6. Exercise
Life is in motion, and there is a scientific basis for this statement.
I won't cite the specific source, but reading a book on an elliptical machine really makes you more focused.
Once I pay attention, the speed of reading is very fast, a book of more than 200 pages, whether it is a novel or a professional book, I can read it in one afternoon, which takes 1~3 hours (related to the number of pages and difficulty).
My friend told me that I didn't know what an elliptical was.
This is a type of gym equipment that protects your knees by exercising on it, better than a treadmill.
I've also tried playing games on an elliptical, but I can only play galgame by moving the elliptical in front of my computer, holding a wireless mouse in my hand, and hovering the screen.
Galgame doesn't require much operability, you can play it as long as you click on the screen, which is very convenient.
I've beaten a lot of butter this way, and I've been able to get fit at the same time.
It's okay to watch movies on an elliptical machine, but it's easier to get distracted. Because sometimes the plot is not attractive enough, the idea goes off the rails and does something else. Maybe it's because I'm more focused on reading?
If I had the opportunity in the future, I would like to try writing a novel or a thesis on a treadmill or spin bike.
It must have been a fun experience.
Unfortunately, since the fall on the 22nd foot, I haven't used an elliptical machine recently, after all, the elliptical machine still has to rely on the foot, once injured, it almost hurts when you step on it.
Until today.
My plan for today includes reading 100 pages of a book and exercising for half an hour.
In the evening I found that it was too late, and I was likely to lose my bet with my friends, as well as my face, my persistence. What to do?
What else can I do?
I gritted my teeth and went downstairs with my book.
I started reading on the elliptical machine and exercising at the same time.
The injured area still hurts a little, just bear with it. Most importantly, I have to get the job done.
I grabbed my book and read it intently.
Half an hour later.
There was already a slight sweat on my back, and at the same time, the book was 108 pages.
Having successfully completed my task, I returned to my bedroom with my book in my arms.
"I've got it!"
I said to my friends on QQ.
At the same time, I felt happy and satisfied.
