Develop a few valuable insiders in a few cities such as Kabul or Kandahar, for example, a person who works in a government department has the opportunity to come into contact with some civilian personnel, such as well-informed underworld people.

This also includes brothels...... The Soviets are also quite open in this regard, and they don't know when they will die on this battlefield...... This makes those who serve in the military become regular customers in brothels.

Sex work is strictly forbidden in Afghanistan, but brothels still exist in a dark corner despite the war......

This gives us a good source of information...... When Soviet GIs entered these places, they often thought that other people could not understand what they were saying, so they were very comfortable talking about various military secrets......
