Appendix 3: The Manifest Consciousness of the Three Major Consciousnesses
Manifest consciousness is simply what people usually call mood or emotional experience, that is, the emotional perception function that can be directly perceived and confirmed by the individual. This emotional experience will be directly reflected in the heart and lung function, affecting physiological operations. And to a certain extent, it will be directly integrated into or stored in the operation or function of the heart organs.
In a similar way to memory function, human beings passively experience their existence through the changes in the mutual function of the heart and lungs. The human heart is not only a simple physiological organ, but also an important carrier of the human mental system. This is in line with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the heart is the king, the master of the gods!
It has a conditioned reflex memory, which can quickly and timely process the past and existing information in a form that can be perceived, ignored and confirmed by the individual. It then interacts with its own mental consciousness and conscious consciousness and influences the subconscious.
New subconscious information is constantly formed, and the interaction between conscious experience and mental consciousness, as well as physical perception and the environment. This kind of interactive phenomenon or law is the continuous formation, operation and action process of the inner spiritual system of human beings, and it is also the main factor for the fate of human beings in the mutual traction and radiation between the inner world and the external environment.
In essence, the conscious consciousness is mainly based on the nervous system by the touch of the five senses and the sensory function of the heart organs, and the cognitive function of the thinking consciousness is transformed into the feeling and experience state of the thinking consciousness being perceived by the individual. It is also a state of holistic physical and mental reaction and experience that occurs due to the sensitivity of the environment and the body, under the action of internal factors and external edges. The carrier of the conscious consciousness is based on physiological reactions, and various emotional behaviors evolved from it, which are the products of mental consciousness and subconscious processing.
Although the formation of such products comes from the conscious system, their essence and function are mainly determined by factors such as growth environment, physiological individual differences, and historical and contemporary cultural aspects. For example, the same force strikes everyone, but each person's physical experience and psychological response will be different to varying degrees. The main reason for this individualized distinction is the result of the interaction between perception and cognition caused by physiological differences, such as physiological differences, upbringing, or environment and culture.
The repetition and superposition of the conscious consciousness to form sublimation is the extension and expansion of the subconscious, as well as the process of integration, unity and sublimation of the three consciousnesses, physiology and the external world. The source and essence of the subconscious mind is that the external environment acts on the physiological perception system to form the conscious system. The carrier of consciousness is physiologically small as an atom and as large as the body and even the entire cosmic environment. In the normal state, the conscious mind mainly determines the direction of thinking by driving subconscious information.
With the support of the conscious mind, the thinking consciousness mainly uses the original information of the subconscious mind and all the known external environment information to determine the depth and quality of its own thinking process, and integrates and unifies with the three major consciousnesses that adjust and restrict the conscious consciousness accordingly and guide the functional subconscious. Subconscious information and the nervous system determine the function and outcome of mental awareness. When the cerebral nervous system leads to the dysfunction or carrier of thinking consciousness and explicit consciousness, it will affect the subconscious information and functions and make it difficult to be effectively used by the thinking consciousness and explicit consciousness.
Then the law of balance and interaction of the three consciousnesses will be easily broken, leading to psychological, behavioral, emotional and cognitive problems at other levels of consciousness or spiritual levels. It will even affect more physiological levels, resulting in different degrees of physical and mental problems.
The conscious mind and the subconscious are closely related, the subconscious mind is like a blind man, and the conscious mind is the crutch of the blind man. If there is no crutch of the conscious mind, then the blind man of the subconscious mind will run around and make his head bleed.
Thinking consciousness is like a road sign or a traffic light, which restricts and guides emotional behaviors that are essentially subconscious through conscious perception. In the normal state, under the action of thinking and consciousness, they can continuously enhance the conscious perception and the superconscious ability of the subconscious by influencing the physiological level. Inspiration, spirituality, or supernatural forces are intuitive perceptions that arise from the assumption of preconceived ideas.
Many autism or other types of special abilities are also born on the basis of this effect and in line with the individual's own special factors. Conscious consciousness has the function of temporarily storing information, and its specialty is to be good at perceiving emotional experiences based on physiological responses, as well as communicating with each other with the thinking consciousness, subconscious, physiological system, and self-construction.
In this function, it is like a bridge that connects the two oceans of consciousness through its own waters and nourishes the earth. Its independence and value are the weakest of the three consciousnesses. But it is one of the most important hubs in the spiritual world. Manifest consciousness has the functions of dominance and guidance of the three major consciousnesses similar to that of thinking consciousness. The difference between the two is that the explicit consciousness is mainly in the passive nature, while the thinking consciousness is mainly in the active nature. In the normal state, the dominant nature of the conscious consciousness is second only to the thinking consciousness, but its passive guiding function has always occupied a dominant position among the three major consciousnesses.
The more developed the physiological perceptual nervous system, the more profound and rich the conscious experience will be. This will lead to the greater the combined effect of conscious functions, and vice versa. Physiological acuity and nervous system function determine the conscious experiential function. The conscious experiential function, and the mental consciousness function based on the cerebral nervous system, determine the basic quality of emotional intelligence and IQ. Individual growth experience and the connection nerves of the left and right brains determine the balance and coordination function of emotional intelligence and IQ.
If the functions of EQ and IQ are naturally in a state of balance and synchronization, due to the inner conflict caused by growth experience or other external factors, their individual performance is prone to extreme alternation and other phenomena, or they choose to focus on developmental behavior. In terms of comprehensive behavioral performance, it is easy to have an IQ higher than EQ, or an EQ higher than an IQ, or an imbalance between the two. If EQ and IQ are always in a state of imbalance in the process of development, there will be a corresponding lack of balance in their individual personality. Under the compensatory effect of the laws of nature, the individual will easily lead to one aspect becoming more and more prominent, and the other side is often stagnant or weakly functioning.
The conscious mind has a perceptual function, which can be achieved by the imaging function of the brain nervous system with the help of subconscious and mental consciousness functions. So as to assist and strengthen the memory storage function of the subconscious mind and thinking consciousness. At the same time, the information in the perceptual mode can be handed over to the thinking consciousness for processing, and at the same time the subconscious information base can be stored, and the processing process and results of the two consciousnesses can always be synchronized and interacted accordingly. The conscious mind not only serves and guides the thinking consciousness, but also serves as the channel generator and master of the subconscious. It is both a brilliant informant and a heaven and hell for the three major systems of consciousness and mind-body. It is one of the main pivotal conduits of the spiritual system, carrying the role of connecting the upper and lower levels. If it does not exist, or if there is a problem with its function, then the mental and subconscious minds will be unable to communicate effectively, leading to the chaotic functioning of the inner mental system.
In terms of the actual functioning of the three major consciousnesses, the conscious mind such as the child, the thinking consciousness and the subconscious mind are its parents. But in essence, the formation of the thinking consciousness and the subconscious mind is formed on the basis of the explicit consciousness. Therefore, in the formation of mental consciousness and subconscious, the conscious and physiological senses play the role of their parents.
When the conscious consciousness is stimulated and exceeds its tolerance limit, it will lead to weak thinking consciousness, and the subconscious information will go beyond the thinking consciousness and be directly awakened through the conscious action. In this state, although it is still centered on the mental consciousness, it actually becomes the master of the mental consciousness in turn.
At this point, the individual will become determined and strong, or paranoid and persistent, or even extremely emotional. The perceptual function of explicit consciousness, the rational cognitive function of thinking consciousness, and the dual cognitive function of the two consciousnesses form a complete cognitive system in the case of synchronous integration. In order to effectively act on the interaction of the three consciousnesses and highlight the behavior and emotions of the individual.
The weaker the conscious perception function, the stronger the rational cognitive function of the thinking consciousness, and the strength of the rational cognition of the thinking consciousness is mainly due to the weak experience function of the conscious consciousness, which reduces the interference of the rational cognition of the thinking consciousness. This is also the main reason why few people in the real world can achieve a perfect balance between IQ and EQ. This kind of rational memory in thinking consciousness is the essence of mechanical memory due to the weak function of explicit consciousness. When this rational cognition acts through the simple channel of the conscious consciousness, it will form subconscious information and become spiritual consciousness.
This phenomenon can easily make a science talent in physics. This kind of group of people belongs to the integration and cooperation of thinking consciousness and subconscious. The interaction between the subconscious, which is purely based on the rational cognitive function, leads to the fact that the individual's understanding can easily stay at the physical level and understand things from the qualitative state of things. However, it is difficult to judge the inner state of things with conscious perceptual cognition. In particular, the understanding of language is more prominent.
Because the conscious perception function can sense the will or intention behind the words of others through tone, intonation, speed of speech, etc. The rational cognition of thinking consciousness is mainly based on the meaning of the words themselves. For example, some self-syndrome children and teachers say get out, and they often react very seriously to such behaviors as they do it in accordance with the law. This phenomenon is mainly caused by the weakness of the conscious cognitive function, which makes it difficult to synchronize and coordinate with the cognitive function of thinking consciousness. Under the condition that the thinking consciousness and the explicit consciousness function are relatively synchronized and coordinated, it is easier for normal children to be able to quickly awaken the corresponding information in the subconscious information database by driving the conscious consciousness according to the subjective and objective needs of the two major conscious cognitive functions with the mutual support and cooperation of the two major conscious cognitive functions.
Then, through the conscious perception and guidance function, or the rational dominance function of the thinking consciousness, it plays a leading role, and then feeds back with the thinking consciousness or the conscious consciousness to make corresponding behaviors or emotions. In the same way, when the physiological acuity is higher, the more developed the conscious function is, and the richer and deeper the individual's perception and feelings. At the same time, because of perceptual interference, it is easy to lead to the relatively weak rational cognition of thinking consciousness, and the more developed the conscious perception function is. The individual will be dominated and guided by the sensibility of the conscious consciousness, and the rational thinking in the thinking consciousness will be driven. And this phenomenon is also the main factor in the creation of literary and philosophical liberal arts talents. Such groups of people have developed the integration of explicit and subconscious cooperation.
The coordination of the three major consciousness functions is the essential internal cause, which determines the balance, coordination and adaptability of individual emotional behavior and external environmental response. The quality of the three major conscious functions determines the individual's emotional intelligence and IQ, as well as the overall personality state. In addition to being triggered by physical illness, all psychological disorders and mental illnesses are caused by mental or psychological system disorders caused by disorders in the three major internal consciousness systems, mainly led by explicit consciousness.
The same is true for autistic children, the difference is that autistic children themselves have internal causes in terms of physiological functions, and their physiology and three consciousnesses are in a state of development that needs to be perfected. Some of them are caused by physiological development or disease, which are the three major disorders and confusion in the formation of consciousness. Relatively speaking, the three major consciousnesses of children with autistic individuals, including the physical body, are all in the process of development and construction. Because of this, it is easier to induce and deepen autism and increase the difficulty of recovery.
