuang's philosophical thoughts and misled future generations. Because! When interpreting Lao Zhuang's philosophy, we generally refer to the articles interpreted by our predecessors, and the result! After being misled by academic spies, it is natural to misunderstand.
So! Since the Western Han Dynasty, since Confucianism occupied the market, few people have been able to interpret Lao Zhuang's philosophy correctly and comprehensively.
There is another reason why I dare not interpret Lao Zhuang's philosophy correctly: I am afraid of the literal prison.
At last! To summarize Lao Zhuang's philosophical thoughts:
Zhuangzi's philosophical thought is based on the theory of Laozi's "Tao", and before reading the book "Zhuangzi", you must first understand Laozi's "Tao". Otherwise! None of them can be interpreted correctly.
What is Tao? In layman's terms, the Tao is the origin of all things. In layman's terms, everything is evolved, everything is Tao.
Lao Tzu called the original substance "Tao", and everything in the world evolved and evolved from the Tao.
According to the deduction, Lao Tzu believes that everything is a change between "nothing" and "being".
Abandon these superficial and esoteric philosophical reasoning and "explain it briefly" in plain language.
According to Lao Tzu's theory of "Tao", Zhuangzi believes that human beings, like all things, come from the Tao and from heaven and earth. Man, like all things, is just one species.
Therefore! It solves the problem of the origin of human beings, and also solves the problem of the source of all things in heaven and earth and the starry sky of the universe. Zhuangzi believes that everything comes from evolution, and what evolved from a certain initial substance evolved over a long period of time.
After solving the problem of the origin of human beings and all things, Zhuangzi believed that human beings, like all things, are just one species, born at the right time and die at the wrong time. As an individual, life is just a process of life, just to complete the process of being born as a human being.
Therefrom! Zhuangzi made a general conclusion of "fate" for human beings and human beings, believing that human beings are a species, a species that is born at the right time and dies at an untimely time. Person! It's just to complete the process of being born as a human being.
But! Many people cannot accept Zhuangzi's conclusion. It's not just unacceptable, it's unacceptable. So! When you read this, you can't read any more. And because of this! I can't understand Zhuangzi's later interpretation.
There are also people who believe that according to Zhuangzi's statement, this kind of conclusion, life and human life are meaningless. Because! Zhuangzi said that sooner or later human beings will "perish", and sooner or later people will die. So! The philosophy of Lao Zhuang is to be passive, inactive, passive, to return human beings to nature, and so on.
In fact! That's not what Zhuangzi meant. Zhuangzi explains these things so that we can understand life, understand what is human beings, and what human beings are.
And then! Zhuangzi tells us to live well, give up superfluous and unnecessary pursuits, and complete the life process of being born as a human at this time.
Tell us, how can life not be interesting? We have our own interests and hobbies, we have parents and children, spouses, siblings and family members, people around us, and we help each other in order to survive in any environment. And then! Teach us to survive in any environment.
Because! Alive! It is the purpose and mission of our human beings.
Because! We can't decide that we don't come into this world. So! Since we have come and been born as human beings, we must cherish and live well.
Because! We are all going to die, and we can't make ourselves immortal. So! We have to be brave and confronted. It's going to die anyway, what's so terrible?
And also! Since sooner or later people are going to die, why should we pursue superfluous things and tire ourselves and suffer ourselves?
Children and grandchildren are not stupid, they all have to complete their lives. As parents and elders, it is enough to be responsible for raising them, educating them to have a correct outlook on life, the world, and the universe, and letting them understand life. And to suffer oneself and fight for the sake of future generations is obviously wrong......
This concludes the main part of the book "The Story of Zhuangzi", and the text of the interpretation of Zhuangzi's scriptures will continue later. To clarify: the author only interprets the Zhuangzi? Seven Articles", in the appendix. The outer chapters and miscellaneous articles generally do not need to be interpreted, and reading the seven articles in Zhuangzi basically reads the entire Lao Zhuang philosophical thought.
