(13) Migraine
Migraine is a special type of headache characterized by paroxysmal and periodic nature. Neurological and psychiatric dysfunction may occur before or during the onset of headache. There are several types of migraine, such as common migraine, typical migraine, ocular migraine, etc. The main causes are mental stress, excessive fatigue, excessive exposure to the scorching sun, and the use of drugs to dilate blood vessels.
Ordinary migraine has no aura. It begins with mild or moderate dull pain and discomfort, and after a few minutes or hours, throbbing pain appears, lasting for 4~72 hours. Headaches recurrent without manifestations of intracranial or extracranial organic disease.
1. Methods and steps

This method is self-operating, easy to control pain points and strength, and is more effective.
(1) Press and knead Ah Shi acupoint: take the sitting position or supine position, first use both hands to press and knead on Ah Shi acupoint, the strength is moderate and feel comfortable, and the operation is repeated for 3~5 minutes (see Figure 1).
(2) Connect the method, and repeatedly press and knead for 3~5 minutes on one side of the affected side, mainly the sun, head dimension, Baihui, Fengchi, and Fengfu acupoints, see this figure (2).
(3) The five fingers of both hands are slightly separated, with the fingertips as the focus point, comb and push and gently percussion on the head for 3~5 minutes, and the strength is moderate, see this figure (3) and (4).
(4) Then use the thumb of the right hand to rub the Lie Gap and Neiguan acupoints for 3~5 minutes, see Figure (5).

2. Precautions
(1) The above treatment can be effective after 3~5 times.
(2) If there is no effect, or there is a tendency to worsen, and other uncomfortable reactions, organic headache should be excluded.
(3) Eliminate tension. Stress is one of the main causes of migraines.
