1. Co-ownership of buildings

The Village Hall earns 500 gold per day

Town Hall earns 1,000 gold per day

The City Hall earns 2,000 gold per day

Capitol earns 4,000 gold a day and can only build one

A fort adds walls to a city

Citadel adds a main turret and moat to the city, increasing each class by 50% per week

Castle adds two secondary towers to the city, increasing by 100% per week for each class

MageGuild provides magic (levels 1-5)

The Marketplace exchanges various resources

Tavern Hire Heroes, Visit the Thieves' Guild

Blacksmith manufactures combat weapons

The ResourceSilo increases the production of resources every day

Shipyard manufactures ships

Brotherhood of the Sword adds 2 morale to the defending troops

GriffinBastion gives GriffinBastion +3 per week

The Lighthouse increases the ship's movement

Stable: Increases the hero's movement

Dungeon Town:

The Academy of War (AcademyofBattleScholars) is +1000 experience for visiting heroes

ArtifactMerchants trade treasures and resources

Mana Vortex doubles the mana of the visiting heroes

PortalofSummoning: Each week, a class will randomly appear in your field recruiting area for you to recruit

MushroomRings give cavemen +7 per week

FortressTown:

BloodObelisk adds 2 attack to the defending troops

Cage of Warlords adds 1 defense to visiting heroes

CaptainQuarters give the wolfhead +6 production per week

GlyphsofFear adds 2 defense to the defending troops

InferoTown:

The BirthingPool gives the imp a weekly production of +8

BrimstoneStormclouds add 2 mana to the defending troops

Cages give Cerberus +3 per week

CastleGate allows heroes to travel through it to other cities with castle gates (if there are no heroes in that city)

OrderofFire adds 1 mana to the visiting hero

Necropolis Town:

CoverofDarkness: When enemies pass through the CoverofDarkness, they will be removed

NecromancyAmplifier gives your necromancer's Spiritualism +10%

The Skeleton Transformer turns the class it into a skeleton

UnearthedGraves give skeleton soldiers +6 per week

RampartTown:

DendroidSaplings give the Dryad +2 per week

MysticPond offers 1-4 random resources per week

Fountain of Fortune gives the defending troops +2 luck

MinerGuild gives Dwarves +4 per week

Treasury +10% total gold per week

StrongholdTown:

The Freelancer Guild can exchange troops for resources

The EscapeTunnel allows the heroes defending the city to escape or surrender

HallofValhalla adds 1 attack to visiting heroes

The MessHall gives Yokai +8 production per week

TowerTown:
