"'Messenger of the God of Beauty', according to the (Queen Mother) Niangniang's consistent style of doing things and the nature of the division of labor responsible for managing the heavenly officials, (Queen Mother) Niangniang approved you to accompany Yulong to Dongting Lake this time. There are at least two meanings: one is that (Queen Mother) Niangniang gives you a chance to go deep into the grassroots to assess the heavenly officials! I guess, when you asked for leave from the (Queen Mother) mother. (Queen Mother) has the mother taught you how to evaluate and evaluate the experience of heavenly officials! The common people can only discuss in private: Which Qing official, who has been famous in the minds of the people for 40 years, has become a corrupt official overnight! Why did the emperor look away by himself? No one dared to say in public that the emperor's punishment was improper. To evaluate cadres, you must put down your shelves and dissolve yourself into the common people, so that you can hear the common people speak their hearts to you. Niang Niang also said: Some human commanders have a high art of managing officials, and he can bring leaders of different political opinions and different ages together tightly, and teach his subordinates the idea of positive energy by word and deed; Seek truth from facts and publicize the achievements of officials to the public! Those who excel are promoted and reused, and those who do nothing abdicate; Those who make mistakes are demoted; Those who have been wronged are reinstated; Violators will be severely punished! The Queen Mother said: For the 'local parent official' who has a dispute between the common people and the 'public officials', he must evaluate his merits and demerits from all angles and from multiple perspectives! Some 'local parents' use government money to meet people's survival needs. Protect people's livelihood first. After engaging in construction. The common people said that he was a good ruler; Government officials say he doesn't pay them long. It has affected the quality of life of their group, saying that he is not a good official! The Queen Mother identified this kind of local parent officials who had disputes between ordinary people and public officials as officials who could be promoted and reused as officials who could be promoted and reused as members of the Standing Committee (Marshal of the First Rank)! The Queen Mother believes that serving as an official will benefit one party! For a handsome life, benefit the people! The Queen Mother said: The management of heavenly officials above the 'three grades' should be stricter, the requirements should be higher, and the punishment should be more severe! Because, the words and deeds of the heavenly officials above the 'three grades' can lead many ordinary people to advance in the direction of civilization and harmony, and the bad ones can mislead the common people to regress in the direction of ignorance and backwardness! The words and deeds of the heavenly officials above the 'three products' are related to and affect the development and backwardness of the heavenly court (human society)! Human society is originally composed of three religions and nine different classes, and it would not work without that class! Without soldiers, there is no need for officers; There are no students, and there is no need to teach Mr. Teach! Being an official, a commander, and a marshal is just a group of people who are responsible for management work in the division of labor in human society. The magnitude of the authority of the official is determined by the number of members of the society. The more people you command, the more power you have! So, the one who is in office. The greater the power, the greater the influence of his words and deeds on the people! Heavenly officials above the 'three grades' are not allowed to collect any extra wealth such as 'annual salary' or 'gold and silver caravan color' other than 'Fenglu' in the implementation of policies or decrees issued by the Heavenly Court! Some Tianguan (commanders) above the 'three grades' always want to make more extra money when they are in office, and save more survival resources for their children when they are alive! Once the huge greedy person is verified during his lifetime, he will be removed from his post and imprisoned and sentenced to death! Once the huge greedy person is not verified during his lifetime, he will leave a huge amount of survival resources so that his children and grandchildren will live without hard work. His descendants have lost the natural law that human beings need to work all their lives to create and feed themselves, so as to maintain the natural law of human existence on the earth over and over again! After a few generations, the descendants of the giant greedy family will be eliminated by the basic law that human beings need labor to create wealth to survive on the earth (in the words of the common people: the huge greed will always have no children and grandchildren)! When you are an official, you must ensure that you have enough survival resources and can provide necessary survival resources for your parents, elders, wives, sons, and daughters! Children and grandchildren are blessed with children and grandchildren! Why worry about parents! Human beings are inherently one of the animal categories. Those animals are not born to work on their own for a living! The greater the contribution of the animal to the work of the group, the longer the life span of the animal. "'Messenger of the Beauty God', you go to the common people to collect the achievements of the Jade Dragon. Through the evaluation of Yulong by the common people, the successor is indirectly evaluated whether he is competent! For example, listen to the common people talk about whether the policies and decrees issued by the Jade Dragon "Dragon King" when he was in power are all in effect; Listen to the common people talk about whether the "Dragon Lord" who succeeded Yulong can timely revise the outdated policies and decrees issued by the "Dragon Lord" of Yulong.
