Appendix 6: Seven types of autism
On the basis of the original five types of autism, if careful planning is carried out, it can be summarized into seven types.
The first type is physiological autism, the second type is congenital autism, the third type is acquired autism, the fourth type is pathological autism, the fifth type is intellectual disability autism, the sixth type is monistic autism, and the seventh type is comprehensive autism.
In turn, physiological autism, acquired autism, monistic autism, and pathological autism have good prognostic rehabilitation effects. The second is congenital autism, intellectual disability autism, and comprehensive autism, which is difficult to recover!
Physiological autism is mainly caused by developmental delay. Induced by the lack of a corresponding acquired environmental basis. Children with stunted growth are prone to temporary physical and mental imbalance in the development of physiological functions, and when they successfully get out of the stunting period, it is naturally easy to return to the normal development track. Otherwise, autism will be induced due to acquired environmental problems. Like Albert Einstein and some children in reality, they can't speak, don't like to play or are different from normal children in other ways, but many of them quickly enter the normal development track without deliberate recovery, catching up with normal children or even surpassing ordinary children.
The internal causes of such autism can be summarized into four main factors. 1. Physiological development is delayed, resulting in physical and mental development that is difficult to synchronize, and lack of balance, forming depression in the acquired environment, causing psychological problems, and affecting physiological development. 2. The development of psychological and emotional perception is delayed or advanced, resulting in physiological functions caused by attention imbalance, affecting psychological development. 3. Cognitive or intellectual development is delayed or advanced, resulting in attention imbalance, which induces the development of physiological functions and affects psychological development. 4. The development of physical and mental coordination is delayed, and the physical and mental development is difficult to synchronize, resulting in the difficulty of corresponding integration, which affects the physical and mental development. 5. Physiological development retardation or beyond psychological development, resulting in difficulty in synchronizing the body and mind, and affecting the physical and mental development.
The five factors of physiological autism can exist alone, or two or more factors can exist in an individual at the same time. The more factors that are present at the same time, the more severe but balanced the overall state will be. Conversely, the less the five factors exist at the same time, the lower the individual balance will be, and the more serious the conflict will be.
Pathological autism is mainly caused by congenital and acquired pathological causes, and autism is induced by congenital and acquired environment and diseases. When the individual is healed naturally with a good growth environment, diseases that are easy to be ignored will be cured naturally. Or continue in the state of illness, the induced autism belongs to the psychological level of the problem but naturally exists. For example, the heart, lungs, spleen, kidneys, and stomach are in a sub-healthy or weak state, and it is difficult to effectively diagnose the actual state with modern medicine at this time, which is easy to lead to ignorance, and in the imaging diseases that have been diagnosed by medical examination, they can completely induce the developing child to have autism symptoms.
This physical disease, some of which already show signs of onset in the mother's body, induces autism when the disease or symptoms are detected during a medical examination and treated at the same time as the baby is born. Some individual children show normal indicators before and after birth, but autism is induced because of the internal causes of congenital autism and conventional diseases caused by the acquired environment. Some babies already have various potential micro-volt symptoms of autism in the mother's body, and when the individual is born, under the intersection of their physiological diseases and environment, they deteriorate each other and make it difficult to dialectize, and finally favor the treatment of the disease, while ignoring and inducing more and more serious autism symptoms. The internal causes of pathological autism can be summarized as 1. Congenital variable autism genes. 2. Fetal individual physiological latent diseases. 3. Acquired development and environmental diseases.
Acquired autism, from the perspective of the individual's essential internal causes, is in an intermediate state between illness and non-illness, similar to the physiological sub-health state of modern humans. The difference is that the sub-health state of autism involves multiple cross-effects of psychology and physiology as well as disease.
Although the physical sub-health also involves psychological factors, it is difficult for psychological factors alone to lead to physical sub-health. However, on the contrary, the sub-health of the body can affect the psychological and spiritual level to varying degrees.
When the body is in a sub-healthy state, due to lifestyle habits, physical energy overdraft, and other psychological and spiritual pressures, it will become more and more serious when it exceeds its individual critical point, and eventually leads to overt physical diseases. In the same way, if you pay attention to maintenance and conditioning, your individual will eventually lose your sub-health and regain your health because of your individualized life plan.
The same phenomenon exists with acquired autism. When the internal cause of congenital autism is still in a latent state, if professional doctors and parents can timely check the dialectical and diagnosis, then they can effectively set up an individualized parenting plan according to their individual situation, so that it is easier to better prevent it from happening. Therefore, with the growth of the individual, it will eventually eliminate or transcend, sublimate and cover the innate internal causes of autism, and obtain all-round balance and health of the mind, thoughts, behaviors and physiology.
In fact, in the past, many children with acquired autism were not detected and deliberately recovered in time because of the relatively backward social and medical development at that time. However, because of the backward conditions, it has relatively improved the freedom of children's space and the level of natural health. Because, relatively speaking, backwardness avoids the psychological depression caused by deliberate education, and also effectively avoids the problem of environmental pollution in many aspects of modern times. In the end, because they are in a relatively natural growth environment, so that when they become adults, a considerable number of autistic people are no different from ordinary people. At least you can have a normal life like a normal person. It's just that maybe they look different in personality. But it's hard to tell if they're normal or not.
Because, judging the mass group from the perspective of psychological standards, then at least more than 70% of the people are in an abnormal state. Therefore, to judge whether people's thoughts, emotions and behaviors are normal, we can only interpret whether they can achieve a normal life of independence and self-worth from the conventional point of view.
Children with acquired autism generally have normal intelligence, and even significantly surpass ordinary children in some places. At the same time, many children's facial senses also have different degrees of acuity, dullness and abnormality. Most children have physical stunting and a period of normal development. Most of the individual children have allergens and dull spots. For example, some children are obviously sharper or sluggish or abnormal than ordinary children in terms of sound, touch, taste, hearing, perception, cognition, etc. The allergens also have evolutionary or simple positive and negative sensitivities, for example, some children are particularly fond of or afraid of certain sounds or other things. A similar phenomenon is also observed at the sluggish point.
This phenomenon, in the specific or unsuitable growth environment, in the continuous regular cross-evolution, eventually gradually leads to more other autistic behaviors, emotions or symptoms, and then affects more psychological and intellectual, as well as physiological aspects of various phenomena and symptoms. Phenomena caused by allergens or simply dull phenomena, such as low pain sensation, fear of pain, or dullness and excessive sensitivity or abnormality in hearing, sound, touch, perception, etc. In his specific and unadapted environment, it gradually leads to problems with sensory integration.
At the same time, there are also problems of inducing and evolving more emotional perception, intellectual cognition and other psychological and physiological dual developmental disabilities. These factors ultimately lead to intellectual problems in children with normal intelligence. and degenerative behaviors such as language, behavior, and emotion that are directly caused by negative environmental changes and the stimulation of unexpected events. At the same time, the lack of attention to relativity and the weakness or dullness of one's own feelings lead to the development of individual empathic function, which induces eye contact, social interaction and other problems.
This phenomenon also involves the acquired microenvironment problem in the refrigerator theory. Secondly, because the repression of the environment is closed compared with that of the individual, in the natural evolution of organisms and the natural release of psychological repression, coupled with the problems of tactile, visual and conscious perception and thinking consciousness, it leads to various stereotyped behaviors and subconscious or unconscious behaviors.
This series of evolution and sublimation directly leads to the narrowing of interests, and because of the narrowing of interests, it leads to the habitual deepening of interests in certain aspects, which in turn promotes the ability of some aspects to surpass ordinary children, and backwardness or stagnation and mutation in other aspects.
This kind of regular mutual evolution and complex phenomena that intersect with each other, resulting in various symptoms and behaviors, have always been called high-functioning autism or classical autism by the autism field. In fact, this kind of high-functioning classical autism is actually the result of the mutual evolution of congenital factors and acquired environment in children with autism.
The generative response mechanism and principle behind it belong to the same root and leaf relationship as the negative symptoms of autistic children. Therefore, in the actual rehabilitation, it is theoretically possible to imitate and use the laws of nature, and implement the expected rehabilitation effect of individual children by suppressing and descending to the root cultivation. The internal causes of acquired autism can be summarized as 1. congenital latent mutable genes 2. congenital latent physiological diseases 3. acquired environmental transformation internal factors, 4. sensitive and dull changes in the five senses.
Congenital autism can be divided into single congenital autism, congenital pathology. Intersecting congenital autism. with acquired pathology. Intersecting congenital autism. The first two are already involved in the development of the nervous system and other soft diseases in the mother's body, between physiological and non-physiological diseases, and are difficult to detect in medicine developmental disorders or diseases.
It is acquired pathologically. Intersection of congenital autism, the presence of congenital pre-existing diseases, and congenital latent mutable genes, resulting in acquired physiological onset, resulting in synchronous crossover of congenital autism. At the same time, it also exists in congenital latent genes, which activate congenital latent autism genes in the mother due to congenital diseases.
So that in the end, congenital autism and congenital physiological diseases coexisted at the same time. Congenital autism is mainly due to the influence of parents in the general environment or psychological and spiritual level, resulting in the maternal pre-conception of both husband and wife or one of the mother's own genetic problems. The general environment involves psychology and spirituality, living habits, social structure, ecological environment, and even the country and education and culture. Secondly, it is mainly the maternal micro-environmental impact.
The microenvironment involves the personality, temperament, and physiological system of the mother. During pregnancy, it also involves food, environment, psychological and spiritual positive and negative levels, drugs for the treatment of one's own diseases, and the treatment and rehabilitation process of one's own diseases. as well as maternal fetal food or medicine and health products. At the same time, it is entirely possible for the mother to induce, generate, and activate the pre-developed, developed, and latent genes of congenital autism during pregnancy. The internal causes of congenital autism can be summarized as 1. social environment, 2. living environment, 3. maternal microenvironment, and 4. congenital pathological mutagenesis.
Mentally handicapped autism is autism induced by congenital intellectual imbalance or inferiority in the acquired environment, and autism can also be induced by intellectual development caused by acquired environmental problems. Intellectual disability itself is also a disease, so it has the internal causes of autism. This type of autism is almost the same in essence as autism induced by the simple physiological environment in the evolution law and process, and the behaviors and emotions it exhibits will be relatively balanced and normal within the scope of its intelligence. Compared with ordinary and simple autistic children, the biggest difference is the obvious intellectual development problem. Therefore, the focus is no longer on intellectual imbalance or hypophysiological autism. Because we understand the causes of physiological autism with normal intelligence, it is relatively easy to understand autism induced by mental imbalance or low intelligence.
The so-called acquired monistic autism simply means that there is no internal cause of congenital autism, and there is no disease in the individual. It is simply autism caused by an acquired environment that exceeds the tolerance range of normal children. In the process of understanding this type, there are two real cases.
This kind of autistic child largely fits the refrigerator theory. Although this type of autism is rare in reality, its possibility cannot be completely ruled out, because its existence is more conducive to the detection and diagnosis of autism types.
Monistic autism is mainly caused by the acquired environment, which leads to problems from psychological, spiritual to nervous system development and even other levels of physiology. In the process of rehabilitation, the individual mainly changes the environment and implements psychotherapy, and as long as it is within a certain range, the speed and degree of the rehabilitation effect will be in a very ideal state. Unless it is too severe beyond the critical point of the individual child, it will lead to some areas of the individual child that are difficult to reverse. Monistic autism, in essence, can be completely classified as a psychological problem or psychological disorder.
Because fundamentally the individual child is a normal child, it is mainly caused by the acquired environment, caused by psychological problems, and other behaviors and emotions that affect the physiological level.
This type of autistic child can be classified as acquired monistic autism with normal intelligence or low intelligence in the group. This type of autism is also the easiest to diagnose and diagnose among all types of autism, so it is also the easiest type of autism to recover. Acquired monistic autism is due to the conversion of acquired environmental internal factors.
Comprehensive autism is based on other types of autism, but also has intractable diseases such as cerebral palsy, epilepsy, dementia, and other brain development problems. Secondly, many children with autism coexist, such as Rett, Asperger, Angel, Down syndrome and so on. Many of these diseases and their characteristics themselves have a variety of symptoms of autism.
Therefore, if it is subdivided, it can be classified as primary autism, and secondary autism induced by other diseases or other syndromes. Primary autism and secondary autism, combined, can be collectively referred to as comprehensive autism or syndrome autism. In addition, the first six types of autism, and aside from the physical diseases of individual children, it can be collectively referred to as autism spectrum disorder. Primary autism in comprehensive autism exists in secondary autism when the two are combined into the same type of symptom and appear in individual children in a severe form under their dual effects.
At the same time, in the continuous evolution, more and more complex combination of intractable autism symptoms appear. As a result, it is difficult to fundamentally distinguish and diagnose. As a result, autism is characterized by two different natures and oneness, which hinders the distinction between the types and attributes to which they belong.
In fact, in the continuous upgrading and evolution of its individuals, the original two different natures and attributes of autism have long been quietly derived from other intractable diseases and other syndromes in individual children, resulting in two different types of autism that have been similar to virus mutations, and gradually evolved into another new type of autism on the basis of their original commonality, which is comprehensive autism or syndrome autism.
The prognosis effect of comprehensive autism rehabilitation is the most difficult among all types of autism. Because a considerable number of them have stubborn diseases that are difficult to cure in modern medicine. Secondly, rehabilitation for autism alone is also difficult to formulate and implement specific individualized prescriptions and etiological targeted cases because of the complex, overlapping and intersecting individual symptoms.
In particular, many individual children are difficult to avoid medical treatment during the recovery process due to other physical diseases. Among the internal causes of autism, drugs can also become a new trigger for autism. Therefore, on the basis of congenital and acquired primary, comprehensive autism is often more and more stubborn and complex due to the overlapping, intersection, aggregation and induced evolution of individual diseases and secondary autism, as well as factors such as the acquired environment.
Therefore, it is precisely for this reason that when parents and professionals face this type of autism, their greatest expectation is that they hope that individual children can gain self-care ability in rehabilitation, and do not dare to place higher expectations on them. In fact, although comprehensive autism is complex and addictive, if the correct internal cause judgment and diagnosis, coupled with the individualized rehabilitation process suitable for the outer edge, many individual children will undeniably be well promoted or recovered. The main reason why many parents and professionals feel pessimistic in the face of this type of autism is not the problem of autism itself, but the main reason is that the intractable diseases and overlapping problems of other syndromes are difficult to concretize and clarify the individual causes, and it is difficult to formulate a corresponding individualized rehabilitation plan.
Therefore, it is often only possible to use the popular cases and rehabilitation techniques in the past to disaggregate the children of such comprehensive autistic individuals. It is precisely because of the lack of macroscopic dialectical and objective diagnosis outside of medicine that it leads to many subjective assumptions on the microphase, which is easy to far-fetched and spectrum disorder rehabilitation plans. As a result, such comprehensive autistic children are in a cycle of repeated trade-offs on the road to anticipatory rehabilitation, which eventually leads to many parents giving up the courage to persist and rehabilitate such children due to problems such as energy, confidence and confusion! The internal causes of comprehensive autism can be summarized as 1. congenital autism, 2. acquired autism, 3. secondary autism, 4. congenital physiological diseases, 5. acquired physiological diseases, 6. physiological disease syndrome, and 7. non-physiological psychological syndrome.
The problems of autistic children in terms of cranial nerves can be summarized as follows: 1. Purely physiological causes of nervous system development delay or disorder. 2. Sexual nervous system developmental delay or disorder caused by congenital pathology. 3. Acquired pathological neurological retardation or developmental disorders. 4. Neurological developmental delay or disorder caused by the overlap of congenital pathology and physiology. 5. Neurological developmental delay or disorder caused by the secondary overlap of congenital diseases. 6. Successive pathological and physiological stagnation leads to delayed or disordered development of the God's meridian system. 7. Nervous system development retardation and disorders caused by acquired environmental irritation and depression. 8. Physiological nervous system transmission retardation or disorder. 9. Pathological neurodevelopmental delay disorder. 10. Neurotransmission system and nerve function in some areas of the brain. 11. Nerve damage and lesions in the neurotransmission system and parts of the brain12. Corresponding functions of the parts of the brain, abnormal function due to other factors, etc.
If autistic children only belong to the autism phenomenon caused by the development of the nervous system, in addition to the pathological and nervous system damage autism, then the autism phenomenon caused by other factors, as long as the corresponding individualized rehabilitation program is set up for the internal causes, theoretically it is completely possible to induce, activate, dilute, transfer, graft, radiate, attention, deep companionship, etc., and then on the basis of the principle of use, use, abolition, and retreat, the sound, phase, taste, touch, and smell of the tactile functions of the five senses. Under the dual effects of physical and mental functions such as tactile perception and thinking cognition, it promotes a fundamental breakthrough in the stagnation and disorders of the cerebral nervous system or other problems, so as to obtain the expected rehabilitation effect of children with autism.
Regardless of the type of autism, it is important to first identify and diagnose the internal causes, and the analysis and diagnosis of the internal causes are mainly through modern medicine and psychological analysis, and psychological analysis is mainly based on the three major consciousnesses. Because the core symptoms of autism are basically the same. However, due to the difference of internal factors, on the basis of the core symptoms, many individual children are induced to have different individual differences.
Therefore, the personalized rehabilitation plan is based on the understanding of the cause. Otherwise, although many rehabilitation methods have different effects, in the actual rehabilitation process, it is always easy to lower than the expected value and the overall effect is lingering.
