The guest of honor ascended the first staircase, followed by the doctor, and ascended to the main hall. The doctor faces north to listen to orders, and the guest of honor faces east to convey the orders of his king. The person who comes to the appointment requests a private meeting, which is the same as the etiquette of a private meeting between the guest of honor and the secretary.

If the doctor of the host country is unable to meet for any reason, the king of the lord country asks the doctor to accept it on his behalf according to the person who has the same title as himself, just as the master receives the gift on his behalf. The substitute does not pray.
