"Alex Ferguson is looking for a future for Manchester United, he is already ahead of all the teams" – writes the Times: Just as he did more than two decades ago, Ferguson is developing a new generation of 92. In the era of Golden Yuan football, he still wants to use the past youth training methods to provide enough competitiveness for Manchester United. As in the nineties, there was King Cantona in the team at that time, and now there is King Dong, and I hope he will succeed again. It's just that he's 74 years old this year and he could pass it on to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

The "Daily Mail" ridiculed: Ferguson is too whimsical, and now he wants to re-emerge by relying on youth training, which is tantamount to this person talking in a dream, it is impossible. There is no time to wait for the rise of young players, the only way to do this is to spend money on players. Grades are the most important criterion...... Marcus Rashford? Lingard, Januzaj? These are just delusions, there are not so many geniuses in this world.

The Manchester Evening News supported Ferguson: "We didn't believe it at first, but now with Dong by his side, anything is possible, Dong is the best role model in the world, he can lead Manchester United's young players."

But does the media talk matter?

Dong Fangzhuo also read a lot of media reports and did not agree with their statement. How important is a team's youth training? How can a club without youth training stand for a long time, it is not enough to buy it by throwing money at it, don't look at the super giants such as Barcelona and Real Madrid who spend a lot of money to buy players every year, but don't they have youth training? On the contrary, their youth training is the best they do.

In fact, the simplest example is China. Without youth training, how do you provide talent for the national team? Dong Fangzhuo is really the talent fault line of the national team, the strongest group of players is the 85 generation, but this generation is 30 years old this year......

If you die, you will play another World Cup, and then Zhang Linpeng and their middle generation, and then Wu Sanshi and them.

As for Wei Shihao's generation? It's starting to make people anxious again. It seems that the skills and conduct are a little worse. Chinese football can't be ruined again, it must be sustainable......

Fortunately, the domestic football environment has changed a lot in recent years, unlike in the past few years......

The same is true for Manchester United, who have not been very successful in the academy in previous years, and have only recently produced Marcus Rashford. Dong Fangzhuo felt that he had an obligation to take them with him.

So although there was no Ferguson to instruct him, he still took the initiative to point out Rashford and them.

He's all-round, except for defense, he is top in terms of organising attacks, breakthroughs and shooting, so whether it's Rashford, Lingard, or Januzaj, they all benefit a lot, and often after training, these guys will stay and continue to train with Dong Fangzhuo.

It's become a sight to behold on the training ground.

But today, Dong Fangzhuo did not teach these, but talked about spirituality.

"We all learn technology, but some things don't."

"Marcus, do you know what the Manchester United spirit is?" Dong Fangzhuo suddenly asked Rashford.

Rashford rolled up his jersey, stepped on the ball, and grabbed the black head with his right hand, this question of the idol is really a little difficult to answer.

He knew in his mind what the United spirit was, but he couldn't describe it.

After thinking for a few seconds, he patted his head and seemed to find the answer: "Be like you and Ryan Giggs, play football with all your might, and never give up!" ”

"Jesse, what do you think?"

Lingard is much older, after all, having grown up watching Manchester United play, from birth to adulthood, and witnessed the birth of the Manchester United dynasty.

So his concept is very profound.

"What is the spirit of Manchester United? In my mind, Manchester United represents a kind of demonic nature. A demonic nature that drives oneself crazy and makes one's opponent timid. ”

"The attacking bloodline is rooted in the blood, from the first time I watched Manchester United play in '97, until now, I will always fight in my memory, you can fail, but you will never give up! I think that's the Manchester United spirit! ”

"When I close my eyes, I can still see the seniors at Manchester United playing. Unity, tenacity, blood, do not give up, perseverance, passion, never admit defeat! That's the Manchester United spirit! ”

Januzaj also opened his mouth to express his opinion: "I once saw a passage that I particularly liked, and it is also the most interpretive of the spirit of Manchester United: life rarely seems perfect like Barcelona, nor can it always get what it wants like Real Madrid, let alone Arsenal is always looking forward to the future, nor will it be supported by rich people like Manchester City and Chelsea...... Only a fight like Manchester United that never gives up! ”

Januzai's words are also very poetic!

It's better to say one than the other.

"Very well, well said." Dong Fangzhuo applauded and nodded with satisfaction. "Marcus, listen, you can't just play football, you have to study hard, Adnan is so good, haha."

'Yes, that's the spirit of Manchester United.'

"Indomitable, passionate, and never admit defeat."

'You can lead Manchester United at half-time, or one goal, or two goals, or three goals.

"You might see a very bad team, in the first half."

"You might think that Arsenal and a lot of teams, after a very good record, will wither."

'You might think that exhaustion and mental fatigue, injuries and even personnel issues are going to slow down Manchester United.

"However, the second half ......"

'Manchester United will come back, no matter how many goals they are behind.'

"Manchester United will change as a team, whether it's because of Wayne Rooney, Cristiano Ronaldo, me. In short, Manchester United will be terrifying in an instant! ”

"Manchester United will show fatigue, but don't think it's going to be a big deal! It only takes one chance for you to marvel at the greatness of Manchester United! ”

"Manchester United are not afraid of any difficulty, whether it is passionate or dashing! Manchester United will show his magic! The spirit of Manchester United does not depend on which player leaves or joins, nor does any player represent the whole of the United spirit. Rooney can't, neither can Ronaldo. I can't either. ”

"That's the spirit of Manchester United."

'We're not just here as a Manchester United player, we're carrying on the Manchester United spirit. Dong Fangzhuo regained his serious expression.

'I watched a lot of news in the morning that our Academy at Manchester United wasn't enough to support our future, and they thought that more than 20 years ago.

"Maybe people all over the world think so."

"But what I want to tell you is that others can underestimate us, but we must not underestimate ourselves. The future of Manchester United is in your hands, and what other young people can do, you can do too! ”
