The ease of the Tao and the enlightenment of the Buddha.
Because the previous Kun Yu water control is too hardcore, I want to talk about something relaxed.
As a result, I saw that some people wanted to see me talk about mythology, Buddhism, and so on.
I'm drunk. This topic is too big, a Chang'e running to the moon, I can say more than 10,000 words, a Cang Yu to control the water, I wrote 20,000 words, and a separate chapter introduced Yu's character in advance.
Preaching Buddhism?
Well, let's talk about the Buddha first.
Empty.
When I'm done, I'm going to preach.
Nature.
OK, that's it.
Buddha and Tao, it's as simple as that.
If you have to dig deeper, then you will not talk about Buddha and Tao, but about 'Buddhism' and 'Taoism'.
These are two different things, and they must be clearly distinguished.
Even if you talk about Buddhism and Taoism, it is impossible to talk about them separately. Hundreds of thousands of words are not enough.
To be precise, Buddhism should be Shakti, and all Buddhist sects, and even the culture related to Buddhism, can be called Shakti.
The same is true of Taoism, for the exposition of Taoist culture, for the study of Taoist culture and history, for the practitioner of Taoist principles, for the practitioner of Taoist theory, can be called Taoism.
Both Buddhism and Taoism encompass religion, not just religion.
You must clearly distinguish the difference between Taoism, Taoism, and Taoism.
Here I can only briefly talk about the belief of the Chinese, Buddhism was introduced in the Han Dynasty, although the influence has become more and more great, but it is not the faith of the Chinese.
Some people say that Chinese have no faith, which is not true. Chinese just can have no religious beliefs.
Because of the Jedi Tiantong, a humanistic thought engraved in the bones has been laid, and the relationship between people is much more important than the relationship between people and God.
Therefore, the Chinese believe in a very realistic way, we have so many gods and immortals, but there has never been a main god covering the whole nation.
Whether it is Haotian or Taiyi, it is not counted, whether it is the Three Emperors or the Five Emperors, they are all human beings and ancestor worship.
All others say that Chinese do not believe in God, but believe in their ancestors.
That's true, it's not true.
In the final analysis, this is still the appearance of humanistic thinking. Because we value people, we take people as gods.
Behind this is actually another faith, and that is the Tao.
From ancient times to the present, we believe in the Tao, whether it is the Three Emperors and Five Emperors, or the Haotian Taiyi, or the Heavenly Gods and Buddhas, it is because they embody the one-sidedness of the Tao, so people accept them.
It's not called faith, it's called acceptance.
The essential difference between us and the West is that Westerners always say that we have no faith, and the reason is that we can receive all kinds of gods.
That's why we're tolerant of all religions, because we can receive...... God who has a 'reason'.
Got it? We are a reasonable people.
Everyone opens their mouths and keeps their mouths shut, always mentioning 'reasoning', but they don't know what it means.
Because we believe in the Tao so much that it has been integrated into the soul, into the bones, and into the blood, our belief in the Tao is deeply rooted and has been passed down from generation to generation since ancient times, so that it ...... We have all forgotten that we have faith, that we believe in the Word.
"Why are you unreasonable?", "Be reasonable, we should do this and that", "I have a reason, what am I afraid of?", "This thing doesn't make sense!"
All these spoken words that we have become accustomed to are because we believe in the 'Tao' unconsciously, imperceptibly, and without knowing the true face of Lushan.
If you ask some Buddhist practitioners in my country what they believe, they will definitely say that I believe in Buddhism.
You ask him why, and he will say how the Buddha is.
Behind this, the hidden belief that he himself does not know is actually because of the proposition of Buddhism, which is very reasonable.
He believed in this truth, not this Buddha.
However, Western religions are different, those who believe in Allah can give everything for the Lord, and they will do whatever they want them to do whether it makes sense or not, because God is the reason of all things, and God thinks that it makes sense, and it makes sense.
This condition, which God said, is the truth of the matter. Therefore, those who truly believe in God do not need to think about whether it makes sense, just do it.
So correspondingly, I found that we also have faith.
It's just that that belief, Westerners call it 'Lord', and we call it 'Tao'.
The Lord of Westerners has a specific personality image.
Our Tao does not have a specific personality image.
They obey the word of the Lord, and we obey the doctrine of the Word.
Their Lord has a specific personality image, so he listens to it as an oracle. Our Word does not have a concrete image, so it is called Reason.
Our beliefs do not have specific images, so the interpretation and elaboration of the Tao will form gods in all dynasties.
You can understand that we believe in the principles of nature and the principles of heaven.
It's an all-encompassing thing that everything is its appearance.
Lao Tzu didn't create a god, he just described the Tao and gave it a name...... I don't know its name, but the strong word says: Tao.
Before Lao Tzu, the Tao existed, and people began to believe it long ago. Lao Tzu didn't invent it, he just took a name and summed it up.
The reason why we believe in the Three Emperors and Five Emperors is because the behavior of the Three Emperors and Five Emperors is in line with the Tao.
The reason for worshipping Dayu is that what Dayu does is in line with the invisible Tao in people's hearts.
It was everyone who collectively thought that he was a practitioner of the Tao, and Dayu became a god.
The reason for worshipping Guan Yu is that what he does is in line with the invisible Tao in people's hearts.
Here's why we have so many gods, and they're all human beings.
It is everyone who collectively creates gods, and it is everyone who unanimously believes that 'the human heart is the destiny of heaven'.
Therefore, what conforms to the hearts of all people is in accordance with the Tao, at least in one aspect.
And in one aspect of the Word, he is God.
Therefore, in every age, we are constantly making God, and God is incomparably cheap, because God is just a doer of the Word, an angel of the Word.
This is essentially the same as the West constantly creating new angels and merging the gods of the conquered peoples into the angelic system, or the demon system.
There is only one God, and there are many angels.
We, on the other hand, have only one Word, and God has many ......
So, we really have faith, and we're actually a 'monotheistic religion'.
It's just that this 'god' is too ethereal, and the strong word says: Tao.
"Eh, your Buddha is very reasonable, I accept it, I recognize you as an angel of the Tao. So the man went to Buddhism.
In fact, is he really a follower of Buddhism? If he can turn his back on everything that the state, the nation, and society have given him for the sake of the Buddha, then he really believes in Buddhism.
Instead, he turned his back on the Buddha. Then he still believes in the Tao, because the Buddha made him turn his back on those benefits, and he felt that it was 'unreasonable'!
If it doesn't make sense, just question that this person will turn his back and turn his back on the Buddha.
So is he believing in Buddha or Tao?
A Chinese person who turned his back on Buddha and God for the sake of profit was scolded for being ungodly.
But in fact, it is a devotion to the Word.
has been so devout that it melts into the depths of the soul without knowing it. He felt that the Buddha and God were unreasonable, so he turned his back on it, and it was as simple as that.
I don't know exactly when this thought appeared.
I only know that the first person to popularize this kind of thinking to everyone is the Black Emperor.
That's why I have great admiration for him, and he was the first preacher.
He laid the foundation for this humanistic thought, which is rooted in the depths of the nation.
To extract this essence, if you still don't understand it, then I can only translate the Western belief in a different way.
In fact, we have mistranslated, Western God should not be translated as God, in the eyes of Western believers, it is equivalent to our Tao.
It's just that this Tao has thoughts and subjective behaviors, and it instinctively thinks in our Chinese hearts that it is only a one-sided aspect of the Tao, but this one-sidedness seems to be a little too awesome, so we translate it into God, corresponding to our equally awesome Haotian God.
And all the angels, all the saints, all the people who live the invisible doctrine of God and contribute to civilization. It should be translated as God.
If you had translated Western religion like this back then.
And then we will suddenly realize, oh, we also have a 'monotheistic religion,' and we believe.
The Tao is the destiny of heaven, and the Tao is the heart of the people. It never fell into a concrete image, it never fell into a specific image, it never relegated to God, so we all forgot.
But we have not forgotten that the Tao is only integrated into the soul of our nation, and we have become part of the Tao.
The Yellow Emperor walked on behalf of the heavens, embraced the races, and ruled the world with God, which is the way of heaven.
The Jedi Heavenly Pass, the separation of man and God, and the rule of the world by man, this is humane.
Zhou Tianzi sealed the world, separated the princes and princes, and ruled the world with rites, which was the royal road.
The princes of Qi Huan and Jiuhe, one Kuang world, respect the king, this is domineering.
Qin Shi Huang swept Liuhe, centralized power, and ruled the world by law, which was the imperial road.
Hair......
Forget it, in short, our nation, since ancient times, all humanities talk about the method of thinking, and any skill is, in the final analysis, four levels.
Taoism, reason, law, and art.
The Tao is the greatest, followed by the reason, then the law, and the most obvious is the technique.
Everything is like this, the Tao is the highest, the greatest, the most source, the most essence.
Among the hundred sons, Laozi, Confucius, Mozi, etc. stand the highest, and they speak of reason.
The part of the hundred schools, including some virtuous ministers who gave advice to the emperor, talked about the method.
Later, Taoism, Ge Hong and other people who seek immortal alchemy, the farthest away from the Tao, what kind of refining, qi training, and condensing pills are talking about art.
Of course, each has its own benefits and different emphasis.
What we are vigorously developing now is 'technology', and the state's various policies, strategies, and systems are 'law'.
And why do we do it, because the 'reason' we do is to teach us that if we do this, it will lead to a revival in the end, and we can make everyone's life better.
So what is the Word? The Word is this age.
The way of heaven is independent and unchanging, it is the law of nature, humanity is chaotic and easy, it is the change of the times.
What is 'easy'? It is always changing, and the only way to keep pace with the times is to keep pace with the times.
The reason why we develop the arts, we formulate the Fa, and we follow the principles is, in the final analysis, because of the Tao, which has changed the times from the way they used to be.
Times have changed!
In this day and age, if you don't, you'll sink. The principles of magic are all done well, they are all clear, and they are all changed to conform to this era, so that they can live a better life.
The Tao has changed the times, so our policies, systems, and phalanxes must change with them.
It is easy to follow the way, that is, to adapt to the changes of the times, and only then can civilization be inherited and continued.
Otherwise, civilization will decline.
When you ask a question, please be more detailed, and ask me to preach when you open your mouth, what am I talking about?
Am I the Origin Heavenly Venerable? Am I a god-level civilization with a full technology tree and a grand unified model of the universe? I still preach?
What is the Tao? Is it the Taoism of the Tao, or the Taoism of the Tao, or the classics and history of the Taoism, or the development and rise and fall of the Taoism of the Tao?
It's like asking me to talk about mythology, where do I start? Whether it's about Nuwa mending the sky, or about Pangu opening the sky, whether it's about Norse mythology, or about the Old Testament, you have to make it clear.
If I am asked to explain the Tao clearly, the main differentiation and derivation, as well as social relations and historical development, and explain it to you, then I am sorry, it is not called Fanwai, it is called a book.
That's called a speech.
The ancients said that virtue and meritorious service are immortal.
I have to prepare for at least three to five years, or even ten to twenty years at the longest, and have time to eat and drink without worry, precipitate, sort out, and study, so that I can expand and connect some of my ideas and write a book that I personally understand and expound the Tao.
But I don't have the time, and I don't have the financial backing, to sort this thing out.
So I can only talk about small things, extract some concise, one-word truths, and elaborate them, so that you can use them to pretend to be forced.
You watched Kun Yu control the water, and when you talk to others in the future, others say how awesome Dayu is, you can stand out from the crowd and say: In fact, Kun is also a person who is really worthy of praise, Yu is standing on the shoulders of giants, and then tell him how.
This is forced, just pretend.
After you read this, when someone says that the Chinese have no faith, you can tell him that the Chinese believe. If he is not convinced, saying that there are not as many people who believe in Taoism as there are people who believe in Buddhism, why do you say that the Chinese believe in Taoism? You can retort to him: You think that what I say is not reasonable, that I am believing in myself, but that you are not aware of it.
Then tell him the difference between Taoism, Taoism, and Taoism.
That's what I can do for you.
So book friends, please ask in more detail, talk about cultivating immortals, okay, I'll talk about tens of thousands of words. Talking about feudalism, okay, I'll talk about tens of thousands of words, talking about ghosts, okay, I'll talk about tens of thousands of words.
Open your mouth and let me preach? Do you want to hear?
Do I still have to say that I am the blessed land of the three stacks of Lushan Mountain, the immortal cave cave, the Yongle Wanshou Palace, the immortal Baiyun Temple, the pure yang sword immortal Lu Zu Dao Fu, Lu Shou immortal, Cangyue monk, now I have attained the Tao, can be explained?
Haha, just kidding, there is no one in the world who has attained the Tao.
There are many Taoist priests. Scientists, who are also Taoist priests, and the greatest characteristic of the Tao is that it is independent and does not change, what does not change? That is 'easy', that is, change does not change.
In layman's terms, what the Tao does not change is that it is constantly changing.
One source does not change, and the rest are changing, and this is the Tao.
Everything in the universe is changing, customs and times are changing, only the Tao remains the same, but whether it changes or does not change itself is also the Tao.
The laws of nature do not change, but all matter and energy are changing, and all changes are inseparable, conservation and order, which is the foundation of physics.
Science is a mode of thinking, not a form of knowledge.
Therefore, scientists are also seekers.
It's just that the times have changed, so this era has its own way of seeking. Following a few basic logical 'principles', coming up with several 'methods' and using several techniques and 'techniques', in order to seek the 'Tao'.
Still not out of the way, reason, law, and art.
One day, when the unified model of the universe is established, physics will be 'enlightened', and the scientists, and indeed all of us, will be 'enlightened'.
But perhaps, it is only a partial aspect of the preaching, its physical side.
There are always people who say that Lao Tzu is so powerful, he has long mentioned science, and many of the contents of his Tao Te Ching can be confirmed with modern science.
Lao Tzu just described the Tao, but the Tao does not change, but the appearance is changing.
Times have changed, and so have the way of expression and exploration. This is one of the basic rules of the Tao: easy.
One day, the material world is not 'easy', that is, the entropy has increased to the top, and the universe has passed away.
It's not that Lao Tzu mentions science, it's that science responds to the Tao.
The origin of the Tao does not change, and the character is 'natural'. The rest is 'natural'.
That's why it looks so similar, because it becomes just 'reason', 'law', and 'technique'.
Science can confirm the content of the Tao Te Ching, which can only show that it is the science's principles, laws, and techniques that are correct.
The Tao has never changed.
Can you understand this logic?
Tao, and reason, law, and art.
The laws of nature, their relationship with laws, theories, and techniques.
It's all ...... The natural, and the natural.
Taoist priests seek the Tao, respect reason, legislate, and practice art.
Scientists are also Taoists in order to seek truth, respect laws, establish theories, and do technology.
It's a pity that some superstitious Taoists who only seek longevity, or even just eat with their mouths, confuse and tarnish the concept of Taoist priests.
Therefore, the word Taoist would be inappropriate, and it would be better to use the word 'seeker' to describe a physicist.
The times will become, brothers, and one day, the word scientist will also become dirty and contain some derogatory meanings, both yin and yang, praise and depreciation, respected and spurned. Physicists are still a new thing for the time being, but they are only a few hundred years old, but one day, they will also decay and not adapt to the times.
As long as it is within the scope of the spell, it will one day become conformed to the times or be obsolete.
At that time, there may be a new profession of respect, legislative, and art, and a new way of seeking the Tao in a new era.
This in itself is the Word.
Everything will change, but the only way will not change, and this is ...... The way is easy.
In the Tao, the name is easy.
Western gods, because they have specific images and definitions, are forcibly described from unknown states to known, so it will be very difficult to adapt to the times, too rigid, and finally defeated and defeated by physics.
But the Tao we believe in will never be defeated, there is no concept of being defeated at all, we don't know what it is. It is still unknown.
Therefore, science can never defeat the Tao, they are even tolerated, they are also seekers.
It is not the Tao that is defeated, it is Taoism, it is Taoism, it is us, only people will fail, and the Tao will live forever.
Where there is change, there is rise and fall, there is life and death, there is existence and non-existence. Only people, only things, and only non-Tao things will decline or rise because of constant change, which is called naturalness.
The Tao itself is unchanging, formless, unnamed, unknown and independent, so it is invincible, immortal, and eternal.
Lao Tzu saw the Tao's 'do nothing and do nothing'.
The Tao itself does not move, but it is all things that move. All the particles in the universe are changing, and this is called 'for', but the laws of nature have not changed, and it is even formless and substantial, which is called 'nothing'.
So the Tao seems to have done nothing, but yet it has done everything.
Doing nothing and doing everything, the essence of this sentence is that everything changes and does not deviate from its origin.
In layman's terms, it is to grasp nature, and it will be natural.
Doing nothing is not to do nothing, but to grasp the fundamentals.
Conform to nature, be at a natural node, don't do it deliberately, just right, and naturally it will be invincible.
By extension, the person who can really do 'do nothing and do everything' is the editor of the law.
In fact, people can only do it, 'do less and do everything', that is, the weapon of the law of cause and effect.
For example, if I can do it, then I go to a station on the mountain, pour a glass of water, okay, don't do more, don't pour too much water, don't pour less, negotiate the benefits, and grasp the ingenious node of nature.
So, because of this glass of water, a series of natural effects, like dominoes, chain reaction, finally the United States experienced a huge storm, unprecedented, with countless casualties.
That's what it is...... Do nothing and do everything...... one-of-a-kind, or one-sided. That is, the legend, calling for wind and rain.
You know? So science is not out of that context.
If a physicist 'gets the way', creates a weather weapon, grasps the node of the chaos effect, and does something 'just right' somewhere to disturb the natural system, he can call the wind and rain.
In fact, it has been done now, and artificial rainfall is only doing more, and it is still in the stage of 'for'.
No matter how strong people are and how developed science is, they can only do less.
Only the Tao itself can achieve complete 'non-action'. Because everything in the world follows the Tao, the Tao does not need to move, there is nothing to do, the rules are there, and the universe consciously does it.
Lao Tzu just saw the Tao clearly and did everything.
Therefore, it is advocated that non-action is the highest state.
However, in fact, people cannot be the highest level, at least for now, it seems that we cannot become rule editors.
If we can, then we are 'enlightened.'"
Exploring the Tao is called seeking the Tao. If you can understand the Tao, conform to its teachings, and influence nature appropriately, then you will be called 'attaining the Tao'.
True non-action and doing nothing is 'enlightenment.'
Or rather, the way.
This is the highest state, Lao Tzu said that doing nothing and doing everything is saying that the 'Tao' itself, and using this to demand oneself is only an ideal goal.
In fact, as long as we do 'do less and do everything', then we are already very happy and strong."
If I really want people to achieve the highest state of non-action, what I can imagine is to enter the virtual universe? Isn't this Buddhahood?
We create a virtual world, and we are the rules inside.
My heart is the way, my mind is reasonable, I speak the law, and I act the art.
Becoming the Tao of the virtual universe is the highest state of emptiness.
Lao Tzu said that Wu Wei pointed out the highest state of the Tao.
But we are not Tao, we are just human beings, and we are poor in manpower.
So what is the highest state that a person can achieve?
Therefore, the Buddha is looking for a second-best, slightly lower level of 'Harmony'.
The Tao is the Tao of our universe, but the Buddha descends into one dimension and seeks the supreme through emptiness.
To put it bluntly, living in your own world of lust and controlling the 'rules' that are already one level lower than yourself, hahaha.
Therefore, the Buddha has a country in his hand, a thousand worlds, and there is no end.
The Buddha, the enlightened one, is the highest level of enlightenment. Feel the heart, feel him, feel the action.
Enlightened of the real world, we cannot become rule-makers, because that rule-maker has existed for a long time, and since the existence of this world, there has been that Tao.
The seat is occupied, we are not at the same level as the Tao of reality, we are just sentient beings, just bubbles in this world of dreams and bubbles.
We can't be the lord of our own world against the sky, so what can we do?
What else can we do? We also create a universe, and we become the rules of the next universe, the masters of the next universe.
The bitter sea is endless, and turning back is the shore. The highest state of reality, without our share, even if we seek all the truth, we can only watch and follow it.
Unless, enter the virtual world and give up this stinky skin!
Turn your mind into the virtual world and take control of the Buddha Kingdom.
The Buddha, the enlightened one, the realm of the enlightened one, is the Pure Land.
When we break away from the sea of suffering, become enlightened and realize the unattainable nature of the real universe, and then turn back and enter the virtual universe that is completely born for us and follows our will, this is bliss.
Isn't it blissful to have a virtual sandbox game universe in the palm of your hand, a vast world, and create it at will?
Therefore, Taoism talks about detachment, detachment upwards.
Buddhism talks about enlightenment, and turning back is the shore...... If you can't go up there, let's go down......
These are the two paths of a civilization.
When technology reaches a certain level, in the end, it is addicted to the infinitely beautiful virtual world brought by technology, or even completely give up the stinky skin, and the thinking turns into the virtual, becoming a blissful spiritual civilization.
We should continue to explore, chasing the unknown in this universe, and seeking this 'Tao' that we may never be able to find.
Whether it is to become a seeker in the sea of suffering, or to become an enlightened person who is free from the sea of suffering.
The benevolent see the benevolent, and the wise see the wise.
Our civilization, no matter where it goes, will eventually make its own choices.
......
