The intention is to take it back to the dantian from the moving place, stop slightly, and then inhale with the intention of guiding the essence, from the lower dantian directly to the tail lu, along the Du vein to rise to Baihui for a while, exhale from Baihui to the lower dantian, and so on and over again, countless times, until the yang shrinks. Fluid is produced in the mouth, and the pharynx is sent to the air pocket.
The second is to practice the intersection of the heart and kidney, every time you meditate, you will see the divine light in the air pockets, listen to the air pockets, keep the intention in the air pockets, adjust the nose and breath to reach the air pockets, so that the external essence and the divine light intersect, dense and dense, stored in the dantian, the heart does not have a single distracting thoughts, and enters a state of chaos. Suddenly, the aura appeared in the dantian.
The aura is lively and lively in the dantian, like a melodious turn, and the beauty is in it, smooth in the limbs, like intoxicated. When the aura is moving, the intention is drawn back, the aura rises in the brain, stops for a moment, and the mouth turns into a liquid, swallows it back with the intention, and descends into the lower dantian.
From then on, I felt that my snort seemed to be there, and I only felt that the vitality rose and fell, and the cycle went up and down. This is the scene of the intersection of heart and kidney, that is, the so-called "to get the god of grain to be immortal, you must establish a foundation from the Xuanqi".

Every time I practice, I focus on the fetal breath, and set the divine light on the fetal breath without forgetting or helping, and I don't move, I naturally feel the external and internal responses, and I feel that the vitality is circulating inside and outside the body. In this realm, when swallowing the liquid in the mouth, you must first mention the qi of the **, rise to the brain along the back, and be anxious to attract the light into the brain.
If you practice, the aura is a flash, vast and rigid, filling the whole body, only feeling pure and tranquil, the body is in the air, the qi is in the body, the light of the primordial spirit, hanging above the ancestral aperture, flashing, shining all over the body. In this way, the intersection of internal and external qi to a high degree was called "Qiankun**" by the ancients.
Fourth, the fetal breath to improve the practice method, after sitting, the divine light is illuminated under the dantian, so that the spirit enters the qi, and the qi envelops the spirit. This is the qi of the palace, enveloping the original god, feeling muddy every day, like conceiving a baby in the mother's womb. In this realm, sometimes the ancestral knots beat up, and after a while, the whole body beats, like fried beans, and the explosion is endless.
