(8) Menstrual cramps
There are many causative factors for qi stagnation and blood stasis type dysmenorrhea. For example, depression, strain, and emotion can make the liver qi depressed, and the qi and blood coagulated and stagnant. If the sea of blood and uterine qi are unfavorable, and the menstrual blood flow is not smooth, it will be dysmenorrhea.
Qi stagnation and blood stasis type dysmenorrhea every few days before menstruation or menstruation, the lower abdomen is distended and painful, or even refuses to press, the menstrual flow is small or the menstrual flow is not smooth, the color is dark, and the pain is relieved after the blood clot is discharged, accompanied by symptoms such as chest and flank and ** swelling pain, chest tightness and lack of diet.

(1) The patient is placed in a supine position, and the surgeon sticks the root of the right palm to the patient's lower abdomen, pushes clockwise, and rubs the patient's Qihai, Guan Yuan, and Zhongji acupoints for 3~5 minutes, and the local skin feels warm as the degree, see this figure (1).
(2) Immediately after the upper method, the surgeon then rubs the patient's blood sea, Zusanli and Sanyin acupoints slightly vigorously for 3~5 minutes, see this figure (2).
(3) The surgeon then rubs the soles of the patient's feet with the palm of his hand, and rubs the Yongquan points on both sides of the patient for 3~5 minutes, see this figure (3).
(4) In the prone position of the patient, the surgeon uses the method of kneading on the patient's spine or the palm root, repeatedly operates on the patient's spine and both sides of the spine, and uses multiple fingers to knead and push the patient's Xinyu, Diaphragm, Liver, Sanjiao and other acupoints for 5~10 minutes, see this figure (4).
2. Precautions
(1) Dysmenorrhea is a normal physiological disease in young women, so there is no need to be overly nervous. Relaxation should be carried out and health knowledge and awareness should be strengthened.
(2) This disease is mostly aggravated by factors such as cold, nervousness, and fatigue, so pay attention to warmth, rest, and the rules of life and work.
(3) Before or during the trip, do not brave the rain, wade in the water, eat cold drinks, swim and other sports.
(4) When the above treatments are carried out, they can be combined with appropriate physical therapy such as lower abdomen and lumbosacral hot compresses.
(5) Pay attention to distinguish it from other gynecological and other systemic diseases, and do not miss or misdiagnose it.
