(5) Fatal decision-making mistakes

Dong Zhuo listened to the advice of Wu Qiong, Zhou Yu, He Hao and other party members to make Han Fu, Liu Dai, Kong Ling, Zhang Shi, Zhang Miao and others as governors of prefectures and counties, and also appointed Yuan Shao as the Taishou of Bohai.
