XVII. New system announcements and public criticism?

After taking down an NPC, I watched for a while and when I was sure there were no NPCs around, I ran to the highway to scavenge for resources. At the front of the bag, it is found that the NPCs only have one handful of SKS and UZI. Sure enough, the new weapon is not so easy to get started. I scavenged some of the supplies I needed and left.

After returning to the cover, I opened the game interface, and there were still 41 people left, and then it was reduced to 40 just in front of my eyes, and at the same time, I received a system announcement:

"If the number of survivors is detected to be less than or equal to 40, the location of all players will be displayed on the map, and the NPC will prioritize the one with the fewest number of survivors."

After reading the news, I quickly opened the map, and there were many red dots on the map, each of which represented the location of a survivor. Most of the NPCs are concentrated in the center of the island, and there are a few scattered around the corners of the island, and there are no NPC locations near where I am currently located. Then, as if they had received some command, the NPCs in the center began to move towards all corners of the island at the same time. Except for the fact that it did not move on my side.

"Strange, why do NPCs suddenly have weird actions, and it seems like there are no more fights between them?" I looked at the map's real-time messages for a while, and noticed that the NPCs in the center went to the location of the scattered NPCs, and then the red dots representing the scattered NPCs began to disappear on their own.

"No, the NPCs in the center are heading towards the location of the NPC with a low number of kills, and the purpose is to attack the player with a low number of kills, as stated in the announcement, which means that the NPCs with zero kills will be attacked." As if to answer my guess, the red dots that originally represented NPCs at the edge of the map disappeared one by one.

"After all the NPCs with zero kills are killed, will they attack me with one kill number soon?" The bad premonition came true again, and the NPCs that were originally in the central zone disappeared a few times, and began to move in a straight line in my direction from different places. I looked again at the number of survivors remaining

"Cao, there are 31 more people, that is, 30 NPCs will come after me?" I couldn't help but sigh.

Hunted down by 22 NPCs at the level of an advanced player, even veteran players like me have low hopes of survival.

Due to the distance, it will be some time before the NPC army is killed. I looked at the map and system announcements repeatedly, and suddenly it occurred to me that there might be a way for me to escape death.
