The way of heaven is a place of pleasure and happiness, enjoying every day, without pain and persecution, and forgetting the way of cultivation.
The beings of the Three Evil Realms suffer greatly every day, and it is rare for them to cultivate the Dao. Humanity is in the middle of bitterness, bittersweet and bittersweet. Suffering can stimulate renunciation, happiness can make people yearn for it, and the contrast between bitterness and happiness is the easiest to generate enlightenment. Humanity is good at thinking, wisdom is easy to open, and it is easy to be taught by Buddhism.
Humans live on four continents, eight middle continents, and eight thousand small continents in the saltwater sea. Dongsheng Shenzhou, east of Sumeru Mountain, inhabited by human beings with an indefinite lifespan of 150 years, increases and decreases, and Xiniuhe Continent in the west, where the life expectancy of humans inhabited is indefinite, with a lifespan of 250 years, increasing and decreasing.
In the north, Beiju Luzhou, human beings have a life expectancy of 1,000 years, and they do not increase or decrease.
To the south of Mount Meru, the continent of Yanfuti, where we now live. There are two middle continents and three thousand small continents, all inhabited by humans. There are thirty-six large countries and 2,500 small states on the continent. The rest of the small and medium-sized continents range from 200 to 300 countries, some to 1 to 200 countries, and 30 to 50 countries. The life expectancy of human beings is uncertain, the upper life expectancy is 120 years old, the middle life expectancy is 100 years old, and the next life expectancy is 80 years old, increasing and decreasing.
Nanyan Futi had a fierce man-made industry, dared to create five rebellions and ten evils, and turned to endure hardships and study diligently, and was able to put down the butcher's knife and cultivate the Buddha's path. North Kulu Chau is a place where humanity is rewarded. The land of Beiju Luzhou is flat, yin and yang are harmonious, the temperature is neither cold nor hot, and there is no difference between the four seasons.
The grass and trees are always growing, and the birds are singing in unison. The big tree bears fruit, ripe and cracks, and flows out all kinds of clothes, all kinds of food and fruits, all kinds of musical instruments and toys. The earth naturally gives birth to japonica rice, which grows in the morning and twilight. There are also natural cooking utensils "flame light beads", which do not use firewood, and the rice is cooked and extinguished. People don't need to plough and weave, they don't need to work.
The people of Beiju Luzhou have no families or houses. The branches and leaves hang together into the house. When a woman is pregnant, she gives birth to a baby in seven days. The baby was laid on the side of the road, fed by everyone, and it became an adult in seven days. If you are a man, you will play with the men, and if you are a woman, you will play with the women.
From life to death, play and entertainment. The people of Beiju Luzhou do not create evil, do not create good, have no sickness, no aging, and are born in heaven for the rest of their lives. The people of Beiju Luzhou will eventually have big birds peck at the corpses elsewhere. When the people of the northern Luzhou people urinate, the land splits by itself, and after the big and small urinate, they merge, and the earth is not filthy.
This kind of hedonistic life makes the people of Beiju Luzhou only enjoy the blessings of the world, and cannot practice Buddhism, so there is no Buddha to live in the world. It is the most difficult to gain a human body, and if you create evil in your life, you will fall into the evil way, and if you cultivate good, you will ascend to the heavenly way. The Buddha rubbed his fingernails on the ground and put it in his palm and said, "Gaining a human body is like the soil in the palm of your hand, and losing a human body is like the earth and soil." ”

The six realms of reincarnation, the beast path of the three evil realms
There are many species of animals, no less than 3.4 billion species. Some animals fly in the air, some walk on the ground, some swim in water, some are conceived, some are hatched from eggs, some are wet, and some are metaphysical
Target. Dragons, snakes, phoenixes, crows, fish, turtles, shrimps, crabs, jackals, wolves, tigers, leopards, cows, horses, camels, donkeys, chickens, ducks, geese, dogs, mosquitoes, flies, maggots, lice, etc., all belong to the animal species.
According to the Sutra of Reciting the Fa, if a person is ignorant and ignorant of things in the world, he will end up in the path of an animal. Because of the rebellion against the heavens when they are human, animals cannot walk upright. All fours are facing the ground and the back is facing the sky. Therefore, animals are also called transverse species, or paraphytes.
Although they are all animals, the results are different due to different karma. Therefore, there is a huge difference in the blessings of animals, the body is large and small, and the life span is long and short. The big one is like a golden-winged bird, with a length of 320,000 miles. The size of the big fish is 12,000 miles long. The small, like the wren, lays eggs on the whiskers of mosquitoes, which are invisible to the naked eye. Dragons, with a long lifespan, have a catastrophe. Those who have a short life span will die in the twilight of life. Or it can be born and die in an instant, such as a fine worm and the like.
Those who are blessed with great animal fortune can be born in the heavenly realm and enjoy natural food. Those with small good fortunes, such as maggots in the fecal toilet, feed on feces and urine. Heavenly dragons, supernatural changes can make wind and rain, mosquitoes, can not resist an autumn frost. According to the Sutra of the Shou Lengyan, those who are guilty of heavy sins in the world and those who are not compensated for their sins in hell will be reborn as ghosts, and those who are not compensated for their sins in hell will be reborn as animals.
If a person goes to hell for the sin of greed, the sins of hell will not be compensated, and the reincarnation of ghosts will be called "strange ghosts." The ghost road sins are not enough to be rewarded, and they are reincarnated as animals, most of which are owl birds.
If a person commits sin with greed and lust and comes out of hell, he will be reborn as a ghost. The ghost road is not enough to compensate for the crimes, and it turns into animals, mostly animals and birds.
When a person commits evil in the world, is greedy and miserly, is wicked and miserous, is hypocritical, or is greedy for money, or greedy for wife, children, or women, or greedy for fame, status, fame, power, or greedy for all kinds of food, drink, and entertainment, and all kinds of comfort, when he is dying, he will be led into the path of evil by this greed.
Greedy for money, wife and children, greedy and stingy into the ghost road. But many loyal and righteous people, emperors and generals, are not a few into the ghost road. Although they have done many vigorous things to benefit others, they are not greedy for money or sex, but they are greedy for fame, power, and status, and at the end of their lives, they have fallen into the way of ghosts because of greed.
Ghost beings are divided into three categories according to their karmic retribution. One is the cultivators in the world, who can benefit others, and at the end of their lives, they become greedy and fall into the ghost path. This kind of ghost is called "ghost god". Such as the god of the mountain, the god of the sea, the god of the river, the god of the lake, the king of Yama, the king of the great ghost, the land, the city god, etc. The Great Fu Ghost has divine powers, can fly back and forth in the air, and enjoy the five desires like heaven and man. There is a natural palace and a natural diet, and it often supports one side in the world. Those who practice the Dharma become the protectors of the Dharma, the good gods of the precepts, and the cultivators of the world.
Another type of ghost did something to benefit his relatives when he was in the world. In the ghost road, he was born in the ancestral hall of his relatives and was a ghost guarding the ancestral hall. This ghost can be sacrificed by relatives. The most bitter type of ghosts are hungry ghosts, some of whom have not entered the ghost path from the hell path, and some of them are greedy and stingy in the world, selfish and selfish and unwilling to give alms to others, and they do all kinds of bad karma, and they are greedy at the end of their lives, and they enter the ghost path. This kind of ghost is pure suffering and no happiness, like hellish beings.
The Buddhist scriptures say: Some ghosts have throats as thin as the tip of a needle, their bellies are as big as mountains, and it is difficult for them to get a drop of water, and they run day and night, begging for food and water;
Some of the ghosts have unkempt hair, long body hair, only skin and bones, long claws and sharp nails, and tears streaming down their faces; some ghosts are full of pores that come out of flames, burning themselves, running into the wilderness, crying for water; some ghosts come out of their mouths, and the smell is self-effeminating, and the sky is regurgitated.
Some ghosts have hair as hard as iron needles, and they get sashimi every day, while some ghosts often have hot iron pills in their mouths and stomachs...... Hungry ghosts suffer, and they hope for early death every day, but their karma is inexhaustible, and although they cannot eat or drink for millions of years, they will not be able to die. There are ghosts who live for the elderly, 70,000 or 80,000 years old. There are ghosts who have a short lifespan, ranging from long live, thousand years old, and 100 years old.
Most people in the world can't see ghosts, but ghosts and gods are everywhere, and wherever people live, there are ghosts and gods. All the mountains and forests, Chuanze, Guoyi, Chenghuang, village and dock settlements, all the intersections of the streets, the bending alleys, the fangs of Tu Guan, and the caves, forests, mounds, hills and ravines, and all the ways of evil beasts, are inhabited by ghosts and gods. All the trees in the forest, as high as one fathom, and one foot full, that is, there are ghosts and gods who think that the house is on it.
If a man or a woman is born in the world, according to the merits he has cultivated in his previous life, he will be guarded by all ghosts and gods. The Great Fortune people are accompanied by hundreds of gods to protect them. If people in the world practice illegal acts, have evil opinions, do bad Dharma, say bad Dharma, and think that they are not good and protect the gods, they will gradually give up.
Hell is the place where man-made evil people in the world suffer and suffer after death. When people in the world commit sins in Buddhism, they create the first serious sin, when they commit sins in their parents, they create the second most serious sin, and when they commit sins in their benefactors, they create the third most serious sin. Although hell is a place to punish sinful people, if people in the world do not think about suffering, it will be difficult for them to develop bodhichitta. There are many people in the world who are afraid of the sufferings of hell and send out renunciation.
The bitter retribution of hell is all felt by the evil created by one's own heart. For example, when hatred arises in the heart, the murderous aura is activated, and after death, you will feel the mountain of swords, swords, trees, axes, guns, saws, and slashes in hell, and the poisonous deceit in your heart will feel the flying stones, bolts, chains, and scepters, dust, feces, urine, and filth in hell.
If the heart is full of evil and fornication, it will feel that the iron bed and bronze pillar of hell will be burned with great fire, and if the heart is covered with sin, then if you die in hell, you will feel the mirror of karma and the pearl of fire shine on the sins of your life, so that people cannot hide it. The retribution of hell's sins is the feedback of one's own heart, and whatever evil you do in the world, what you suffer when you fall into hell.
The most bitter hell is called Abi Hell, also known as Infernal Hell.
1. There is no time to stop suffering day and night. Second, one person is also full, and many people are also full, and there is no spare space. 3. The instruments of hell are everywhere. 4. Dragons, gods, heavens, ghosts, and human beings will be equal in their retribution for the sufferings they suffer in this hell. 5. Falling into this hell, from the time of the first entry to the hundred thousand eons, one day and one night, ten thousand deaths, ten thousand lives, suffering every day, this world parasitizes other worlds when it is bad, and then forwards it to other worlds when it is bad, and sends it to other worlds, and then sends it back to each other, and this world comes back after it is completed, and there is no time to get out of this hell, unless the karma is exhausted.
Infernal hell is easy to get in and hard to get out of. The Infernal Hell is more than 80,000 miles around and 10,000 miles high. The city is pure iron, and the fire above gathers and burns down, and the flame below burns upward, and the surroundings are red-hot. Iron snakes and iron dogs spit fire to expel sinners, and hundreds of thousands of evil ghosts and yaksha have teeth like swords, eyes like lightning, and hands like copper claws, dragging sinners.
There was a Yaksha who stabbed the sinner with a big iron fork and threw a flip on the big iron bed. The bed was on fire, and the flesh was burning.
There are also iron serpents hanging sinners by neck, and iron eagles pecking sinners in the eyes. 50 billion iron-billed insects crawl all over the body, crawling in and out of the eyes, crawling in and out of the ears, crawling in and out of the ears, crawling out from the mouth, crawling into the lungs and abdomen from the mouth, sucking bone marrow and brain juice through the flesh and bones. And he nailed long nails into the joints of the limbs of his body, poured hot iron into his mouth, poured iron on his body, swallowed iron pills hungrily, and drank iron juice with thirst...... In one day, there are thousands of deaths and thousands of lives, no thought is suspended, and hundreds of billions of eons are sought indefinitely.
There are also eighteen cold hells, eighteen dark hells, eighteen sword wheel hells, eighteen sword wheel hells, eighteen boiling hells, eighteen soup hells, eighteen iron pill hells, and eighteen drinking copper hells...... There are also 50 billion Sword Forest Hell, 50 billion Thorn Forest Hell, and 50 billion Bronze Pillar Hell...... And so on and so forth.
Ice and cold hell: 80,000 icebergs encircle the human body, the cold ice enters from the pores, and the whole body is frozen and blistered, the cold and bitter state is indescribable, it lasts for 80 million years, one day and one night is like 50 years in the world.
Bronze pillar hell: There is a big bronze pillar six hundred years high, the fire is burning red, there is an iron bed under it, the sinner is on the top of the copper pillar, hugging the hot copper pillar, burning the skin and flesh, and the pain is terrible; There are iron-billed insects that bite in from the eyes, and bite out from the roots of the male and female pubic roots, itching and piercing the heart and bones, and there are 90 billion small insects, biting the human body all over the body, wanting to hide, wanting to move, dead and alive.
There are also the hells of shouting, the hell of pulling out the tongue, the hell of dung and urine, the hell of the copper lock, the hell of the fire elephant, the hell of the fire horse, the hell of the fire tiger, the hell of the fire ox, the hell of the volcano, the hell of the fire bed, the hell of skinning, the hell of sawing teeth, the hell of drinking blood, the hell of burning hands, the hell of burning feet, and so on. After the sins of hell are finished, if there are any remaining sins, they will be reborn as hungry ghosts and beasts to suffer.
Xie Baoshu came to the eighteen hells, looked at those ghosts, and practiced the eighteen kinds of martial arts.
The so-called reincarnation: It is to describe its situation, going back and forth, like the rotation of the wheel, in these six realms of the cycle and repeatedly, all over and over, hence the name of the six realms of reincarnation. All beings in the world are in reincarnation. Only Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and Arhats can jump out of the Three Realms and not enter reincarnation.
Xie Baoshu now wants to jump out of reincarnation, which is extremely difficult.
Of course, the Buddhist view of life is the concept of life that is eternal and immortal, with no beginning and no end. There is life not only after death, but also life before death. The phenomenon of life and death in every life is only a form of karmic retribution.
When this stage of life "dies", it will temporarily enter a transitional state called "bardo", waiting for another "birth". As for the location and form of the next life, it is determined by the karma created in past lives. This is called the "cycle of life and death", or the "six realms of reincarnation".
This is the phenomenon of life of ordinary beings.
The practice of Buddhism is based on "three lifetimes of cause and effect, and six realms of reincarnation".
What is the third world? The third world is the present, the past, and the future. The Buddha told people that the life that is alive now is only a part of life, whether it is a hundred years, ten years, or one year, it is an accidental phenomenon, which is called "segmented birth and death."
In fact, people's lives, what they have done in countless lives in the past, are all changed in rotation, and there will be future lives in the future. This time, he may become a man, a woman, or a businessman, an official, or a begging for food, and this phenomenon has cause and effect, and it is the cause and effect of the present, the past, and the future. The caste brought about by the previous life has become the encounter of one's present life; The karma created now becomes the result of the next life.
The Heavenly Dao, the Asura Dao, and the Humanitarian Dao are the "upper three realms" of the six realms. The fourth is the "animal way", a life that is a little lower than a human being, also called "pongsheng", unlike us standing up and walking with two feet, they have to walk on four feet, like pigs, cows, dogs, horses, etc., so it is called pongsheng, which is one level lower. Next, the fifth is the "Hungry Ghost Road", sometimes there are shapes and images, sometimes they are invisible, and it is not easy to distinguish.
There are many creatures, like whales in the sea, and the larger they are, the more difficult it is to obtain life-sustaining food, which is equivalent to the realm of hungry ghosts. Some ghosts are blessed, and their abilities are also very great, and they are more comfortable than beasts. The sixth is the "Hell Path", which is the realm of hell when born in darkness, such as the deep seabed or those that live under the soil.
Ordinary beings are reincarnated in the six realms, which can be said to be pure suffering and no happiness. What is the essence of the six realms of samsara? Just one word – "suffering." And the sea of suffering is boundless, the suffering is immeasurable, and the suffering is unspeakable. Of course, in this world, or people who are blessed with good fortune, who are healthy and less sick in their lives, have developed spiritual development, have a happy family, and have virtuous and filial children, they can be said to be rich and noble, and they do not feel any suffering in their lives.
Even if you are born in heaven, your life is only pleasure and no suffering. But after all, it is short-lived, not permanent and final.
For whatever exists, there will be death, and there will be destruction, and at the end of his life, he will be reincarnated and reincarnated, and he will never remain rich forever, or be born in heaven forever. In reincarnation, there must be a lifetime when you will fall into the Three Evil Realms, and once you fall into the Three Evil Realms, the kind of suffering is simply indescribable and unimaginable.
However, in the era of the end of the Dharma and the five turbid and evil worlds, among the 84,000 methods of sinister beings like us, apart from the Pure Land recitation of the Dharma, there is not a single method that we can afford to cultivate, no method that we can rely on, and no method that can free us from birth and death.
There is a poem that says: "The human body is rare and has been obtained, and the Dharma is unpleasant and has been heard now; this body does not save this life, let alone this life." "That's true. If liberation from the cycle of life and death has to wait for the next life, then there is very little hope, because once you fall into the three evil realms, the so-called "once you lose your human body, you will never recover", the panic, terror, and pain are indescribable.
People must rely on the salvation of Amitabha Buddha, chant the Buddha to be reborn in the world of bliss, achieve it in a lifetime, and complete the world, and do not hold a concept of coming again in the next life, which is very dangerous. It is not wise to hope for liberation from the cycle of birth and death in an uncertain future life, because the chances are slim and unknowable.

Xie Baoshu has been in the six realms of reincarnation for an unknown number of years, but it has only been a moment outside, which is really amazing. He looked at the golden body and said loudly, "Take me again!"
This time, instead of jumping high, he dragged the knife to the ground and slashed towards the Fa Xiang with a fierce slash!
