Medicinal food boiling is to put medicine and food into a pot, pour water or soup, and boil it on a fire, which generally takes a long time. First of all, the food and medicine are washed, chopped, put into a clay pot, add water or sugar juice, boil with a fire, then boil with a simmer, add seasonings, make the soup thick, soft, and rich.
1. Boil tonic soup
Recipe: 500 grams of pork, 50 grams of pork belly and cuttlefish, 10 grams of Codonopsis, 10 grams of astragalus and Poria cocos, 3 grams of cinnamon, 5 grams of salt, 15 grams of rehmania and angelica, 30 grams of ginger, appropriate amount of pork offal bones, green onions, Sichuan pepper and cooking wine.
Production: 1. Put Codonopsis, Astragalus, Cinnamon, Rehman, Angelica, and Poria into a gauze bag and tie the bag tightly.
2. Wash pork, cuttlefish, pork belly; Ginger and pork offal bones are washed and broken.
3. Pork, cuttlefish, pork belly, pork offal bones, medicine bag into the pot, add an appropriate amount of water, put ginger, cooking wine, salt, pepper, boil with fire, turn to simmer, when the fish and meat are cooked, take out, cut into strips, and then put it into the soup to boil.
4. Remove the medicine bag and do not use it.
Diet: 1-2 times a week.
Efficacy: Double replenishment of qi and blood. It is suitable for qi and blood deficiency or long-term illness and body weakness, yellowish complexion, mental fatigue, waist and knee weakness and other symptoms.
2. Boil chicken broth
Recipe: 750 grams of pork and pork offal bones, 7.5 grams of cooked ground, 1 hen (weighing about 2500 grams), green onions, ginger, cooking wine, monosodium glutamate, and salt.

4. Take out the soup medicine bag, take out the chicken and pork and cut them into small pieces, then put them in the pot, boil and add a little salt and monosodium glutamate and stir well.
Diet: 1-2 times a week.
Efficacy: Regulate qi and blood. It is suitable for qi and blood deficiency, yellowish complexion, loss of appetite, weakness of limbs and other symptoms.
