(26) Primary scoliosis
Primary scoliosis, also known as idiopathic scoliosis, accounts for more than 70% of all scoliosis. The cause of this disease is unknown, but it is more common in female patients, and the onset can start before school age and the onset is slow. At first, scoliosis is not obvious, there is no pain, no discomfort, and it is not easy to detect, and it is not detected until the scoliosis reaches a certain level. Scoliosis is more obvious from the onset of the disease to scoliosis, which usually takes 5~10 years. After growth and development stop, it generally does not develop again.

(1) The patient is placed in the prone position, and the surgeon is located on his left side. The surgeon gently rubs the spine from top to bottom on the patient's spine with the palm of his right hand for 3~5 minutes, as shown in this figure (1).
(2) The surgeon then uses the multi-finger kneading method of the right hand to rub the pulse behind the patient, the bladder meridians on both sides and the Huatuo chiropractic point for 5~10 minutes, see this figure (2).
(3) The surgeon uses the right hand to place the thenar on both sides of the patient's bladder meridians, and pushes from the thoracic vertebrae to the sacral vertebrae to the thoracic vertebrae, and repeats the operation for 3~5 minutes, as shown in this figure (3).
(4) The surgeon uses the palm of the hand to gently massage the spine of the affected area at the scoliosis of the patient for 3~5 minutes, and the force is gentle and gentle, and the patient feels comfortable, as shown in this figure (4).
2. Precautions
(1) Patients with this disease should lie on the bed, and should pay attention to the correct correction of posture.
(2) It is not advisable to carry excessive weight on the spine, and it is not appropriate to lift heavy objects, resulting in unbalanced force on the left and right upper limbs.
(3) Patients can perform a small amount of horizontal bar suspension exercises, hold the horizontal bar with both hands, straighten the elbows, and suspend the body several times a day, each time for 3~5 minutes. However, do not do pull-ups.
(4) Manual treatment to 3 months, if scoliosis does not improve, it is recommended to continue treatment with other methods.
