"Designers are always in a bind"

Because I was scheduled to rotate at the headquarters until the end of the year, I have been sorting out my work lately and writing down some ways to do things in word, so that the person who will take over me can work directly as soon as he sees the illustrated and detailed document for each step.

"You're trying to get out of the way," said my brother.

"This is a perfect summary for me, benefiting others and benefiting myself." I replied with a smile.

In fact, the gap from the headquarters back to the grassroots level is quite large, I don't really want to go back, but I have to accept it. Otherwise, the original intention of the leaders is to let you study in a better place, and after you finish studying in a better place, you suddenly feel that the original place is not good, and you are unwilling to go back, what is going on? However, it is human nature to yearn for beautiful things and strive to go to a high place.

Anyway, let's go, I still hope that my last handover will be good.

In fact, my brother who took me was a very dedicated senior, who taught me whenever he had time, who was very patient and good-natured, and would leave me a copy of whatever he had to eat, which was really good to me. Because I know that he is very busy, and it will take time to teach another person, so if I write the handover documents as clearly as possible, the next person will not have to worry so much about getting started.

It's still a bit bleak. It's just the obedience arrangement after bowing in, you know, of course, I can also not follow the arrangement, because I feel that I deserve better, so I can move to another place that makes me feel better from start to finish. However, the leaders are very good to me, and changing jobs after less than a year of work will also give the impression that the HR of the next unit is not down-to-earth, so I should not think so.

Today's Xiaolai: "Don't worry about getting stuck, designers are always in a rut. ”

"When you think like a designer, you know how to conceive and come up with options that offer as many possibilities as possible for the future."

These two sentences are excerpted from the book "Life Design Lessons at Stanford University", and I think I can make an assertion when I see these two sentences in this book: the biggest significance of this book is to start from the most fundamental definition and change your perception of your own situation (including good times and difficult times).
