To make lotus root cakes here, we have to grind the lotus roots, and we have a special planer. It's a wooden plank with rows of tiny metal scrapers. When you want to grind, grab a whole piece of lotus root, press it tightly, brush the ground and scrape it off, and the whole layer of skin and flesh of the lotus root will turn into slurry water, which will flow from the gap of the scraper to the plate below.

When I was writing, I felt like I was the lotus root.

Recently, I always feel that the dialogue of my characters is too long and needs to be deleted. Deletion is like scraping bones to cure poison, from description to dialogue, as if cutting from flesh into bones, scraping hard things, and the blades are rattling.
