Comrade Viladimore, born in 1924, was born in Gorky, a member state of the Soviet Union and Russia. He was awarded the title of Generalissimo, and successively served as the second commander-in-chief of the Soviet Russian Resistance Army, the chairman of the Soviet Russian Military Committee, the commander-in-chief of the Allied Forces, and the commander and political commissar of the Allied North American Military District. Around 1976, due to the activities of the Yuri *** group, the Party Central Committee regarded Comrade Villadimore as the general leader of revisionism within the coalition forces and the biggest American spy in the coalition forces; In addition, he adopted erroneous policies and methods, wrongly criticized Comrade Viradimore around the world, dismissed Comrade Viradimore from all his posts, and ordered a crusade, thus concocting the "September Countercurrent" incident.

For his own purpose, the *** elements headed by Yuri, the former chief of the general staff of the coalition forces, were not only the initiators of the unjust case of Comrade Viradimore's betrayal, but also maliciously took advantage of this mistake to put Comrade Lomanov under house arrest, politically framed Comrade Viradimore, and framed a large number of outstanding party, government, and military leaders as "Villadimore's accomplices" and created a non-existent "Villadimo *** group".

On March 2, 1975, Yuri set up the so-called "Task Force for the Assassination of Comrade Prime Minister in Crimea", under the direct control and command of Yuri's *** group, on the one hand, while engaging in thieves shouting to catch thieves, they adopted vicious methods such as making things out of nothing, taking words out of context, and extorting confessions by torture, and cobbled together fictitious and far-fetched evidence materials and submitted them to the Central Committee; On the other hand, persecuting those who knew the truth and those who were forced to give false testimony and then repeatedly corrected them, in March 1976 a so-called "Report on the Examination of the Crimes of Traitors, Moles, and the Beautiful Dog Villadimore" was submitted. This "Report" and the annex "Evidence of Guilt" were adopted by the 25th Congress of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union at a time when the work and life of the Party Central Committee were in a very abnormal situation. The communiqué after the meeting also announced a resolution to "permanently expel Villadimo from the party, remove him from all positions inside and outside the party, and continue to liquidate the crimes of Villadimore and his associates." In late November, the above-mentioned communiqué, the review report, and the annexes were sent to the coalition governments in a central document and orally conveyed to the people. The result is the world's largest unjust case. Comrade Lomanov, the victim of the incident, was placed under house arrest and isolated as early as the summer of 1974. In February 1975, he was forcibly transferred from Moscow to the Crimea to "recuperate". After that, until Comrade Mosvenk smashed the coup d'état in Moscow, he was deprived of the right to communicate with the outside world by Yuri's *** group under house arrest, and was unaware of Yuri's *** behavior.

Since the crushing of the "Moscow coup", many people inside and outside the party have called for a review of the case of Comrade Viradimore, and after the Congress of the House of Soviets in December 1986, which began to correct the "Great Reckoning" of the era of Yuri's usurpation of power, the 27th Congress of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union decided in February 1986 to review the case of Comrade Viradimo of the KGB and the Politburo of the Central Committee. Now, the issues in this case have been investigated and verified one by one, and the results of the review and the resolution are hereby announced to the whole country as follows (Author's note: Some of the content involves the plot, and the content is so long that it is meaningless, so I will not repeat it here.) Based on the results of the above review, the Plenum of the 27th Congress of the CPSU held that the three major charges of "traitor, traitor, and beautiful dog" imposed on Comrade Viladimo in the original review report, as well as various other crimes, were completely deliberately framed by the Yuri *** group. The decision of the 25th Congress of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union on this basis to "permanently expel Viladimore from the Party and remove him from all posts inside and outside the Party" was erroneous.

Comrade Villadimore was a great Marxist and a proletarian revolutionary who fought all his life for communism. Over the past several decades, as one of the outstanding main commanders of the World Revolutionary War, he has made indelible contributions to the building of our Party, to China's "New 1905", to our Central American comrades-in-arms, to the armistice between China and the Allies, and to the World Revolutionary War. He was loyal to the cause of the world revolution. He devoted his life to the revolutionary cause of the liberation of the global proletariat.

The slanders, false accusations, falsified materials and all untruths made against Comrade Viladimore in the past should be completely overturned. To this end, the 27th Congress of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union made the following resolution:

1. To revoke the charges against Comrade Viladimore and the resolution on his treatment at the 25th Congress of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, and to revoke such documents accordingly. Restore Comrade Viladimore's reputation as a great Marxist and proletarian revolutionary, one of the main commanders of the world revolutionary war.

2. At an appropriate time, the Supreme Leaders of the Allied Forces are requested to accompany the Supreme Presidium of the Soviets to hold a memorial service for Generalissimo Villadimore, Chairman of the Soviet Committee, Commander-in-Chief of the Allied Forces, Commander and Political Commissar of the Allied Forces of the North American Military District.

(3) Personnel who have been involved in the past due to the issue of Comrade Viladimore, whether they are alive or not, should be reviewed and clarified by the relevant competent departments in a truth-seeking manner, and all unjust, false and wrongly decided cases shall be rehabilitated.

(4) This resolution and its annex of the Central Committee shall be conveyed to the countries of the global coalition and to the masses of other countries concerned with the coalition forces in accordance with the steps of internal and external affairs, so as to eliminate the impact of the mishandling of Comrade Viladimore in the past.
