Chapter 21: What a Stupid Girl
Seeing that the manservant was so straight to the point, Reka said directly.
"Actually, I was also entrusted by someone to investigate Angelil's whereabouts, you know, she is a popular candidate for the Black Queen, and many nobles care about her."
"Oh?"
The manservant let out a meaningful sigh, and the voice was indistinguishable from mockery or ridicule.
"Angelyl is accompanying Master Ottaman, it's her own choice."
"I don't think so."
Reka shook her head, intending to do it again.
But before he could pull out the pistol, he felt a chill in his back, and he didn't have to think about it to know what it was.
Now it's the manservant's turn to be on his toes.
"Sheriff Reka, if it's an investigation into that dragon, we'll fully cooperate with you, but if you want to disturb the young master's private life, I think I'll have to ask you to leave."
"You're threatening me?"
Reka frowned, tilting his head, but he didn't see the figure behind him, but he was sure the pistol was straight up to his chest.
"Don't dare, don't dare,"
The manservant's face was full of pride, but his words were quite respectful, "It's just that the young master doesn't want to be disturbed, please understand." ”
"What does the young master mean?"
Reka scoffed, "Do you know who it means to find that dragon?" ”
The manservant hesitated.
"Who's meant?"
"Second Prince Redia."
After moving out of this name, Reka thought that the manservant would back down, but what he didn't expect was that the expression on his face became more and more strange.
"Rhodia the Dragon Slayer?"
"That's right,"
Reka pointed to the hall door, "Now please, or ask your young master to open that door." ”
The valet laughed again.
"Sheriff Reka, I'm not talking to you......"
"Oh, we think so too."
The man behind Reka pulled Reka away, and he raised the pistol in his hand, aimed it at the manservant's heart, and pulled the trigger hard.
With a bang, Reka felt like her scalp was about to explode.
He glanced at the blood on the manservant's chest, then turned around.
"When did you come here?"
"Shh
Oreo unscrewed his cane and reloaded.
He had already changed into a black trench coat, but his face makeup didn't seem to be wiped clean, and his whole person exuded a bewitching beauty.
In particular, those emerald green eyes have a kind of seductive magic.
Reka vaguely knew why Oreo was so liked by women.
Retightening his staff, Oreo walked over to the valet's body, tilting his head to observe for a moment, then kicking the valet's head.
"What are you doing!"
Reka growled, but it was clearly too late.
The toe of the leather boot slammed into the manservant's temple, and if he were a normal person, he would definitely be kicked out, but fortunately the manservant was dead.
But something even more terrible happened, and under this kick, the manservant was kicked into ashes.
It's not an adjective, it's that he really turned into dust.
Reka exclaimed.
"What is this?"
"He's a sorcerer, it's a stand-in."
Oreo narrowed his eyes and reached out to the door, "Open the door." ”
"Spellcaster?"
Reka vaguely knew something, glanced at the door, and hurried over.
As Reka stormed the gate, Oreo stared warily.
It's daylight, and his men can't show up here, so they're up to Reka's men now.
It's just that I didn't expect Ottaman to call a sorcerer from nowhere, and with his half-methods, would he have a chance to defeat the orthodox sorcerer?
After a few more attempts, Reka stopped, panting.
"I can't break through this door."
"I'm telling you to open it, not letting you crash it."
Oreo walked over with a dark face, pointed his cane at the lock cylinder, and fired a shot.
The projectile flew and the door opened, and Oreo pulled Reka's pistol and walked through the door first.
The sorcerer who was supposed to die stood in the middle of the hall, staring at him with a cold gaze.
Ottaman sat on one side, and Angelyl fell asleep in the chair across from him, watching the scene with interest, looking like a high-minded spectator.
"Ottaman, you're making me feel angry."
Oreo gripped his pistol, which had only one bullet in it, and he wondered if he should kill the sorcerer or the stupid nobleman next to him.
"Soldiers don't get tired of cheating, do they?"
Ottaman laughed twice, "And Miss Angelyl didn't seem impatient when I invited her." ”
"It's not because of you,"
Oreo made his decision, and he decided to kill Ottaman with one shot.
He didn't look at it, and threw a shot in the direction of Ottaman, but unfortunately, the projectile went straight through Ottaman in the heart, but it didn't cause him substantial damage.
What he hit was an illusion, which showed that the strength of the sorcerer in front of him was quite strong.
Reka swallowed.
"Oreo, can you handle this guy?"
"Most of the time."
Oreo paused, "Reka, take your men out, and I'll take care of this here." ”
"You can't handle it, can't you?"
Reka spread his hands, he didn't seem nervous, "I can't help much, but I can't leave my friends behind." ”
"Yes, we're friends."
Oreo whispered, "But I can handle this myself, you leave right now with your people." ”
Out of trust in Oreo, Reka slowly backed away, but he kept a wary eye on the sorcerer. Compared to the toothy and clawed Ottaman, this gloomy man is obviously more terrifying.
Oreo never does anything uncertain, and Reka chooses to trust him.
After Reka left, Ottaman clapped and the applause was sparse.
"What a touching friendship."
"Ottaman, I'm here to settle accounts with you, not to listen to this."
Oreo unscrewed his staff and loaded the third projectile, but the spellmaster didn't stop him, and it looked like he was winning.
"Reckoning?"
Ottaman laughed again, "Then count from the time you broke into my house twice, Lord Oreo Plavor, what compensation do you have to pay?" ”
"That's not what I'm talking about."
Oreo shook his head, even in the midst of such a crisis, he still had that expression that he took for granted.
"You kidnapped Angelyl twice, and deceived me once, and all of that comes at a price."
"Huh,"
With enough confidence, Ottaman deliberately slowed down his voice, which sounded yin and yang.
"I only kidnapped Angelyl once, and the second time was when this lowly woman personally accepted my invitation."
Looking at Angelil, Oreo snorted.
"She took the initiative because she knew I was going to come to save her, but she didn't know it was going to be so troublesome, what a stupid girl."
