Foreword Don't let getting angry become a habit
There are so many reasons why a person can be angry, and we should try to be less angry. Whether people are angry or not, it is up to them to decide whether they are angry or not, which explains why some people are furious about the same thing, while others are complacent, indifferent and do not care at all.
Anger is not something one is born with, it is learned. That's because you get angry by chance, and you will get what you want, so you develop this habit.
A person cries as a baby, and if it is not noticed by others, the cry will be louder. If that doesn't work, they get into a rage – kicking something, crying, or even hitting anything with their heads. This trick is often very effective, and someone else will help you with your requirements. Since you lose your temper in order to achieve your goal, you can indeed attract the attention of others, and others have also met your requirements, you will naturally feel more pleasant, so you will slowly develop this habit and become inertia.
Many adults get angry at every turn, also because they have become accustomed to venting in this way, using them to express your dissatisfaction, to show your demands, to achieve your goals. However, there are parents who come to fulfill the wishes of their children, but few of them will succumb to your obscenity, and your goals are often not achieved, and everyone agrees to your requests.
One wife once summed it up: "For a while, I noticed that we husband and wife had developed a habit of losing our temper with each other. Our married life has become full of blame and hatred, and neither of us can forget our past suspicions. So, we started to think of ways to solve the problem, and that was the turning point for the better. Why not maintain a docile and docile attitude? Will we also have such an awakening? Especially those who are used to getting angry.
The Buddha said, "Trouble arises from the heart, but what about the mind?" It's just a big ball of flesh and blood. How can you be so angry? When you are angry, there are always reasons of one kind or another: you will be angry when you are treated very unfairly, you will be angry when you are insulted by others, and you will be indifferent to your relatives...... You can list a big basket. But it cannot be denied that there are many people who are angry, why? It is because they overcome many human weaknesses: greed, jealousy, vanity, competitiveness. In fact, no matter what stimuli are provided by the outside world, as long as we can overcome our weaknesses and not react to the outside world, we will not get angry. As long as we overcome these human weaknesses, anger cannot become a habit in us anymore.
Although anger comes and goes without a trace, when anger comes, people are not helpless. If people want to get rid of the trouble of anger, they must first learn to be tolerant and forbearing, to get rid of jealousy, to learn to be magnanimous, and to have the elegance of "the prime minister can hold the boat in his belly". Secondly, we must learn to understand people, be considerate of people, be able to treat people with sincerity, feel people, and don't dwell on some small things. If both sides are reckless and competitive, the contradictions will grow deeper and deeper, and eventually develop to the point where they are incompatible, destroying interpersonal relationships, affecting mutual unity, and harming physical and mental health. As soon as you become aware of the intrusion of a living virus into your life, you must immediately fill your heart with all kinds of forgiving, hopeful, confident, courageous, and cheerful thoughts, and do not sit idly by while these enemies that may deprive you of your happiness are entrenched in your heart, and you must expel them immediately.
not angry, expressing a kind of breadth of life; Not angry, expressing a breadth of life; not angry, expressing a depth of life; Not angry, expressing a kind of height of life. If you work hard to cultivate yourself, you can get a piece of blessed land, and the seeds of not being angry will sprout and grow in this blessed field, and the fame and fortune that people are longing for will also blossom and bear fruit on this "non-angry" tree.
Change the habit of getting angry, and your life will be full of happiness and success.
