2. Precautions
(1) The above treatment should be carried out under the premise that there is no fracture or organic lesion of the knee joint.
(2) Patients should try to avoid cold and strain on the knee joint. It is not recommended to do long walking, brisk walking, climbing exercises.
(3) At the same time of treatment, it can be combined with a warm water bath for 10~20 minutes on the lower limbs every night, and appropriate knee flexion and extension exercises.
