The PLA guerrillas of various nationalities, who were active in the vast areas of the Soviet Union, under the guidance of special operations advisers such as the Flying Leopards of the Far East Corps, carried out the guerrilla warfare of the national liberation movement in the new period in full swing. The constant blows and consumption of a large number of the Soviet Union's vital forces pushed the already sluggish Soviet economy to the brink of collapse.

Through the effective strategy of encircling the cities from the countryside, the guerrillas of the various nationalities of the Soviet Union have established large areas of guerrilla areas, constantly expanding the strategic depth of the PLA and the solid base areas on which guerrilla warfare depends for its survival and development. US Vice President Richard Nixon secretly came to Yenching immediately after the Soviet Union launched a nuclear attack on China and discussed the joint prevention of a Soviet nuclear attack and the further strengthening of cooperation between the two countries and the two militaries. While the provision of B-52 strategic bombers to China could improve China's ability to strike at the Soviet Union, it could also threaten U.S. security interests. However, in the face of the Soviet Union's huge armored assault group, the United States and NATO are willing to provide a wide variety of launch platforms, which can be launched on vehicles and airborne, and are relatively flexible in use, with a range of 3,000 meters, a warhead diameter of 127 millimeters, a weight of 3.6 kilograms, and an armor-piercing thickness of 600 millimeters. After all, the B52 is not an advanced technology, and China's lack of production may only be a matter of time and strategic need. The lesser of two evils. The two sides had a frank exchange of views on the next step of their strategy toward the Soviet Union, and although both sides had their own goals and evil intentions, they had the same idea on the disintegration of the Soviet Union. Finally, the guerrilla warfare was expanded to a large-scale movement warfare with the annihilation of the Soviet army's vital forces, so as to actively create conditions for the complete victory of national liberation.

Faced with this difficult situation at home and abroad, the Kremlin's ruler Nikita Khrushchev felt emaciated.

Khrushchev, who rose and fell in power, from a pauper to the largest ruler of the Soviet Union, was both a Stalinist and an anti-Stalinist, and he was irascible and well-behaved. There were inexplicable antagonisms and contingencies in Khrushchev, and even Khrushchev himself could not understand himself. In his climb to the pinnacle of power, he played a humble and mediocre role. Under Stalin's iron-fisted rule, he pretended to be stupid, which was a safer approach. On the other hand, he reacted very strongly to the liberation movements of the national minorities that wanted to break away from the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. He warned the leaders of the National Reading Movement: "Don't play with fire, the Soviet Union will never allow such a split to happen." He also ordered the Soviet army to launch an attack on the base areas led by the [***] National Liberation Front of various nationalities in various regions of the Soviet Union, and encircled and suppressed the National Liberation Army led by the [***] National Liberation Front of various nationalities, which led to a protracted full-scale civil war in the Soviet Union, and the decline of the Kremlin was inevitable
