What does the sage's rule of the world have to do with our cultivation, Lao Tzu has an ideal country in his heart, which is a harmonious society that is in harmony with the Tao. Small countries and widows, old and dead do not get along, but it is too far away from the real world, and we are going to engage in the Belt and Road Initiative.

In today's society, we talk about science, and we oppose all strange forces and gods, and if there is no case of the special function of the human body so far, it is confirmed, and naturally we will not be able to cultivate into immortals.

But where is Lao Tzu's realm, cultivation, life and Tao are integrated, and there is Tao among them.

I try to summarize it from the Tao Te Ching, the following set of immortal cultivation exercises:

The only noble mother, pampered and humiliated;

I have great trouble, and I have a body;

Carry the camp to hug one, empty its heart, solid its abdomen, induce qi to be soft, and can be a baby.

Stuff its exchange, close its door, frustrate its sharpness, resolve its disputes, and its light, with its dust, as if it exists

To the extreme, keep quiet. All things work together, and I look at it.

The Tao Te Ching is admired by the world, mainly because of its philosophical part. For example, "the misfortune and blessing are in wait", "the people are not afraid of death, why should they be afraid of death", "what they want must be given first", "overcome rigidity with softness", "a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step", "wood show will be destroyed by the forest wind", "do nothing" and so on. I'm only taking the dross now, I'm afraid I'll be laughed at by the wise, haha!

But I really only am interested in the Tao, and the Tao is not not not doing the right thing, don't misunderstand Lao Tzu's inaction and indisputability. Now, roll up your sleeves and work hard, but it is also a long-term national policy to keep quiet and make a difference. "The diagram is more difficult than easy, and it is greater than its fineness. The difficult things in the world must be done in the easy, and the big things in the world must be done in the details. It is because the saint will not be great in the end, so he can become great." Lao Tzu is fighting for a lot.

Selflessness is the realm of being a man, and inaction is the attitude of doing things. If you are satisfied with a literal understanding, Wuwei is easy to understand. If you want to go deep into its essence, you can only experience it from promising. Only by feeling from the heart can we improve our own realm.

There are countless commentaries on the Tao Te Ching, and Taoism is biased towards deification, leading Laozi's theoretical sentences to the ethereal, and extending to alchemy, collecting medicine, and cultivating immortals. Other interpretations are philosophical, governing the country, and dealing with the world. They all take what they need, and pick up the vegetables in the basket.

The Tao Te Ching should be a guide book for developing one's own potential and understanding the hearts of the world. Let's clean up the harvest again:

Exclusive Eater: Reduces people's satisfaction, and it is enough to have food! My mother gave birth to me between heaven and earth, and faced with endless temptations, first based on the fundamentals, and then not shaken by external objects. "The wood of the hug is born in the end of the millennium; The nine-story platform starts from the soil; Great oaks from little acorns grow.. Those who do it will lose, and those who insist will lose". If you can be satisfied from the most basic points, where is life unsatisfactory?

Spoiled and humiliated: It is not easy than the above, people face honor or humiliation, their hearts are uncontrollable, they do not like things and do not feel sorry for themselves, and they must have an extremely deep understanding of the world and human feelings.

I have great trouble, and I have a body; : It is more difficult than the above, and the above can be improved through the cultivation and training of the mind. And the pain is real, especially the pain in the heart.

Carry the camp to hug one: body, spirit, and knowledge, it is not enough to wear a pair of pants.

Empty its heart, real its belly: people have no pressure and fluttering, "heavy for light roots, quiet for restless kings." If it is light, it will lose its roots, and if it is rash, it will lose its king'.

Breath induction and softness, can baby: pranayama.

Plug it and close its door: close your eyes and close your lips.

Frustrate its sharpness, solve its disputes: peace and thoughtlessness.

And its light, and its dust: assimilation of the environment.

Lingering: If there is nothing.

To the Void, Silence: Depth into stillness.

All things work together, and I look at it and regain it: Attain the Tao.

After the Tao Te Ching has been explored, the harvest is not shallow. Those who didn't learn the language well fainted, so I didn't take them with me.

The next bumpy road is the fruit of the enlightenment with a complete cure of the headache. Plan to the last chapter, you can get the fruit of the Tao.

The epiphany that others say, even if you understand it, cannot become your own epiphany, because there is no such experience. Besides, the Tao is very Tao.

So in another way, first deduce the theory, and then verify it in practice, which seems to be very scientific.

To understand my books, the youth province has struggled for ten years, the middle-aged is better than reading for ten years, and the old age has a longevity for ten years. Am I exaggerating? It's an exaggeration.

Of course, I haven't written it yet. If it's not written, it's because I didn't enter the country. If I can't enter the Dao realm, I won't be able to write this book.

I said that there is no self, in fact, I don't understand, if I really understand, my brain will bang like a dam bursting, unfortunately, I don't have such a reaction, the imprisonment is still on the head.

The self-righteous "I" of mortals is made up of consciousness. 99% of the ingredients are public consciousness and come from external feedback. Maybe the proportion will be even higher, because the information explosion is instilling ideas every minute. What sets the "me" apart from all living beings is the remaining 1%, which is also the most unstable factor, the place of loneliness, the desire to be recognized.

Many people seem to be well-informed, well-read, and quote scriptures at every turn, such and such a philosopher said, and a certain celebrity said, but they don't know that their souls have been taken away by other masters, can they not be confused?

The modern unscrupulous media, pushing whatever they like, are pushed farther and farther on the way to lose, and even lose their positions to others. The so-called self-grasping is nothing more than a brainwashing viewpoint.

The masses have stepped out of illiteracy, but they have become gangsters, lies repeated a thousand times will come true, superstitious authority, vigorously chasing the trend, consciously and voluntarily becoming puppets in the hands of others.

Why do I feel this way, because people evolve into immortals, the true self is a necessary part, not blindly obedient, not superstitious, just like the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, a hundred flowers bloom, each good at winning, rather than self-limiting, people are the same.

Stick to your own position, in order to be able to blow the eight winds and independent Mount Tai.

It doesn't really matter what the truth is, what matters is what you choose to believe.

The truth you know is always what others want you to see. What you don't want to know, you'll never see. You might think that it would be different on the other side of the wall, hehe, this truth applies at any time, anywhere. If you don't want your wife to know, will you tell her?

A brainwashing artifact like a mobile phone, facing it all day long, it is strange that IQ and EQ do not degenerate. Get vaccinated first, because the following chapters will be too subversive, and you need to let go of the concepts and preconceived conclusions in your head.

Most of the theories in this book are original, and the nouns in the text are likely not to have the original meanings, and the opinions are not forced to be consistent, just to inspire thinking.

The opening is clear: mortal cultivation is for the cultivation of immortals. For thousands of years, the sages are buried in the classics, poor scriptures, or explore the secrets, seek teachers to visit the Tao, I only wish to practice the Tao in the red dust, find a unique way, I want to seal the sky, fight through the cangxiong, the road alone, smile proud of the rivers and lakes, ho ho ho ho!
