Meditation and Sleep (Part II)
The peculiarity of meditation is not immobility, but participation in the time.
Do you smoke a cigarette for about 2 minutes? Can you smoke 1 cigarette in 10 minutes? No! Burning smoke is like time that doesn't wait for you. You read a poem, such as Li Bai's silent night thoughts, about 20 seconds is enough, you try, read it in 2 minutes, pay attention, these 2 minutes have no distractions, just read the poem, and do nothing else. How to use 10 minutes? Half-hour? What about 1 hour? There's still something to do.
And meditating, it only takes 2 seconds to sit down and get up, but in fact, you have to sit for at least half an hour before you have a chance to meditate, can you restrain the anxiety of completion? In your mind, the cause of fate is extinguished, and you must find something like reading poetry to keep the center.
Whenever the six gods have no owner and are inexplicably irritable, there must be a security problem and the situation is out of control, what should I do at this time? Gather your thoughts, return to yourself, watch the land of the lying cow, look at the white nose, and then keep the ancestral know-how, so as to form a micro-controlled security field in front of you, which can quickly appease the Yuan Shen and no longer fidget. The Genshin is restless and can shrink the security field.
Time, there is no such thing! The reason why there is a concept of time is to express all the changes in space. We are actually time travelers in three-dimensional space, and the world is a superposition of infinite changes in parallel worlds, and all the past worlds do not disappear, but cannot be retraced. Life is like a thick stack of manuscript paper, if each piece of paper is a diary, this piece of paper is made up of every second of the world superimposed, and every second is subtly superimposed...... Can time travel through time? Unless the world can be shattered.
Understanding that time is just a sensation and that consciousness and body exist only in the present moment and fluctuate at the particle level is essential to the perception of time in meditation.
Because if we want to be in meditation, we are in concentration. Decide!
It's like being in the fixation method, time? does not exist.
At present, it is the selflessness of all the changes.
Matter is empty, is space real? And Wukong!
But all the methods you know, please let the original spirit comprehend, and forget them when you enter meditation, and only when you completely forget them will you not have distracting thoughts.
In meditation, he became a world of his own, and temporarily threw away his troubles and pains from the clawed country.
Meditation is just a state because there is no better word to express it. Stillness is not immobility, there is stillness in movement, and there is also meditation in strenuous exercise. Children are also meditating, and adults meditate to regain this state, because it has been lost for a long time, so long that it has been forgotten.
The secret of meditation is in four words: seek stillness in silence. If you read this chapter, even if you memorize these 4 words, it is worth the money. Movement and stillness are relative, and if you want to enter the deeper level of stillness, you can only seek stillness in stillness.
It is not appropriate to seek silence in silence, but I can't find any other expression, and when people want to be still, they can't enter it. Meditation is hard to come by, and you can only do it if you put your heart and soul into one thing. Deliberately always left behind. Here the former silence is the meditation of meditation, and the latter silence is the silence of children's joy.
If there is a limit to movement, for example, if you run 100 meters in 12 seconds, you can reach the limit of your own movement by running hard.
The limit of each person's tranquility corresponds to the 15 small realms reached.
There is a limit to running 100 meters, 8.9 seconds; There is also a limit to meditation, which is called Void Pole Meditation, which is not easy to reach.
Of course, meditation is indispensable for cultivation, and Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism all advocate meditation, but in fact, by chance? But meditation is a very personal experience, so you can't force it, let alone equate it with meditation. I don't have an opinion on internal qi and meridians. If you focus on your body for a long time, you can perceive the fever, or if you are more focused, you can perceive the meridians, and even knot the golden pill and raise the baby, it is not known. But I only believe in science and explore theology. If it is not confirmed for a day, then it can only be doubted.
I prefer to think of meditation as sitting on a pile, because my neck and waist are always strained. Sitting cross-legged is indeed the most stable posture, and it is full of rituals. If you don't have good physical strength, it's actually easier to relax lying down than sitting cross-legged, but too much relaxation is not conducive to understanding, and it's easy to sleep. The neck and waist are the source of the body's strength, so it is more meaningful to exercise. The so-called internal training of one breath, is it really qi training? In fact, it is not enough to practice the five internal organs, and it is not enough to have strong muscles and bones, it is easy to strengthen the outside and dry the middle. Therefore, the internal force in martial arts is actually practiced in the internal organs. The so-called meridians should be the major systems in the body. The so-called acupuncture points are also the intersection of the system, which is the current scientific understanding, just think that the human epidermis up and down, the distribution of acupuncture points and meridians, how can there be such a powerful function, I am afraid it is not the correct solution, and it is not conducive to development.
To be honest, I don't know.
I once entered a building under construction, and the underground part has just been built, which is a very solid civil air defense project, and the anti-nuclear standard. As soon as the thick cement door closed, there was absolutely darkness, no light, absolute silence, no sound. That was the first time I experienced this level of silence, this level of darkness, and I have never experienced it again, and I still remember it very well. Now there are a lot of dark room escape games outside, full of tricks, in fact, far less shocking than in the small dark room at that time.
Why do we meditate (and meditation here is not in the narrow sense)?
The purpose of meditation is to experience levels that you have never experienced before. If you have never meditated, your soul will never be able to touch a certain level.
Hongchen I, if you haven't played, you have to play, if you haven't eaten, you have to eat, if you haven't seen it, if you don't experience the real fun, don't you feel panicked?
Otherwise, if you see that the monk does not get married and goes to Zen, how can he be so addicted?
There are so many followers of all religions in the world, and some cults are obviously absurd, but the believers always believe in them and do not hesitate to defend them to the death.
Do you think the believer is stupid? The believers think that you are unbelievers pigs.
In a word, a religion that calms people is a good religion, regardless of doctrine.
So you see, even if you don't agree with the whole article, it's okay, because that's my way. What you need to do is find the path that will enable you to be still.
There is real joy in this, and I have forgotten to argue.
Fan Ren, by meditating your soul and body will have extraordinary sensations.
Of course, if you want to say that it is a psychotic feeling, I am speechless.
It is true that some people have become mentally ill.
But please, cultivation is not practicing qigong, how many exercises do you see in my article?
If you don't meditate, you can practice like Wang Yangming, and you can have calm in every major event.
In ancient times, the so-called practice of qi, today's qigong has been discredited by special functions, and there are masters, and it can be compared with pyramid schemes.
Once in meditation, the spirit is like a dirty cloth washed with clean water, and the body is like an old car that has run tens of thousands of kilometers to do a comprehensive maintenance.
Then you ask if there is no exercise, what should I practice according to, but to be quiet and to the Tao. Why is it quiet?
Dangdangdang! Here comes the exercise: Tao Te Ching.
Yes, whether you can sit down or not is not up to the exercises, but to your philosophy, world view, work life, and so on. Lao Tzu must have been quiet to a certain extent in order to understand the essence of heaven and earth.
The exercises are also auxiliary.
There are still few exercises in the world, if you want to find exercises, you can find a bookshelf of exercises in the library, who can attain the Tao with one exercise?
Because the exercises will help you gain and lose. As soon as you sit down, you want to open the eyes of the sky, or open up the second pulse of Ren Du, or you want to practice the internal qi of the dantian, or you want to cure stomach problems and headaches with some kind of purpose. Wait a minute. Can it still be quiet?
So listen to me, the road is simple! It's not about talking.
Finally, I summarize the meditation exercises in the narrow sense that I have excerpted from the Tao Te Ching.
The only noble mother, pampered and humiliated;
I have great trouble, and I have a body;
Carry the camp to hug one, empty its heart, solid its abdomen, induce qi to be soft, and can be a baby.
Stuff its exchange, close its door, frustrate its sharpness, resolve its disputes, and its light, with its dust, as if it exists
To the extreme, keep quiet. All things work together, and I look at it.
