"There are many types of wine. What kind of wine-making skills did Bailongma teach to the mountain people of Tianzigang this time? Avalokiteshvara asked.
"Liquor is a drink containing ethanol made from sorghum, rice, wheat, corn, grapes, sweet potatoes, sweet potatoes, sweet dregs, etc., and fermented with koji. What Bailongma taught to the mountain people of Tianzigang this time was the skill of using rice as a raw material to make rice wine." Chang'e replied.
"The types of liquor are divided into two categories: red wine and liquor according to color; According to the alcohol concentration, it is divided into two categories: high alcohol and low alcohol wine; According to the use, it is divided into two categories: edible and industrial (medical). There are many kinds of liquor, and the strong liquor containing strong ethanol is called high liquor. High alcohol has a strong pungent nature. Drinking too much alcohol can stimulate the brain nerve to excite excessively, causing cerebral nerve paralysis and chaos; Burns the gastric mucosa, causing gastric ulcers. In severe cases, it can become stomach cancer. Therefore, it is important to drink high alcohol (including other alcoholic beverages) in moderation. Excessive drinking must be very harmful to the human (God's) body. This is the aspect of alcohol that is harmful to the human body. But wine also has a good side to the human body. Moderate alcohol consumption can increase appetite; It can dilate blood vessels and prevent cerebral thrombosis; It can stimulate potential and enhance the courage of human beings to overcome difficulties in a short period of time; It can paralyze the brain nerves, quickly hypnotize, and make people quickly forget their sorrows and troubles. Because alcohol has a multi-functional effect on the human body, wine has advantages and disadvantages for the human body! Chang'e said.

As long as it is drunk in moderation, this rice wine has more benefits and less harm to the human body. Wine strengthens heroes! Before the soldiers set off for each battle, the tribal leader would drink a send-off wine for the soldiers. "Drink to strengthen your courage! Some are officers in divisions, brigades, regiments, battalions, and companies, and can organize and direct or carry out tactical operations in concrete terms. The tribal leaders used the stimulating effect of wine on the nerves of the human brain to skillfully carry out the ideological work of the strong men. Chang'e said.
"Can this wine also do the work of the human mind?" 'Envoy of the Beauty God', what kind of divine law are you practicing during your trip to Meitang? Avalokiteshvara said.
"Bodhisattva, think about it, since the invention of wine, especially since the tribal leaders drank the wine for the triumphant warriors, the image of the soldier has changed dramatically in the minds of the common people! When human beings were in a tribal society, in order to motivate the soldiers to win the battle, the tribal leader promised the soldiers that they had won the battle, and they would come back to ask for silver and women. Therefore, the triumphant warriors returned to the camp, and they were proud one by one, and they were self-reliant. After winning the battle, they all thought that Lao Tzu had fought and worked hard, and now he has not died back, and Lao Tzu is a hero. If Lao Tzu wants silver, he should give silver, and if Lao Tzu wants a woman, he should give it to a woman. In the period of human tribal society, this is how the tribal leaders treated the current triumphant warriors. With the development of human society, the behavior of the triumphant warriors returning to the camp caused public outrage. How can we make this group of heroes who are not dead and almost crazy quickly calm down? The tribal leaders thought of wine. "He not only taught the people of Tianzigang the art of winemaking, but more interestingly, he also taught the people of Tianzigang to sing and drink songs." Chang'e said.
"The white dragon horse duck has a male voice and belongs to the hoarse faction. Can the songs he sings be popular! Avalokiteshvara said.
"It's hard to say. Now it's fashionable to be different! The voice of the white dragon horse is lower than that of the donkey and higher than that of the lion. This kind of male alto between the male treble and the male bass, there is howling in the hoarseness, desolation in the howl, tragedy in the desolation, panic in the misery, and joy in the panic. In short, it is unique, ingenious, and unique. Chang'e said.
"Bailongma selflessly dedicated his unique wine book to the mountain people of Tianzigang, which is the growth of his cultivation! Ryuko is taught! It will be reused! Avalokiteshvara said.

Before 1952, there was a mountain in the upper reaches of the Meitang Reservoir in Meitang Village, Shitingzi Town, Qiyang County (now Qidong County), which was under the jurisdiction of the Yongzhou Prefecture before 1952, which was known as Xianren Mountain. The southern slope of the mountain is blue rock, and the northern slope is red rock. At the foot of the mountain, there is a spring that flows continuously all year round, and the locals call it "the bottom well". Legend has it that when Tang monk Chen Xuanzang and his apprentice were on their way to the west to learn scriptures, on a certain day, a certain month, the four masters and apprentices were suddenly swept by a "demon wind" to a place called Wild Dog Rock Mountain in Meitang Village, Qiyang County. On the northern slope of Wild Dog Rock Mountain, there is a temple on a hill of red rock. Tang monk Chen Xuanzang, four masters and apprentices, plus a white dragon horse, spent the night in the nunnery. Tang monk Chen Xuanzang and the host of the nunnery Xiao (Xiao) Hanqing played the "three sons" chess on the southern slope of the mountain. In order to distinguish the chess pieces, Tang monk Chen Xuanzang used cyan stones, and presided over Xiao (Xiao) Hanqing with red stones. The day after they left after playing chess, there was a violent earthquake movement in Wild Dog Rock Mountain. After the earthquake, the southern slope of Wild Dog Rock Mountain was blue rock; The northern slope is red rocky. The locals renamed Wild Dog Rock Mountain as Xianren Mountain. Tang monk Chen Xuanzang and the nunnery host Xiao (Xiao) Hanqing played the "three sons deleted" chess place is all cyan rock, the local people call this Xianrentai.
The "Three Sons Deleted" chessboard on the immortal platform, although it has been washed by thousands of years of wind and rain, is still vaguely arguable. In just a dozen hours, Tang monk Chen Xuanzang's master and apprentice left this place with people and horses and ghosts. The four of them left behind holy relics: Sun Wukong left the bluestone pier of the "Civilization Bridge" and the "bluestone flying pigeon"; Sha Wujing retained a water conservancy project made of blue and red rocks, which was earlier than Dujiangyan - "Xinpiyan" and characteristic catfish. The stone statue of "Rhino Beauty" left by Zhu Bajie and Chang'e is now submerged by the water of the newly built Meitang Reservoir in 1958, which is more nostalgic. It is said that Bailong Ma was originally the third prince of Yulong, the dragon king of Ao Leap Dragon in the West Sea, and he was proficient in waterways. Now, by the ignition of Guanyin Bodhisattva, he turned into a white dragon horse and went to the west to learn scriptures with Tang monk Chen Xuanzang and his apprentices, climbed mountains and waded all the way, accumulated a lot of experience in observing feng shui, and became a feng shui gentleman who "does not live up to his name". After Bailongma came to Meitang, he saw that Tang monk Chen Xuanzang and his apprentices all went out to visit the mountains for sightseeing, and he turned into a white-bearded old man. Dressed in a light gray cotton shirt, silver-gray trousers, holding a yellow gourd filled with wine, and wearing a pair of straw sandals, he walked like a fly to the top of the fairy mountain.
The white dragon horse stood on the top of the fairy mountain and looked east, and exclaimed in his heart: Oops! This place is "living mountains and living waters", a ready-made immortal scene in the mortal world. About 1,000 meters away from the previous hill (the local people call Tianzi Gang) is the holy land of the dragon vein, which is the ancestral grave of the founding emperor! (Later, the Chen clan buried a husband and wife grave here.) Later, Zhu Yuanzhang and Chen Youliang were involved in this tomb. The white-bearded old man who had transformed into a white dragon horse turned around and looked east to south, and found that Xianren Mountain was a mountain made of blue and red rocks. The spring at the foot of the mountain (known locally as the "Bottom Well") is the source of the gap between the two tectonic plates of the earth.

"Monkeys steal corn too"? Li Shimin, an old man from the mountain people, was puzzled.
"Monkeys, like humans, live in groups. They also need to stock up on food for the winter in the fall. The white-bearded old man who turned into a white dragon horse then said to Li Shimin, an old man of the mountain people: "Old man, you don't have to be sad, the corn you lost in the past two years will be returned to you by the monkeys next year." After speaking, the white-bearded old man who transformed into a white dragon horse handed a yellow gourd full of wine to Li Shimin, the old man of the mountain people, and quietly told the old man of the mountain people the "secret" of how to return the corn next year.

Could it be that the people of Immortal Mountain and Tianzigang are related to our fairy realm and god realm? Our master and apprentice also have to come here for "leisure" on the way to the west to learn scriptures, is it also the special arrangement of the "Lord" to favor the people of Xianren Mountain, Tianzigang and their nearby areas? If this is the case, I also have to leave some eternal holy relics for the people of Xianren Mountain and Tianzigang. Otherwise, will you not fail the love of the "Lord" for his people! The white-bearded old man who transformed into a white dragon horse looked at the "gap line" all the way, thinking about what "holy relics" to leave all the way, and soon returned to Zhushan Courtyard, which was closest to Xianren Mountain.

I wish the man and woman of the family to see a white-bearded old man come to the door to congratulate their newborn son, and the whole family is very happy. There were eight tables for lunch, and the white-bearded old man was arranged at the main table. The "farmhouse feast" for lunch was very rich. Meats include: chicken, duck, fish, pigs, free, etc., all of which are free-range animal meat. Vegetables include: eggplant, spicy mushroom, beans, spinach, etc., all of which are grown in their own fields. Fruits include: oranges, sweet oranges, dates, persimmons, peaches, grapefruits, etc., all of which are picked from the trees in front of and behind their houses. Rice is the staple food. The fly in the ointment is that there is no wine at the banquet. Locals don't know how to make wine at some point. Bailongma originally had "fairy wine" in the gourd, but he gave it to Li Shimin, the old man of the mountain people who planted corn. Seeing this situation, the old man of the white dragon horse said goodbye to the master and left the table "convenient and convenient" (local dialect: urinate).
