(27) Lumbar muscle strain

Lumbar muscle strain refers to a condition caused by chronic damage to soft tissues such as lumbar muscles, ligaments, and fascia. It is common for manual workers to work with bent over for a long time or to carry heavy loads continuously. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that this disease is based on the loss of kidney qi, and it is recovering from wind, cold, and dampness; Or the acute injury is prolonged, qi stagnation and blood stasis, and the meridians are blocked, and it is painful if it is not passed.

Patients generally have a history of long-term low back pain, which is recurrent, sometimes mild and sometimes severe, and lingering. It is manifested by soreness and discomfort on one or both sides of the lumbosacral region, which worsens after exertion, and is related to climate change. 2. Precautions
