As soon as I opened the car cover, I was stupid, I didn't know what the name of many things was, when I used to learn car construction, I took each part apart to look at it, but now I assembled it in the whole car, which made me a little "dizzy". It's really "shallow on paper, and I never know that I have to do it". I brought a notebook with me, jotted down the names of the parts I didn't understand, and planned to look up the specific information on the Internet in the evening. There are two things that impress me the most about today's work:
1. When I tightened the wheel screws, I didn't notice that the meshing degree between the cone and the cone surface was better than that between the cone and the cylindrical surface, and the wheel screws must be tightened.
Second, the way of adding antifreeze:
1. Unscrew the lid on the top of the water tank first
2. Drain the water in the tank and then tighten the bolt (the water bolt is under the water tank, maybe you need to use a pliers, and some can be unscrewed directly by hand), and completely drain the water in the tank before
3. Unscrew the small water drain screw on the thermostat with a screwdriver or a suitable wrench (on the thermostat, the one with a diameter of about 8 mm varies depending on the car)
4. Add antifreeze to the water tank, add the small water discharge screw on the thermostat to the mouth, that is, tighten the small water drain screw on the thermostat
5. Continue to add antifreeze to the mouth of the water tank until it cannot be added, and then unplug the rubber air exhaust tube next to the water tank cover.
6. Start the engine, generally step on the throttle to more than 3000 rpm, until the radiator fan rotates to dissipate heat, that is, loosen the throttle, (at this time, the water at the mouth of the water tank will drop some) let the engine idle running, and then continue to add antifreeze to the mouth of the water tank, until the pipe of the exhaust air flows, let the water flow for about 3-5 seconds, that is, plug in the tube of exhaust air, and then step on the throttle to more than 3000 rpm, that is, loosen the throttle, let the engine idle running, and then add antifreeze to the mouth of the water tank, and add it to the line specified by the water tank factory. (Be sure to repeat this procedure once, otherwise there will be bubbles in the circulating tube of the engine body, which will seriously affect the heat dissipation of the engine, be sure to exhaust the air)
7. Tighten the tank lid and you're done!
Note: Generally, the volume of the water tank of the small car is about 2 kg, and the price of antifreeze is between 10-50 yuan a bottle, in addition to the antifreeze can increase the freezing point of the water in the tank (the freezing point of the water is 0 degrees, and it can not freeze at -25 degrees in winter after being added), it can also improve the boiling point and remove the scale in the water tank.
In the afternoon, there were fewer vehicles, so I chatted with the two masters after work. Everyone thinks that automotive electronic circuits are very important now. Watching the master inspect and repair the car's electronic circuits, but me? I don't understand! While chatting with the two masters, I learned a few more things.
They told me that gasoline is a volatile liquid, that the fuel tank is often filled with vapors at room temperature, and that the role of the fuel evaporative emission control system is to introduce vapors into combustion and prevent volatilization into the atmosphere. An important part of this process is the activated carbon canister storage device.
When the car is running or turned off, the gasoline vapor from the fuel tank enters the upper part of the activated carbon tank through the pipeline, and the fresh air enters the activated carbon tank from the lower part of the activated carbon tank (adsorbs the fuel vapor from the gasoline tank and engine circuit).
After the engine is turned off, the gasoline vapor is mixed with fresh air in the tank and stored in the activated carbon canister, when the engine starts, the electromagnetic valve of the fuel evaporation purification device installed between the activated carbon canister and the intake manifold is opened, and the gasoline vapor in the activated carbon canister is sucked into the intake manifold to participate in combustion.
Since 2000, China has stipulated that all new cars must be equipped with carbon canisters. It is generally installed before the gasoline tank and engine. Each one is about 100 yuan.
When refueling, because the gasoline is injected into the fuel tank, the air inside will run out, the gasoline volatilizes quickly in summer, and it is easy to volatilize the steam when filling, if the expanded steam and the gas from the gasoline are not released, it will choke the oil, so it should be slower when added to the almost full, and pay attention not to add too full, which will not only choke the oil, but also have great harm to our charcoal canister.
If the refueling is too full, there is no space at the upper end of the gasoline tank, and there is no place for the gasoline to form steam, so that the gasoline liquid that enters the carbon tank is not the gasoline vapor, which constitutes the harm to the carbon canister, so it is not too full every time you refuel, calibrate the 45-liter fuel tank, and start refueling each time you have about ten liters of gasoline, and it is generally appropriate to add it until the second jump gun.
If the vehicle's fuel tank is overfilled (oil can be seen at the tank mouth) causing the fuel tank outlet to be buried in the gasoline, so that the outlet pipe flows oil to the carbon tank until it leaks to the road, this situation is rarely known, and the refueling method should be changed (do not add until the gun jumps).
During this day, the enthusiasm of the team members was like the sun, infecting me. Although in this relatively hot weather, everyone showed that sense of responsibility and patience, which is the professionalism. What makes them so dedicated? I think it is the cultural atmosphere of the enterprise and the internal management of the enterprise that drive the enthusiasm of employees and create money for the company.
