6. The person who has attained the Tao has a smile and eyes in every move, which is in line with the way of heaven and has a unique rhythm. There is no need to talk about the state of enlightenment, it has its own charm aura, and the people around you can know it at first sight.

7. The Broken Void will not break through time and space to another interface, but always live in the present, think into a fixed mind, and explore the mystery of time and space.

8. Attaining the Tao will not be feathered and ascended, but it can understand life and death and predict the limit.

9. Immortality is the unity of the soul and the Tao, regarding death as life, and parasiting heaven and earth for immortality.

Mortals who attain the Tao are immortals. It's not surprising to become an immortal, and you must have experienced the feeling of being a fairy.

In our daily lives, we often evaluate ourselves: we are in good shape today, or we are not in good shape today, and so on. People who are naturally sensitive will have large ups and downs in their usual state, and generally think that people's state is determined by their emotions of joy, anger and sorrow.

The quality of the body and emotions changes randomly and is the external manifestation of the soul, and what we want to discuss here is the inner state of the soul.

In the previous chapter, emotional intelligence is emotional intelligence in a broad sense, which not only refers to interpersonal relationships, but also includes the control of one's own emotions. Well, now comes to the most important point of the book: stillness.

But if you think about it, if emotion is really so important, how can it be a new word? Isn't the so-called emotional power the will, or the mind? Yes, emotional power is willpower, which is the key to enlightenment.

The ultimate mystery of the world is involved, that is, what is the nature of the world? How does the world appear in consciousness, and what is consciousness?

Ordinary situation: no disaster and no disease, joy, anger and sorrow, emotional stability, self-control, not in a hurry, moderate diet, modest, not humble or overbearing, stable work, satisfactory family, worry-free life.

Penetrating realm: no leakage of the body, ears and eyes are smart, thinking is like lightning, moving is rhyme, quiet like a virgin, moving like a rabbit, human feelings are practiced, and the world is insightful. If the weight is light, hold the profit and Baotai, and the spirit is full.

Fearless realm: the void is extremely quiet, the primordial infant has feelings, there is no joy and no fear, and the void is broken.

Each realm is divided into three levels: beginner, intermediate, and high-level. It is subdivided into 15 realms. It embodies the 15 levels of "stillness" of the soul.

Trance, depression, and ordinary are mortal realms, and they are the nine realms of mortals. Insight and fearlessness are the realm of the Dao, and they are the six realms of cultivation.

Serious patients are in a trance, patients are in a depressed state, and ordinary people are generally in a normal state. Cultivating the path to ascend to the state, first entering the realm of penetration, and finally reaching the realm of fearlessness.

8. Ordinary realm: calm mind, self-controlled, neither humble nor arrogant, calm in life.

9. Ordinary background: Speak and act sensitively, energetic, methodical, and easy.

10. Penetrate the initial realm: physical fitness, quick thinking, tireless, and difficult to go forward.

11. Penetrate the middle realm: Quiet as a virgin, moving like a rabbit, the stars holding the moon, and Mingda ethics.

12. Penetrate the back realm: Happiness in poverty, smart ears and eyes, thinking like lightning, and moving rhyme.

13. Fearless Initial Realm: No leakage body, carefree, enlightened heaven and earth, unity of heaven and man.

14. Fearless Middle Realm: Profound Enlightenment, selflessness, seeing through the truth, no joy and no fear.

15. Fearless Aftermath: Void and quiet, return to the baby, shatter the void, and explore life and death.
