βitβs very cool~β
Unexpectedly, a staff member recorded Dong Fangzhuo's speech and put it on the Internet. The video also quickly garnered a frenzied following.
Manchester United fans have liked the video.
"That's right,"
"That's the spirit of Manchester United."
"Dong Shen won the true legend of Manchester United."
"I hope this group of children can also pass on these things."
ββ¦β¦β
It's not just Manchester United fans who are discussing, but fans of other clubs too.
Many Liverpool fans are confused.
"So, what's the Liverpool spirit?" They couldn't help but ask.
The Liverpool fan immediately replied:
"The spirit of Liverpool is you will never walk alone, the strength of the team is strongYou will never walk alone! No matter where you go, loyal KOPs will follow Liverpool, no matter whether the score is ahead or behind, we will sing the Liverpool team song "You will never walk alone", just like the passionate interpretation of Istanbul Magical Night, it is the most vivid expression of this spirit."
"Uh-huh, we also have our own spirits! It's not just Manchester United. β
Perhaps Liverpool can be proud of this as well.
Arsenal fans and Chelsea fans were depressed.
"Like, we don't have anything?"
"Ahhhh
"Who says we don't have spirit? There's a spirit called Chelsea, hard work, perseverance, never give up is his label, I love blue, and I love the iron spirit of blue Chelsea. The Chelsea spirit is the perfect example of how hard work is rewarded. β
"Arsenal have it too, Arsenal's spirit is ......"
"Fighting for the four?"
"Get out!"
"Fighting for insulation?"
"Get out, get out, get out!"
Arsenal fans are really discouraged, thinking of Wenger and Arsenal's current situation, they have no confidence, does Arsenal still have spirit? It's like clocking in to work, there's never a hope.
Because of Dong Fangzhuo's speech, everyone is talking about the team spirit this week, this is the case in England, this is the case in the whole of Europe, and the fans of those European giants have stood up to find their spirit.
Real Madrid: Juanito spirit, we are real fighters!
Juventus: A team that never gives up and never gives up β Juventus! Every Juventus player who has paid for it has inherited Juve's DNA with unique attributes, and has given everything for the fans and the club ......! We are stronger than anyone else's beliefs!
Barcelona: Attack! Offensive! Offensive! Cruyff taught us that offense is in our blood.
Milan: Champion! Champion! Champion! Milan......
Spain's "World Sports Newspaper" sighed: Heritage, giants need heritage. Not all teams have their own spirit.
Bild: A club needs spirit, and a national team needs it even more.
Just when the spirit of the team was being discussed in Europe, Dong Fangzhuo signed up for a coach training event held in Manchester County through the club's arrangement.
That's right.
He signed up for a training class in Level 1.
In the UK, you can easily get a Level 1 certificate (equivalent to a domestic D-level coaching certificate) by paying only Β£155 plus 3 weekends (two weekends of study and one weekend exam).
There are 5 levels of European football coaches, with the lowest being Level 1, then Level 2 (basically coaching a team below League One, or a club's team), followed by UEFA B (the watershed between amateur and professional football, which is a must if you want to coach a professional team). This is followed by UEFA A, and the highest level is UEFA Pro. In theory, it is necessary to have a certificate of the previous level if you want to study the corresponding course, and the threshold will be higher and higher.
Level 1 courses are very basic and are mainly designed to develop interests. In England, for example, the entry requirements include: must be at least 16 years old; English proficiency; Must attend all training courses, 3 weekends, the first two weeks of study, and the 3rd week of exams. The training will be arranged at a local sports centre or school, with costs ranging from Β£155 to Β£170 (fees vary from region to region) and a pass rate of around 98%.
Each county (administrative unit) in the UK will have its own FA, and Level 1 training courses are organized by the FA in each region. Dong Fangzhuo is blessed with a unique position, and he started classes directly at Manchester United.
Level 1 is just a form for him, and his goal is certainly not this.
As for Level 2, that's not a difficult thing to do. Level 2 begins to focus on practical soccer skills, requiring a 35-minute training session to be designed for a specific technique (long balls, short passes, receiving, dribbling, shooting, etc.) or tactics (switching sides, wing playmaking, etc.).
In addition to Level 1, which is a direct assessment of the certificate, all levels from Level 2 onwards require you to have coaching experience in a certain team, and you also need to record your training arrangements during the certification period.
Compared to Level 1, Level 2 has a high assessment standard, not only to design a reasonable training arrangement, but also to point out and correct the players' mistakes in an appropriate way during the training process. This is because the mentor will be very interested in whether you can observe the technical or tactical mistakes that the players make in training.
Regardless of who you are or what your background is, you must have coaching experience in a PFA club from the L2 level. You must have an L2 certificate to obtain a UEFA B certificate.
As for the UEFA A and UEFA Pro coaching certificates, they must be quite quite difficult to get. You must know that last year, the famous Zidane was also banned for skipping coaching. On 28 October 2014, Zidane was banned by the Spanish Competition Commission for three months for not having a good coaching certificate, Zidane had a UEFA A certificate, but he needed a Pro certificate to coach Real Madrid's B team at the time......
Therefore, after Dong Fangzhuo went to study Level 1, the second step he had to do was to become a member of the Manchester United coaching bench.
However, he is only 30 years old, is this too early? It's at least four or five years away from retirement.
But under the influence of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Ryan Giggs, he also came up with the idea of becoming a coach. Especially when he's on the training pitch with young kids like Marcus Rashford, he wants to do something even more.
Perhaps, in the future, he will return to China to engage in youth training?
Perhaps, coaching in Europe?
He didn't know.
At least he knew that he didn't want to leave football......
He knocked on the door of Ferguson's office.
"Boss, I want to discuss something with you."
"Oh, I know what you're here for."
"You know? I haven't said it yet. β
"Do you think there is anyone at Manchester United who can get past me? I've got you covered, and you're in a good idea. The doors of the club are open to you at any time. Of course, at the moment your job is to play football, not to think about being a coach. β
"I know, but I don't just want to go through the form, I really want to do it well."
"Then try to start thinking from the coach's point of view......"
