XIII. Tao and Rhythm (I)

Meditation is promising, meditation is inaction;

Doing is practice, and doing nothing is cultivation;

Cultivating and cultivating God, cultivating the Tao and cultivating the Yuanshen;

Anxiety seeks completion, depression is safe;

Desire plus hope, emotion training will;

If you meditate for fitness, cultivate your mind and enter meditation;

Realize the ideal country and grasp the sense of string play.

Wonderful! Wonderful! So far, the whole book has built a complete theoretical system of cultivating immortals, which seems to be very aesthetic. The book itself should also be in harmony with the Tao, to embody, to rhythm, which is a sign of enlightenment.

After attaining enlightenment, one's own rhythm enters heaven and earth, so it can be taught without words and self-explanatory. The reason why I have fallen behind is not because the sense of rhythm is better, but because it is too poor, which is the principle of reinforcement of the Heavenly Dao.

The Buddha only needs to smile, and others will have their own understanding, so how can they use to be verbose.

There is more than one path to enlightenment, you can see the sea, the stars, the clouds, the birds, the ball, and the movie...... Everything contains changes, and changes contain the way of heaven.

Because all the secrets are hidden in the rhythm, the rhythm of energy fluctuations.

Fan Ren, Xiu Immortal came here, step by step, and began to approach the truth.

This is the "Tao", and we must hold our breath and concentrate on catching that trace.

Often flashes in an instant, leaving you only 0.1 seconds, no, not time, it is the most subtle change, showing the rhythm of the Tao!

Because of anxiety and depression, mortals can't get in tune with the Tao, and they are bipolar all their lives, and they don't understand this game until they die.

Life is like a curve of a positive spiral wave, with a different starting point and a uniform ending point. There are many falling cliffs along the road, and you need the guidance of the road.

It's good to live well, it's good not to read this book, it's not good to live, the rhythm is disordered, you need to read through the book the most, but it's hard to calm down. It is more likely that those who know will not reach it, and those who will not know it.

A good rhythm can expand the ideal country, and only by expanding the ideal country can there be a sense of completion, completion is to be safer, and more security is to achieve fearlessness, and the sense of rhythm is the best after fearlessness.

The importance of rhythm is manifested, which is not only a sign of enlightenment, but also the key to cultivation.

The rhythm is reflected in the process of completion.

Reading this book is especially important to emphasize the rhythm. In the process of writing the book, I have an idea, and through the arrangement of the content of the paragraphs, the reader can experience the rhythm.

However, due to the limitations of the writing and the paragraphs, I am afraid that the effect will not be good. And the article is piled up to 100,000 words, it is difficult to sort out, if you reach the Dao realm, you may be able to run through the whole article in one go, in fact, this is also something to be expected.

Lao Tzu's Tao Te Ching is really unattainable.

When I hold a pen, it is mostly accompanied by headaches, and my own rhythm is disordered, which will inevitably be transmitted to the text. Is it so easy to write, and it's not a liberal arts. Especially the chapter on meditation, it's not enough to worry about it, it's too messy to write.

The book has been written on and off for so long, not in the writing, but in the rhythm. The whole book is constantly being revised, the first two chapters are the most relaxed and pleasant, and the content is easy to change, but the further back it is, the more difficult it is to write, my wishful thinking is that when I write the last chapter, I can cure my headache and enter the Dao realm, because the next few chapters have requirements for the Tao, and if you can't reach it, you can't write it. And the previous one is not an idle pen, and strives to build a complete cultivation system.

It would be a pity if the reader missed out on monasticism because of literary factors.

If it is a novel or a poem, it is easier to grasp the rhythm, a good novel must have ups and downs in the plot, and a good poem is also done in one go.

Whether the psychological state of reading can resonate with the author is best emotionally in tune.

Trying to use words to share a journey of cultivating immortals with readers is more demanding in all aspects, and it is certainly not as pleasing to the eye as pure literary works.

I have always wondered why online fantasy novels are often hundreds of thousands and millions of words, and the content is mostly absurd and uninhibited, and some of the words are also very crude, but they can be addictive, like spiritual opium, and can even cure depression.

Yes, rhythm is the mystery, the embodiment of the way of heaven.

A good speaker, a good concert is also good at mobilizing emotions, even if there is nothing to say, but the atmosphere of the scene will be intoxicating.

Why do people have their own preferences for the same four famous novels? It depends on the state of the people when they read it. There is a big difference in the inner rhythm of each person.

Everyone has their own rhythmic characteristics, and it is important to grasp their own rhythm.

The best state of "stillness" is to be in the best rhythm, reflecting the unity of nature and man.

The ups and downs of people's state are the constant adjustment of rhythm.

Looking for stillness through rhythm, different rhythms, weight, fast, slow and urgent can not change the "quiet", time is hidden in the change, can grasp the change, you can grasp the time, can grasp the time, you can get the "quiet", keep in the state of "quiet", in order to live in the present in the change.

Whether a person can sit quietly depends on whether the rhythm of the time is appropriate.

The rhythm here is not only the rhythm of the body, but also the inner emotions of the soul. The rhythm of the body is easy to adjust, the appearance is calm, unhurried, and does things neither ahead nor procrastinating, and most people can practice well, but this is not the concept of rhythm discussed in this chapter. The movement of the body is only the appearance of the soul, and if the body does not move, maybe the soul may fly somewhere.

Emotions or emotions are the rhythmic outward manifestation of the soul.

Breathing is the desire to move, the heartbeat is the emotion, the heart and lungs are connected, and the bumps are separated.

It is as good as a rock, as quiet as a rock, as immobile as the earth, and asks the sky with a bullfight.

Walking is a galloping horse, flying birds in his hands, strength can lift the tripod, and he is a man, hehe, this is Li Yuanba, not Fan Ren, this is to fly.

Before I knew it, my body was gone, and I seemed to be incarnated as all things, with heaven and earth.

Mind the universe and travel in all directions.

Well, if you write it down again, you will blow up the planet with one punch, this is not a fantasy novel. It's not easy to see this, and it's a lot of difficulty for me to write here, and if I can't attain the Tao, I'll be disappointed with this effort.

We are a complete materialist atheist, so we don't engage in vain things. But my materialism is idealistic, so I have to cultivate immortals.

The theory of cultivating immortals is to be implemented in reality, in the study, work and life of mortals. This is the most characteristic place.

I'm not going to talk about the mystical way, I want to practice it!

The so-called understanding of [Xiuxian Navigation], ten years of struggle in the juvenile province, ten years of reading in middle age, and ten years of life extension in old age. Am I exaggerating? That's an exaggeration.

Because I don't understand it myself, I don't understand it enough, the primordial god is the controller of the rhythm, which is the foundation of the unity of heaven and man.

So I've written so many great truths, who knows if it's true or not?

What a headache! I haven't found the ideal rhythm yet.

First realize the "selflessness", then return to the "self", realize the "constant and constant non-existence", and can be selfless, until I see a sand and a world, which is my heavenly rhythm, and goes straight to the Elysium.
