After transporting dozens of bricks to Crocodile Island and transferring back some of the tools and items placed on it, the busy months finally ushered in a recuperation!

With the recovery of various tools, there is also a part of the carrots, but the more than ten plants that are left to be planted have to wait for another ten days and half a month, which is quite troublesome.

I didn't expect that compared to the first half of the busy year, although the hot summer was not very comfortable, it made me live a rare leisure time, recently the potatoes have also been harvested, and the meat is sufficient, and I can ponder all kinds of delicacies at home every day!

Taking advantage of the recent time, I decided to do a rough inventory of most of my belongings at home, remembering that the last time I did this was when I got something on a fishing boat, and the work had been interrupted for several years.

As a result, I don't know exactly how many things are in my house now, but I remember very well the few quantities such as weapons and corn, but what's the use!

The number of oysters that have not been collected by me for more than a year has risen sharply, and when I wanted to make oyster sauce in the past, I had to look for half a day to find a few catties, but today I went to the usual location and collected about ten catties in half an hour, and there is no problem in making a few bottles of oyster sauce for the Chinese New Year.

The time for not doing things always flies quickly, and in a blink of an eye, it is the beginning of August, and the more important thing to do in these ten days is to go to Crocodile Island to collect carrot seeds and grapes.

Because half of the grapes have fallen late, people are so distressed that they can't breathe, and the rest is only about five catties.

In line with the principle of not wasting it, the grapes that fell to the ground were also collected by me, they were all in a ripe state, and the pits were quite suitable for use as seeds, and they were only dried and planted in the spring to plant the grapes all over the mountains and fields sooner or later.

Then it's time to go to the sea, and instead of fishing, it's just about catching seafood and harvesting kelp, which not only tastes better, but also makes it easier to preserve.

And I think there is a certain risk of going to the sea too often, and there is always a feeling of not being safe when going to the sea, so I carry a dagger on my body, and minimizing the frequency of going to the sea can also reduce some safety risks.

Although I haven't eaten fish for more than a year, I don't miss it very much, and I can solve it by fishing when I occasionally want to eat fish.

I have to mention that I went to the sea three days ago, and I can still grin when I think about the harvest at that time......

At that time, I went into the sea with a wooden stake and a crocodile backpack that had been idle for a long time, and it should be the first time I went into the sea this year, and I didn't have very high expectations, but I felt relieved that I could have a normal harvest.

However, after only 20 minutes of going to the sea, it was full of a large backpack, but the varieties in it were all normal seafood, not special.

The second trip was different, I found abalone just after going to sea, one or two, and then I found nearly twenty intermittently, and they alone could solve the food I needed for a meal.

The surprise didn't stop there, as I was about to return to find a nest of lobsters, at least ten of them, and I was so ruthless as to get them that I turned the cracks in the rocks with sticks.

Although it is a pity to run away from four or five, I also got six, three of which are dying, and the remaining three can still be raised, such a harvest I don't know what to use, like walking shit luck.

The luck that hasn't broken out for a long time has come to a big outbreak today, which is unexpected, so many seafood is probably the most fruitful one on the island in these years!

The harvest of going to sea again is huge, and another gain is to indirectly prove that the sea is safe again, and you can become free to go to the sea without the threat of crocodiles.

I believe it will be difficult for crocodiles more than 10 kilometers away to swim here, as I have observed that they spend most of their time lying down and sleeping, and even some of them are near the sea.

I think I'm lucky enough to come across one of the few crocodiles more than 10 kilometers away in the open sea, not to mention that I haven't been in the sea for a long time.

I don't have to go to sea for a long time, I only go to sea every week or so on average, and most of the time I do other things.

Recently, the drought has started again, and the summer heat can easily cause water shortages, and after a rain, the swimming pool can only last for three or four days without the replenishment of well water, and on the fifth day I have to boil seawater to collect steam.

It was a very cumbersome task, it would take me half a day to collect enough fresh water, it was not pleasant to go to the beach to fetch water, it would take a lot of firewood, and more importantly, standing next to the fire to heat it up, so I decided to stop this activity, boiling fresh water from the sea water was a thankless task!

Instead of that, I would have better go to Crocodile Island to fill the water, and it would take me about five hours at most to go back and forth, and occasionally sail at sea so that the skilled craft would not become unfamiliar, and I could bring dozens of bricks and tiles with me.

Thinking of all the benefits, I did so, two buckets filled with water and sealed with the plastic sheeting that was cut off at the beginning, plus a few large plastic bottles with a capacity of 20 catties, can transport more than 150 catties of water at a time.

The efficiency is far greater than boiling seawater, and the degree of trouble has also decreased significantly, so it should be no problem for two days if you save a little use, after all, you can drink freely when you go to the well, and you can also take a bath at the well.

But if the chickens and sheep were to be relocated to Crocodile Island before the year, it would be troublesome, because the sheep's food was still here, and it would be very troublesome to ship to another island to transport vegetables!

Later, I felt like I had reached a dead end, I had enough seeds to plant on both sides, but for now, I might have to plant them here, after all, the other island doesn't even have a wasteland!

Soon after the corn harvest, peanuts were harvested, and they should be the most consistent of all crops, and they were not affected by the weather, but unfortunately they could not be used as a staple food.

In the busy tied, until mid-September, the two months that I thought I could have a good rest were full of miscellaneous things, not only the harvest and drying of corn and peanuts, but also the sailing of the sea, but only more than half a month of rest!

A new round of construction can almost be started, and if it is too late, it will not be far from the New Year, and if it is delayed, I don't know when it will be completed.

After about two months of rest, the fatigue on the body has long been swept away, and the food at home is quite sufficient, even if the corn is lost this year, plus there are still 800 catties left from last year.

There are only 300 catties of meat left, but I haven't been very cold to meat recently, especially crocodile meat after a year of long-term consumption, which has made me feel a little tired.

This is not the reason for it, even if you eat the delicacies of the mountains and seas for a long time, you may feel this way, so the few on Crocodile Island have been safe recently, as long as they don't come to provoke me, I won't take the initiative to provoke them!
