Spine-thoracic syndrome refers to a series of symptoms and signs of functional lesions of the corresponding neurospine segments and viscera due to abnormal development, or certain diseases, external trauma, long-term chronic strain and other factors, resulting in changes in normal physiological curvature and physical (mechanical) or chemical (inflammatory) stimulation caused by thoracic deformity. Patients often have chest and back pain, palpitation, chest tightness, shortness of breath, and even mild breathing disorders.

(1) The patient is in the prone position, the surgeon is located on the left side of the patient, and the surgeon uses the palm root of his right hand to knead the palm root in his spine for relaxation treatment for 3~5 minutes, see figure (1).

(2) The surgeon's usage is to focus on the pulse of the patient's spine and Hua Tuo's spine to perform the operation repeatedly, and focus on the Ah Shi acupoint and the painful area for 5~10 minutes, see this figure (2).

(3) The surgeon uses the index, middle and ring fingers of both hands together and uses multi-finger kneading method to treat the spinous process of the thoracic segment of the patient's spine for 3~5 minutes, see Figure (3).

(4) The surgeon rubs and pushes the patient's spine with the thenar part of his right hand, and the local skin of the thoracic part of the spine feels warm, as shown in Figure (4).
