Formatting is not a compliment in many cases, because it often means that it is rigid and inflexible, but it is often necessary to format something on the battlefield. The reason is simple, many people forget many things that should be observed, reported or paid attention to when they start fighting on the battlefield, which will undoubtedly affect the whole battle to a certain extent.

But if these things are formatted, for example, a detailed list of the platoon leader should observe the position, terrain, and shelter before attacking. After that, the enemy's strength, front line, armored targets, firing points, fortifications and obstacles, as well as mission objectives, movement routes, impact targets, etc., are clarified......

Even if you have to list these large things one by one in peacetime, you will inevitably miss something, which can be imagined in the tense situation of the battlefield. It would be too demanding to take these things into account based on the quality of a person alone.

Therefore, formatting is a very haode choice, list these factors that will affect the outcome of the battle one by one, and then simulate training and observation in peacetime...... Over time, it is natural that you can think more and more comprehensively, and the risk of battle will be minimized.

From this, I guess that the tactics of the battalion and company should be similar, except that the larger the troops under command have more factors to consider, such as logistics at the battalion and company level.

I have to admit that although I went all the way up from squad leader and platoon commander, I never knew that being a squad leader, platoon commander or even now being a company commander would pay attention to it.

This sentence is applied to me, that is, I already have battlefield practice and some basic experience, but I lack a systematic theoretical guidance, so now after reading this book, I can quickly grasp some of the truths in it, and even find out some of the anachronistic faults......

For example, once an attack is launched on the enemy's position, it is necessary to carry forward the spirit of not being afraid of sacrifice and forging ahead bravely, break into the enemy's position in one fell swoop, and resolutely destroy the enemy.

And what if the offense is unfavorable? What if it is found that the enemy's firepower is beyond imagination or if the cadres misjudge the enemy's firepower intensity? What if it turns out to be an enemy trap? Or go forward and fill people in?

So I quickly found out the crux of this...... As far as individual tactics are concerned, it is advisable to advocate more courageous or unafraid of sacrifice, provided that the military quality of individual soldiers reaches a certain height...... People are thoughtful, and soldiers are not fools, if you can complete the task without sacrifice, and you can achieve the goal with good military quality, then why pay for your own life!

But for squad platoons, battalions and companies, and even division commanders, it is emphasized that they are not afraid of sacrifice and move forward bravely...... That seems a little wrong. To the battalion commander and above, he is in command in the second and third lines, so whose life is not afraid of sacrifice? Another explanation for this kind of fear of sacrifice is that they are not responsible for the lives of soldiers, and cadres at this level should try to avoid sacrifices, make rational judgments on the battlefield situation, and seek a way to exchange the greatest benefits for the minimum price!

But it should be said...... Many cadres in the army are not like this, they only have outdated tactics in their heads, they only blindly bravery, and simply believe that there will be casualties on the battlefield, and as long as they rush and fight fiercely, they can achieve victory, as long as they can achieve victory...... Then those sacrifices will be worth it, and at the same time such sacrifices will be recognized by the superiors.

For these commanders, the battle is actually very simple, it is a gamble...... If you lose, you will be demoted or punished, and sometimes you won't even be punished, because you can push the responsibility down, and if you win, you can be promoted and make a fortune.

So with such a total, you can't lose money...... What is the stake? The stake should be the risk of demotion, as for the fighters under him...... In fact, it is not even a bet, it can only be said to be a factor that affects the bet.
