Chapter 12: Human Nature

Recently, there have been a lot of comics popular in the circle of friends, and the titles of the comics are all "Dirty Human Nature Pictures", all of which illustrate the evil of human nature through small stories. What is human nature? It seems to be a very familiar word, but I don't really think about it. Isn't life like this, where we know a lot of things, but we pretend to know them thoroughly, and we don't have time to stop and think quietly about these commonplace things and words.

checked the encyclopedia entry, human nature: "In a narrow sense, it refers to the essential psychological attributes of human beings, that is, the part of the attributes that distinguish human beings from other animals; In a broad sense, it refers to the general psychological attributes of human beings, including the part of psychological attributes that humans and other animals share. "Well, it's very insightful, I don't understand it very well. It is no wonder that people often say that learning is to describe a simple thing with some proper nouns, so that people are confused, so they feel that the person who speaks of learning is unfathomable. My understanding of the entry is that human nature is divided into two parts, one is the unique attributes that humans have, and the other is some attributes similar to animals, which together make up human nature.

This definition seems to be somewhat useful, but it doesn't seem to say anything, and I'm not satisfied! Therefore, I decided to go through a little more rhetoric and briefly talk about my understanding of human nature, because I am also very ignorant and dare to say that it is superficial. Human nature may be easier to understand when viewed separately.

First of all, man, man is a very arrogant animal, very immodest, and loves vanity. To put it simply, people always puff up their chests and say that man is the chief of all things, and he is superior to other animals. I was immersed in this position for a long time, but then I suddenly realized that it was boring, just like a person who went to a running race and said that he had won the championship, and when we carefully discerned the gold content of the championship, we learned that he was the only one in the race. Humans are always looking for all kinds of evidence to prove that they are superior to other species, either because of their own lack of self-confidence, and partly because of their own boredom and personality cult. The principle is the same as running, the standard set by human beings, living compulsorily compares animals with themselves, attacks people's shortcomings with their own strengths, and then after victory, they are extremely happy, showing off to all species, hoping that they will surrender to themselves...... It's a pity that the cattle and sheep continue to graze, the tigers bask lazily in the sun, and the mosquitoes go to lay eggs after sucking human blood...... Only our champions are celebrating meaningless victories in revelry.

Second, let's talk about humanity. Divide human nature into human heart and life (heart + life = sex). The so-called human nature in the entry probably refers only to the "human heart" part, and it is recognized that human beings have an innate nature, and the fundamental, like fatalism, makes people despair, and this fundamental determines the nature of this person: good or evil. There is also a great deal of controversy about human nature, and I may talk about it later. The human heart is very complicated, if we put aside the arrogance and vanity of human beings themselves, the human heart is a kind of mind that violates animal nature, on the one hand, admits that it is the same as birds and beasts, and on the other hand, it disdains to follow the crowd and behave no different from beasts. Therefore, he cultivates his mind, refrains from selfishness, overcomes cruelty to others and animals, and at the same time protects himself from being devoured by other "wild beasts". Life is not so complicated, but it is just to live a life that represses the animality.

Finally, let's talk about human nature. There is both yin and yang in everything, and the so-called human nature still needs to consider animal nature. Our culture, civilization emphasizes people, people's hearts, and life, all of which are expected to leave some traces of human beings in human history, in which there is no arrogance, no arrogance, every stroke is the achievements made by human beings for civilization, which implies self-discipline and restraint, however, looking at history, it is inevitable that there are plundering and killing, arrogance, and inevitability......

Human nature is not terrible, from the perspective of human beings, it makes people hope and awe. What is terrible is the beastly nature that lurks in the human heart.
